Hardly any vegetables or any specific flavor. I went to PANDA yesterday and it tasted so much better and it was cheaper. The only difference between the two is the quantity. Red Dragon: large quantity about $13 a plate (chow mien, double orange) PANDA: low to regular quantity; $11 a plate for the same thing. If you're trying to stretch your money and you don't care about quality; try this place. I unfortunately don't think I'll be coming back for a long time. We tried this place for the first time on a Sunday evening. There was a good amount of people picking up orders, which led me to believe that the food was yummy. The place itself is small and only has about 3 tables, I'd recommend getting your food to go. As far at the menu goes, you can pick a combination plate (which is the same concept as Panda Express) or you can order individual items. One huge perk of this place is the portions are no joke, you definitely get a bang for your buck. The food on the other hand was just okay. The most lackluster play of Singapore Rice Noodles you could fathom. No curry flavor. Old cabbage. Dry meat. Got the house version. Shrimp chewy, chicken tough, beef dry. No curry flavor at all. We get food about once per month from Red Dragon. As I've seen others say, the portions are huge. We really like their hot and sour soup, chow mein, spring noodles and egg rolls. First time order-er. I got the egg foo young. Actually on the look out for the best because why not. I drove from Tolleson because around there the egg foo young is trash. This one.... Ummmm I'd have to say was different than any egg foo young I have ever had. Big! Three big patties?! Um no black grill stuff on it which I liked. Different by having squash? in it? I have been twice.now the first time I got a 3 item with chow mein it was ok ,this time I got the shrimp fried rice its ok but.no veggies at all just shrimp and rice with a few bits of egg. Y'all stay lying... this was a waste of money. I tried based on the reviews and I had to keep checking the address to make sure I had it right. I ordered teriyaki beef, beef broccoli, mushroom chicken, and chicken fried rice. The rice was not bad. The entrees however were full of veggies. Yes, we need veggies, but can you add a little meat too? The chicken really threw me off. I guess it's boiled because there is no browning what so ever it's just white fatty meat and it was not appetizing. Typical fast food joint selling Americanized Chinese food. Let's review the basics: it's a small place, maybe holds 20-30 bodies. Chairs are sturdy for wide and large bodies like mine, and they have half booths with moveable tables. The portions are CRAZY HUGE so one 2 item meal can easily feed three children and two adults. If the extensive menu is missing something you crave, ask and they may be able to prepare it for you. I wish I could rave about this place because the food is good, but it's ordinary. I can tell you though, that this is the place you order from when you're feeding a crowd and you don't want to cook. read more

I've been going to this place for 14 years and this place keeps getting worse over the years. 1st issue was I ordered $45 worth food and the greedy Asian owner thinks it's good business to charge an extra dollar because I wanted 2 - 2oz not filled all the way sweet and sours instead of 1 for 2 egg rolls. Like who wants to double dip 2 egg rolls into one little cup? 2nd we get home and the food is completely inedible as we asked for spicy to be added but they added so much our food was red and it was so hot it burned your chest. By the time we got home the restaurant was closed. I would encourage you not to waste your money at this place, the greed from this owner is disturbing. If a year from now they hang a new "Under new ownership" sign out front, I might give it a second try, but not before then. They are trying to be Panda Express and they are failing miserably. I just ordered the 2 item take out with chowmein as the base and bbq chicken and orange chicken as the meat. Chowmein was great. BBQ chicken was on point and just a great cook on it. No spices or rubs. Just juicy chicken that had a great grill taste to it without the burnt part. I would have liked some type of sauce like they give you at Panda. But even without it I liked it. Orange chicken was great. It was like a clean subtle glaze and it wasn't overly fried or cooked like the other places. Friend recommended this place tonight since I have never been before. The food looked delicious but didn't have much flavor. The portions were HUGE. For a decent price I was more than full with some to take home.
