Panda Express use to be my go to place for cheap Americanized Chinese food. They are consistent as long as the food is freshly cooked. Their bigger plate use to be $6 or $7, now it's over $10. At this point, you can remove cheap from my previous statement. If you are looking for low carb options, follow me. I always get the Bigger Plate with the Vegetables as side and 3 servings of Teriyaki chicken (NO SAUCE). This is usually around 4 net carbs maybe a little bit more. The place is moderately clean. Sometimes I have to clean my own table. Whether if you're here or in west coast, the food is always consistent. Like McDonalds you always know what you're going to get. That is why they are successful... they are consistently okay. Except to the Shanghai Steak. Mobile order: Went to pickup order and was told they don't have it! They say wait a moment while we try to find order. I wait, I was told we will make your order now. I'm in the drive through and I watch as they make it 6:03pm. Unfortunately not all my order is ready and I'm told to pull around and wait some more. I wait 35 minutes!!! All while my food sits while remaining order is filled. My food is cold at this point!! I'm frustrated because I'm not dressed or feeling particularly well to go in and complain at this point. When I went to order food, the server, Sapphire, told me I would need to wait about 6 minutes for the orange chicken because they had run out. However, as more guests arrived, she served them the new batch I had been waiting for and completely forgot about my order. When she finally saw me again, she pretended to look through bags, as if searching for my order. Instead of acknowledging her mistake, she lied, claiming she had given my order to someone else in the drive-thru, even though she had served customers who arrived after me. It wouldn't have been a big deal to wait for a fresh batch, but her dishonesty really left a bad impression. So I took my service elsewhere. read more

Drive-thru service is fast (3 minutes from order to payment to driving away with food) if you are the only vehicle in line, but it seems to disproportionately slow down with multiple vehicles in line (possibly due to larger orders or waiting for a fresh batch of food to come out). Food is usually hot and fresh, but occasionally (like today), the side (Chow Mein) was more cold than hot or even room temperature. I have only had to wait once for an entree to finish cooking; most visits the food is always filled and ready to serve. Prices are in line with all other Panda Express restaurants I occasionally visit; expect to pay ~$11 per person (~$13 if getting a drink also). I have only used the drive-thru service at this location, so I cannot speak to the atmosphere inside, but the staff in the drive-thru is always friendly enough with the 20 seconds of interaction I have. read more

I ordered thru Uber. Bigger Plate, fried rice, chow mein, Honey walnut Shrimp, teriyaki chicken, beef broccoli. I received no teriyaki chicken . The food was cold and beef broccoli had no flavor, more like gravy than sauce. Fried rice had no flavor, was dry and had a few bits of carrots in it. Every time I come here I wonder why I come back! These people can never get anything right all I ordered was a kids meal with a side of spring rolls, just to get rushed through the drive-through to have to park and go back in and get my spring rolls because they were not in my bag. I've had nothing but bad experiences with this restaurant. Orders are either screwed up, cancelled without your consent, or just not ready. The staff are rude and unapologetic. Corporate needs to look into this location and how it is being run. The worst panda express I've been to (and I've been to many). Today (2/6/2021) I placed a mobile order at 10:50am to be ready by 11:03am. I arrived at 11:08am and the food was not prepared. They hadn't even started working on my order. I then had to wait until after 11:20am before I finally got my order. In the meantime, they served many other customers who arrived after me. The staff were rude and did not even offer an apology. Don't trust their posted hours! They are one of those restaurants that chooses their own hours. Third time I've shown up to their doors during open hours, but still no service. I showed up 10:30am on a Sunday waiting to pick up friends from airport. Closed doors. Food is great. But if they need to shorten their hours to better fit their employees, then please do so. Been coming here at 9pm for almost 10 years since I moved here, closest thing to island food back home. Never had an incident or complaint until tonight. Every time I go through the drive through the cashier usually lets me know whats cooked and ready and if anything I need to order isn't ready, they usually let me know it's gonna be a short wait so they can cook the food. I usually ALWAYS tell them no problem, I don't mind waiting and I'll happily pay for any extra charges. This night was completely different, the cashier who took my order (wearing the name tag powell, mentioned her name was mohome or something similar, she's usually polite or was my last 2 visits but I could tell she was angry because I wanted to order food that wasn't ready yet) was determined to not hear anything I was saying and even more determined to not make anything I ordered, she was extremely rude with me and said she didn't care that I traveled a whole 45 mins to get there at 9:21pm for her to say they close at 930pm when I've been coming to this place for years knowing they don't close the drive through or stop making food until closing @10 pm and never had an issue even made some friends at this store, they usually also offer me the option of a discount for the food they do still have hot or just have me wait. There was none of that, from the moment I pulled up her exact words were, This is all we have we're closed, I tried to ask her to repeat herself because I had a hard time understanding her, she got short with me and said "DO YOU WANT THE FOOD OR NOT" when I pulled up to the window because she never let me order or talk she pointed at the Sunday store hours on the window sticker showing closed at 930pm and today is Wednesday. Clearly stated Mon-Fri 10am-10pm/Saturday Sunday etc. I'm not mad because she was rude, I'm mad because she works for a company that I'm sure would love to take my money for the food I traveled there for but because she wants to go home early, nobody, not even a paying customer can stop her. Definitely won't be going back there while she is on shift ‍ at least it wasn't a complete waste but I had company over and was only able to get 3 plates for a group of 5 people. The manager here must've told employees to still use orange chicken even tho it was expired.. 2 weeks/ a month expired is "no big deal" apparently because it was once frozen.. Would not suggest eating here, when I tried to report this up the chain.. I found that I'd virtually impossible and was met with rude employees and terrible phone quality/technology? I ordered lomein with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. When I got home I saw I received fried rice and there was teryaki sauce poured all over the orange chicken and the teryaki chicken. I tried to call 7 times and no one answers the phone. I have always received the teryaki sauce in a small container on the side. This is very disappointing as it would take me over a half hour to get back to the store and return home.
