The environment was great aswell. Specifically the employee named Chow!! Chow made our experience memorable and unforgettable. He walked through the menu with my friends and I and even gave us two of each HOMEMADE SAUCES for free!! (since it was our first time trying the foo) Talk about southern hospitality. Thank you Foo and thank you Chow. I will be returning from New Orleans just for Foosackly's. And I will advocate for Chow getting a raise!! I got the Chili / Slaw Cheeseburger and the Reg Cheeseburger to eat later tonight. The Chili Slaw Burger was good and the fries as well.. The only Cons to this establishment is it's a huge building and I had every intention on going inside to sit down and eat but it's not that kind of place.. You can order at the drive thru or you can park and walk up to the side window and order that way ... It's basically like a Sonic but no tables or chairs outside to sit at even though they have plenty of room. No bathroom access such as Sonic either. I was a little disappointed about this but it is what it is. A local lady who had ordered and was waiting with me said that they were going to put tables and chairs outside but the city wouldn't let them.. That didn't make sense to me because there is a Sonic directly next door which offers tables, seating and no bathroom.. ‍ Staff was friendly and offered great service, the food was good. Prices are actually more than reasonable here and I was surprised to see that. Try it out and let me know what you think. I would recommend it for sure.

THE BAD The cashier acted like he really hates his job. He stood their looking at me as though annoyed and bored while I waited for him to take my order. No one else was in line. This was the first McDonald's that I have not received a welcome greeting. I ordered two meals in the same day since I was working via my phone in my vehicle. I came inside once to eat, five times to use the men's restroom and twice to order meals. I observed the first employee I encountered having similar attitudes with other guests. No napkins were placed in either of my orders. For the second order I asked for napkins. A different employee was helping me. She told me napkins are by the soda machine. I told her I ordered early and didn't see any. She pointed at one of two dispensers that had images of Ice cream on it. One was empty, the other had napkins presumably used for ice cream cones that were hidden inside. When I first arrived I visited the rest room. It was extremely messy with cleaning supplies left on the sink and the stall was dirty. While I was eating my first meal inside, a manager asked an employee if he knew who had previously been cleaning the men's restroom. He said an employees name and as they talked about it. He said, "I don't Blame him! He had to clean a Shit out of the urinal, I'd have left the cleaning supplies out and walked away too". Then they laughed. While waiting for my second meal a few hours later. A woman and her three children had just received their order. She complained to her kids that the employees here were always rude to her and mess up her orders. They were going to sit down to eat, but she was so upset they walked out. This was my first time visiting this location, and first time seeing such a poorly managed McDonald's.

The floor felt slick, the table was sticky, and the furniture looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a while. It just gave off an unkempt vibe. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I had no issues placing my order or navigating the menu. However, when I went to fill my drink, I was shocked by the condition of the tea dispensers. The exteriors were visibly dirty, and the buildup on the inside was honestly sickening. The lids weren't properly secured, and I saw flies going in and out of the containers. That was a huge red flag. Combined with the greasy smell and unclean surfaces, I seriously debated whether I should stay or ask for a refund. My food arrived during that moment of hesitation, so I decided to give it a chance. The food itself was fine--hot, fresh, and decent in portion size. But I couldn't stop thinking about the overall cleanliness. I'm fairly certain the grease used in cooking was old too, based on the flavor and smell. In the end, I didn't eat much. My mind just couldn't get past the unsanitary feel of the place. I appreciate the gesture of the coupons and the friendly service, but based on this experience, I don't think I'll be returning.

However, one employee single-handedly ruined the reputation of this establishment for me. My mother and I have frequented this place for about a year now. They've always had phenomenal customer service and food. However, yesterday when we pulled up to the drive-thru, we were immediately assaulted by the strongest weed scent that we have ever smelled off of one singular person before. In layman terms, the drive-thru worker stank. Badly. When my mother points out how overwhelming the aroma of weed is, instead of being apologetic, the drive-thru worker immediately gets defensive (as all junkies in denial do) and proceeds to call my mom and I quote a "f*ckin idiot". The worker also claimed that she had cancer and was using the herb for medicinal reasons. As paying customers, we have every right to a refund and yet this woman initially denied me one, claiming that they "didn't do" refunds. To make matters worse, she took my card to the back of the restaurant instead of returning it to me, which I did not appreciate at all, as I have no way of knowing whether she took a quick snapshot or not. Magically, she could suddenly do refunds when I threatened to call police. She also mentioned that she would make up some fabrication to the police and accuse us of trespassing when, in actuality, we were simply trying to order. As far as the cancer claim, due to her willingness to lie about not being able to give me a refund and about us "trespassing", I am not fully convinced that this woman is not just another pothead lying to justify her addiction.
