HATEFUL PERSON AT REGISTER! I showed her my rewards and coupon in my app and explained that I wasn't sure how to proceed to redeem it. (I was the ONLY person in line.) In the most hateful tone and witchy attitude she said I was supposed to order it in the app and then walked off while I was trying to ask another question. Y'all charge way too much to have your employees treat your customers like trash. I didn't order anything and ended up going to Subway. Having grown up in Texas, Whataburger is almost it's own religion. I like the food. But today, in the drive-through, Evan (the person at the drive though window) decided his convenience was more important than customer service. I was paying with my debit card and he reached out to take it from me. I asked for the machine to be handed out for me to tap my own card and he said "It's faster and more convenient if I do it this way" as he took my card out of my hand. This is how cards get skimmed. This is not in the best interest of the customer, and let's face it - this is Whataburger - there is nothing "fast" about it. read more

I gave up on whataburger some time ago. I ate at one and it was bad and made me feel ill. I tried this one and it is good. reminds me of what burgers used to taste like when I was young. (long time ago) I have read some of these other reviews and I wonder what their expectations are. It's fast food and these are on it. Hot, freshly prepared. Their breakfast menu kicks it alot better than the others. The drive thru is slow but the food is better. yeah it seems to be a little more expensive but the food is better. One of the best fast food burgers I have ever had. Honestly a good burger. Had the jalapeño and cheese burger, single layer patty, craved it so much that on my next occasion to eat out, I chose Whataburger again. Actually went back the next day just for the Banana Pudding shake. 8/10, only way to make it better would be whipped cream on top, chunks of bananas and crumbles of Graham crackers. read more

My friends and I have been coming to this Whataburger to play board games for over a decade. Whataburger has delicious burgers, delicious chicken strips, and breakfast items that will make you wanna hangout until 11PM just so you can get your hands on them. Another thing I enjoy about Whataburger is that they do not compromise on quality. Most other fast food joints will give create a burger of lesser substance and put it on a dollar menu. This place doesn't do that. If you don't want quality, don't come here. This Whataburger in particular is the oldest one in the area. I think it opened up around 2005 or something. It's been pretty much the same since it opened. The Whataburgers around the area were originally franchises, but then corporate Whataburger bought them all out, so now there is no jukebox in the store anymore, which is a little bit of a bummer, but nothing too terrible. They still play music, but the genre is dependent on the manager working at the time. When I say it's been pretty much the same, I mean that the food is always good, they make you a new burger in a heartbeat if they get your order wrong, their drive-through time is super fast, they have all the drinks from Coke to Hi-C juice, the employees are frequently cycling around the restaurant making sure you're ok, and they bring you their absolutely heavenly spicy ketchup. Overall, I like this place. It's wonderful. Whenever I go back to visit good ol' Pace, I will always come back to this Whataburger for good food and good times. read more

This location is slow as Christmas & it's always a gamble if they'll get your order correct or not. Usually not! Showed up at 5:00 am this morning and nobody else was in line at the drive through, barely anyone inside either. Placed my order and then waited for 20 minutes to get my food only to be given something completely different than what I ordered!! How?!? Not even worth waiting another 20 minutes for them to correct it! Next time I'll drive out of my way to go to the Pace locations. read more

Downgrading. I am not sure if ownership changed or what, but this Whataburger isn't as friendly or clean anymore. Tables are showing age. Bathroom looks like an afterthought. Have found hair in my food. Employees don't ask if you want to do the check in rewards on the app. They took down the awesome mural. It's just not what it was. read more

Decided to give this location another chance after months of not ordering from here due to a previous issue. Ordered on the app at 8:57 pm. Walked into the store at 9:05 pm and didn't receive our food until 9:34 pm. When we first walked in, two other customers had obviously been standing around waiting for their orders for long enough to have to had asked the employee how much longer it would be. A larger party walked in and ordered food while we waited on ours, yet somehow they all got served their food before we got ours. The staff was obviously aware of the issues, yet the only apology we received was a quick mumbled "I'm sorry" once she finally handed us our food. I always expect Whataburger to be great and this one didn't let me down on the service but I got the new chorizo taquitos they advertised and it seem kinda plain more like a egg and cheese taquito I couldn't taste the chorizo much at all, but it was hot and fresh and hit the spot while I was waiting for my trailer to be unloaded, nice store, and people was friendly, still 5 stars even though the chorizo taquitos wasn't great taste wise. read more

I took my girlfriend to get food from here, asked for no mustard but they gave her mustard anyways. It was no biggie- she took it up and asked for another one because she really REALLY hates mustard, the cashier was very rude and said "I need another sandwich" to his manager and when the manager asked why he said "well she didn't say she didn't want mustard but now she doesn't want mustard" it was all just really rude and tense. Had a wonderful experience. When we walked in my wife discovered that the burger she wanted was out of season, so Sydney the young woman working the counter went out of her way giving her sauces to taste to try to construct a similar burger. She even brought out sauces to our table to try so that next time we would know what to order. She made our experience here wonderful and the food was delicious. read more

This is the worst Whataburger around. I have visited several times and it seems the "kids" cannot get an order right. I order onion rings and I get fries..every time. Today I order a #1 meal which is a Whataburger meal. I get home to find I have a mushroom burger. These are the kids that want $15 an hour?
