We decided chick-fil-a nuggets and waffle fries sounded like a good choice, so we headed over to visit the drive-thru and pick up lunch on the way home. It was definitely their pleasure to serve us, as it is at nearly every chick-fil-a I've ever visited. They pretty much tell me every time I visit, anywhere in the country. Anyway, the drive-thru here is situated pretty well with good signage and direction. Always clean, and easy to navigate for the most part. Our food was fresh and tasty. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a few more chick-fil-a sauces in the bag. But otherwise it was our pleasure to eat the lunch we ordered. read more

Chik-fil-A has developed an almost cult-like following and everyone at the meeting were new devotees of the cult of Chick-fil-A fans. Very nice location. Inside of restaurant is on the smaller size but they work efficiently. The tables were all cleaned off during a lunch rush and we had a great experience. We have been to this Chick-fil-A location and have never had a problem. Today was a different story. I ordered a Market Salad and was very disappointed. We found a long hair in the salad. I must say they have gotten MUCH better at passing out hot, fresh food. I stopped going for a while because it seemed like despite the fact that the line was wrapped around the building and spilling out onto the street, I'd STILL somehow end up with cold/lukewarm food. I will say this week when I went my fries were a good temp but my nuggets could've stood to have been a little hotter. They were warm but still good so I ate them. But other than that my last 4 visits has been pretty good. Aside from that, my other only complaint would be the amount of fries in the box. I ate ONE big fry out of my LARGE fry box and the box was 1/2 empty. I was probably left with about 7 fries, if that, and crumbs. Please put more fries in the box. For a Chik-fil-A, this place was pretty disappointing. We were passing through during a pretty bad rain and needed to let the kids blow off steam. The park was out of the question so we came here for a snack and to utilize the play area. So I realize this place gets trampled by kids all day and is rarely cleaned, but even so- this play area was icky! There was a layer of mysterious nastiness on everything. Probably a mixture of ketchup, snot and chicken nugget grease. There were leaves and small pieces of trash on the ground. We took some initiative and threw away some of the larger pieces. Even so when we left I went through 2 wet wipes just to get my sons feet clean. Just nasty! read more

I tried to order online and once I get started, I can't stop because now I have four orders and I'm unable to cancel any of them and when I go back all four orders are still on there, but I cannot delete any of the items and it does not say what they areand I certainly do not need four hamburgers, chicken, burgers, or whatever they call the things so if I want this, I have to either drive down there or call them on the phone. My co-workers and I came in around 9:30 a.m. to grab breakfast this morning. I come to this chick-fil-a often and it normally has great service. However, today was not the case. We ordered our food and after it arrived, my co-worker asked for Chick-Fil-A sauce. The server, Dana, gave him a nasty look while shaking her head as if it was such an inconvenience. When my food arrived, I asked for sauce as well, she practically threw the sauce at me. I try to have a good attitude as I know that people sometimes have bad days. Unfortunately the only time I am able to go to Chick-Fil-A is when I go to work, which I am not able to do often since I don't leave early enough and only have a 30 min lunch. When I found out that I could order Chick-Fil-A with DoorDash, I was excited, but last night this happened: I placed an order last with doordash, and there was an error and I immediately cancelled the order and waited about 10min checked status on the order, and it showed unable to find, so I placed another order. I was charged for both. I sent an email requesting a refund and this is what I receive: Hi Pamela, Thanks for contacting DoorDash and I appreciate you bringing the matter to our attention. Upon checking on our end, Unfortunately, since the restaurant has already prepared the food and we have assigned a Dasher to this order, we're unable to provide any refunds. Please let me know if you need further assistance. Really Doordash? It had only been seconds from placing the order and cancelling the order. I know Chick-Fil-A is fast, but not that fast. There should not be an option to cancel, if this is how things are done!!! I will never use this service again. Sorry Chick-Fil-A, I won't be ordering with you guys either since the only way for me to do that is with DoorDash. I love that the company focuses on speed of service but I think that in turn leads them to lack in the quality of their food. Preparing food in advance leads to soggy food where the bread has got wet from sitting as well as breading coming off your chicken. read more

