We ordered a pick up order for biscuits Thursday morning for work (the day before). The manager was very helpful with scheduling pick up and preparing food. Service is incredibly slow, if you don't have 20 minutes to waste don't stop here. They always forget something so always check your bag. Parking spots are filled with cars waiting for their orders. Impressive! I usually don't review fast food restaurants. The menu at one Hardee's restaurant is identical to every other. However, I do need to take a moment to commend this Hardee's. I keep going to this location when I tell myself I'm not. The employees are consistently rude. It's been going on like this for several years now. Management needs to take ownership of this. Honestly, this was my last time. My son came home the other day and he said he was in with a new friend. They wanted to get ice cream but the machine was down so they got cookies instead. He too said that they were rude and it was embarrassing. My son is a good kid, nice. There is no reason why people have to treat people the way that they do especially an employee of an establishment. You have no right. Customers keep you in business. My only issue is the bathrooms. It's ridiculous for a restaurant with the volume this place does to have single stall bathrooms. The crew has been here for a while now, and they deliver pretty good customer service. What prompted me to do this review was I just witnessed a worker ask all the patrons eating-in if they needed more coffee before the restaurant changes from breakfast to lunch. We stopped here on way back home to Louisiana. Didn't see any signs saying that lobby was closed. My wife and I walked in to stares we both went to the restroom. An employee followed me inside and I asked if everything was ok he informed me of lobby being closed. I walked out and he acted as thou he was going to do the same to my wife. Informed him that he was not going into that restroom. We are regular customers for the past seven months. Over that time period, this Hardee's has improved their service, food, and cleanliness. Yesterday (1/21/2020), we were very disappointed in our meals. The eggs were not scrambled and was just one thin egg that was meant for a sandwich. The bacon was just 1 1/2 slices which were very thin. The biscuit, gravy and hash browns were as usual, very good. The Regional Manager needs to return and set these people straight. Just not up to the standards required. The Hardee's on Nine Mile is now closed because of bad reviews and crap like this. my bf and i went to the drivethru to get us some breakfast food. we're missing one order and still didn't get our order right!!!! i had a hot chicken biscuit and gave us a bun!!! our breakfast combos gave us fries instead of hasbrowns. my chicken waffle is missing syrup, dry as hell. we called 850 944-7668 and this lady trying to blame us for not knowing they dont serve breakfast????? how in the hell did i get a waffle or could've told us in the drive thru, say something bc we dont know your menu. this is really frustrating esp i work in a customer service. that lady was really rude to us, store ghetto as hell. not coming back here anymore. close this store down. 0 stars read more

This is for the pine forest I-10 Hardee's I got there about 1030 wanting a biscuit the really young person behind the counter just looked at me. (I was the only one at the counter) I thought I would wait to see if she ever spoke, nope. Another employee came by and asked me if I had been helped, nope. Just thought I'd stare at the child behind the counter until she spoke. The talkative employee asked what I wanted and I said a sausage biscuit, she informed me that breakfast stopped at 11 well I made her aware it was now 1039. She checked in the back and she was told they could do the sausage biscuit, meanwhile the child still had not spoken a word. But she was willing to ring me up, while this was going on an elderly lady came up and asked go a water cup she looked perplexed, I pointed to the rack of cups behind her she got a cop and handed it to the lady, still no language was spoken the lady said thank you, youngin just turned and walked away. I just couldn't let this go so I said to no talk your welcome is a good response when someone says thank you. Her response was (to me) "your welcome" really to me? I waited for my biscuit for abou 5 minutes remember I'm still the only one at the counter. Miss no speak left so no one was at the counter. If I hadn't paid already this is where I would have left, but I couldn't help to see where this went. At approximately 9 minutes in talking employee handed me my biscuit. What's my point, one this is a business where customers are priority. Speak be cheerful let them know how long it will be "communication" is the key management is at fault her as well the young girl was new so training is important. The food was like a second thought I guess that what I get for ordering breakfast so close to lunch. Oh and while I was waiting the health inspector came in he pointed out several items I overheard him comment on how greasy the floor was and when was the last time it was cleaned the managers response "I'm not sure" oh dude you should go in the men's room if you think this is bad. Greasy floors, someone threw up in the toilet which was dried on. Pretty gross! I left when miss no speak handed me my biscuit I said thank you her response, nothing. Owners of the establishment need to be involved in your business train your managers to be leaders and train your young work force. I'm sure this will not matter but it was some funny but mostly irritating I don't expect to be wined and dined it is fast food but customer service no matter what is just that and keeps folks returning to your establishment. I most likely won't be returning and would not recommend this particular Hardee's, however the Hardee's on 98 almost to the state line is awesome great customer service and the food is hot and fresh. Although the staff was very friendly and responsive, I wouldn't recommend anyone stop here if they're in a hurry. Our stop ended up taking almost 30 minutes. I don't know if she's new, or having a bad day, but the girl who made the burgers messed up two of them, and so help me if she wasn't going to mess up one again, had I not spoken up. Also, don't get the mushroom and Swiss burger. It has some kind of weird sauce on it and was disgusting. However, she made it correctly, and I sucked it up and ate it anyway. read more

When my coke tasted like diet coke I nicely asked that the lady at the window to please change my drink to an ice tea. Horrible!!! They don't deserve 1 star but wasn't given the option to leave zero. The grease is burnt which makes everything taste like crap. This Hardees is a waste of time and money. The only reason they get business is due to the interstate. The manager was made aware of the problems a few days ago but she did nothing about changing the grease and it was burnt 3 days ago. I pulled into The drive thru at Hardee's located at 2300 Wilde Lake Blvd. in Pensacola Florida on Thanksgiving morning at 10:38 am. The sign on the door clearly read that the hours of operations were from 3 am until 11 am. As I pulled up to the speaker, a very rude voice told me that they were closed so that they could LDR have Thanksgiving. When I mentioned the hours of operation, I was told "Too bad. We are out of biscuits and you ain't gettin none". I understand that it is a holiday, but if you're not going to be open until 11 am, don't advertise that you will be open until 11 am. I will not be returning to this or any other Hardee's. The manager and staff are rude. read more

We went to the the drive thru to grab something to eat because we had our dog with us. We are locals and live nearby. Anyhow, we took the food home to eat, only to find that they got our order wrong! We got a ham biscuit and the ham was dry like jerky! I ordered the breakfast with eggs, biscuit and gravy, potatoes and bacon. Over cooked, dry, hard, biscuits are the norm for Wilde Lake location. The first time I decided to complain over the burnt biscuits which were obviously burnt, the manager quickly exchanged the biscuits for more appropriate not burnt but still dry and hard biscuits which my children picked at before declaring they were not hungry enough to eat them. The second time I complained about the biscuits, the biscuits were not as burnt as the first time but they were very obviously over cooked, hard, and dry. The second time the front cashier was insulting and rude while the manager assisted the cooks in the back quietly never saying a word to either myself or his extremely rude employee. This is the worst Hardees I have ever been too. The staff was not only rude, but very unclean. The girl that works in the front needs to be fired. She purposely rubbed her hands all over the inside of our ketchup container while giving me a rude look before handing it to me! She then got mad when I asked for ketchup packets instead.