A wee bit disappointed. My friends and I wanted some milkshakes and decided to celebrate Milkshake Monday. The Chick-fil-a at my home participates in it and it includes an order of chicken nuggets when you buy any milkshake on a Monday. First of all, I had no idea that this location didn't do this, but that was my fault for not asking. But also, the server did not follow our orders correctly (which were fairly easy to follow considering it being to not put cherries on two of the three shakes -- especially when they're the ones who asked and specified), we we're short of straws (which are kind of important to milkshakes), and the fries we received were on the stale side. I've been to this location before and the service was just average and I didn't really have much to say about this place except for stale fries I got here and there, but after tonight, I just had to say that I didn't receive service that I would consider to be good. If anything, it was a bit below average and what I usually receive from most Chick-fil-a's. It may have just been an off night for some people or it may have been due to the amount of people at the restaurant. I hope they continue to up the freshness of the fries though, because I'm pretty sure I've gotten more stale rounds of fries than fresh at this location. Maybe it's just my bad luck of coming at wrong times or something, idk lol. Either way, I still love Chick-fil-a and will keep continuing to come, just maybe more sparingly. read more

I only have positive things to say about this Chickfila. My husband and I eat here quite frequently and we always receive outstanding service. The staff is always so polite and genuinely make my husband and I feel welcomed and appreciated. The food is prepared extremely fast! Often when we order inside the food is ready before we even settle into our seat and we never spend time waiting in drive thru. The food is, of course, absolutely delicious, hot, fresh, and it's rare it's not perfectly accurate. The ONE time our order was "wrong" (they simply forgot my wrap in our drive thru order) they happily fixed the issue and gave us a gift card for a free breakfast meal to make up for it. Just outstanding. I've never been anywhere else that provided such amazing customer service. read more

This chick fil a is a good as far the food- but the drive thru DEF needs some work! I've been to the one in Bham, AL- the busiest one in the country and they should take some tips from them and have someone navigating the traffic and remove those god awful barriers! This system is just asking for accidents to happen and I for one, would b the first to sue the establishment for poor planning and organization as well as neglect. I was in the DT like today for lunch and personally witnessed almost THREE accidents! I even called and spoke w a manager- who by the acted like she was not concerned- I was very disappointed. Until this issue is resolved and safer, I do not think I will b returning for a while and DEF not for drive thru. This drive thru needs a major rethinking on how to make it safer as well as more efficient. read more

Simply wonderful! They do an amazing job of managing according to their core values. This is demonstrated in the smooth operation of their processes. Several times they might have difficulties with the drive through communications. At times like this, they will put personal outside to expedite your order so it's seamless to the customer. They do a great job hiring and training their employees. They are all bright and courteous. I would have given them a five but the drive through and parking design is not the best. Cashier that we had today was rude barely even greeted us, didn't offer for us to look at a menu so I ordered the 4 piece chicken mini meal and chicken cheese bagel meal, and she totally screwed up our order. We did not get the meals as we ordered, thankfully we didnt pay for the meals because we didnt get the hashbrowns. And the the bagel was burnt so I had to toss that. Ordered 12 piece nugget with poly sauce. Drive thru was slow, interior of the restaurant was dead. After driving 1 mile back to my hotel I saw that the poly sauce was not in the bag so I drove back to the restaurant. Stood at the counter for a couple minutes before being asked if I could be helped. I ROI ally thought they might be out of the sauce; nope there was plenty of of it. After driving 4 miles and over 30 min later I was able to eat cold nuggets with the sauce. I did receive an apology for the associate but the team leader or manager looked dumbfounded. read more

More than 50% of the time my order is not right, plus today I had a coupon for a free sandwich and the lady at the window was so concerned about handing my order to me so fast that she didn't even enter the coupon, so I was charged for the sandwich.
