This Whataburger location is starting to go down the drain in the AM. I have over time noticed that it is when a particular manager is there. When this particular manager is NOT working, I can get my same order in less than ten minutes through drive through. When she is working, they will have you wait at the menu for five plus minutes while the line is slowly getting shorter in front of you. By the time I get to the window after finally ordering I am ten minutes into arriving and placing my order. I will then have to SIT at the window and watch them take new orders before ever taking my payment. Then when my order comes up, its twenty minutes later. I have been coming to this location for years and I absolutely cannot believe how terrible the service is when this manager is working. If corporate would like to reach out to me, please do. As a manager myself, this is unacceptable for the food industry, and "fast food." Absolute terrible customer service. read more

They have good burgers good fries good milkshakes the staff is really nice will come back

I do not see a negative star to give this Whataburger! After this, will never go to another Whataburger again. I went through the drive through, selecting the outside of the 2 lanes. Gave my order as did the car next to me. There were 3 cars in front of both ordering lanes. I sat there as did the 3 cars in front of me as we watched the lane next to us zoom through. We counted 5 cars that came after us, get their orders before we did. When we got our food, we tried the fries while the attendant was there. They were Lukewarm at best. I asked for my money back and was giving the food back to her. She told me to pull up and she would get her manager and my money back to me. I waited 10 minutes in a pulled-up spot, the attendant came out with my money and no manager. She took the food back and I made a comment, " I guess this wasn't important enough for the manager to come out" she smiled and said, nope. So, if you want shoddy service, an uncaring manager, and barely edible food, this is your place to stop at! Del read more

No!! There were employees everywhere yet we wait 35 minutes for 2 burgers and a fry. It was not just our order but everyone's. Now granted the food was pretty good, the service is terrible. read more

Slowest service ever!!! Ordered on the app ten min before leaving my house because I had to get to the airport. The app said my order would be ready 4-8 min. Arrived at store, 13 min after ordering and waited 5 min in line. Then she said "ok, they are starting on your order after this gentleman's" (referring to the man who just ordered at the counter. Couldn't cancel my order and I had to leave without food. What's the purpose of the app if you don't start making the food (already paid for) until after the customer arrives and goes thru the line? read more

Plenty of parking. Place is busy. Order time was quick. They have some of the best onion rings here.

If you want to wait 30-45 mins for food, this is a great place to go. I'm not sure if they just don't know how make food, but they take way to long. This is about the 5th time Iv waited this long. The drive thru did not move one for for TEN MINUTES. Trash service read more

I went on a Wednesday afternoon. There was a short line, fast service, the girls at each window were REALLY nice. The food was exactly as I ordered it, hot and fresh onion rings and fries. The chocolate malt was pretty good... It was not overly chocolatey / sweet like some restaurants make them. I've been to other areas whataburgers and this one is far superior. read more

This place is clean and the staff are normally friendly. It has been there a while so some of the stuff is a little worn, but still very clean. read more

Whataburger is fantastic! Their burgers are juicy, the fries are crispy, and their shakes are to die for. The friendly service and 24/7 availability make it a go-to spot for delicious fast food. read more

I've gotten good food. I've gotten bad food. I use to get over the top orders. Fresh, neat, plentiful. But lately I get cold fries and onion rings. The box is only about 2/3 full of fries and especially onion rings (half box). The burgers use to be stack high and fresh. Here lately it's skimpy, thin and cold. Probably by leaving out trimmings either purposely or by error. The kids working there are mostly polite. But some do not know how to say Thank You. Whataburger is the most expensive fast food restaurant in the area. You'd think you would get top of the line burger and fries. Here lately it's no more than McD's. I think it a sign of the times. Corporate is telling them to skimp on product. Thusly, speeding up service by servicing more customers. In there marketing thinking, higher profits. Customers will just be going to competition to save money. read more

I have not found a better Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit than the one served here, especially with the Jalapeno Biscuit. Dropped off my daughter at school for a workday this morning and swung by to get breakfast. Ordered in the drive thru and was about to pay, but forgot my wallet at the house. Ms. D didnt.miss a beat and took care of it and said no worries and to take my time to come back and pay. Breakfast was great and later on I headed back to pay and pick up lunch. She was still there and I paid for breakfast and lunch. Good food and super nice folks. Also be sure to say hi to Sam when you visit, she is awesome as well.... read more

If you would like to wait in line for 20 min feel free. Always an issue at this location.

I love the staff!!! And they NEVER mess up my complicated specialty order. I'm a picky person and they delight me EVERY time !!!

I visited this restaurant today and once again the wait time was extensive and service was very poor. A Female manager came to my car smirking and attempted to instigate a problem when there was no problem. She held my credit card in her hand while insisting I wouldn't take the card from hand. Then she went inside and sent out a white male manager who came to my car like a BULLY and GLARED at me like he was going to a STREET FIGHT. My next step would've been to pull out of line and call LAW ENFORCEMENT. I also witnessed staff count money and turn and immediately touch people's food without washing her hands and without gloves. When I reported to the SAAME female manager, her response was "what food did you see her touch ma'am??" Seriously?????? Be careful at this place. read more

Good food. Don't come here unless you have a loooonnnngggggg time to wait. Through the drive thru at least. Good thing is that it is right next to the gas station. Bring a fuel can and you can fuel up your vehicle when you run out of gas because of the wait. read more

The morning drive thru rush needs to be figured out stat. I live RIGHT by this location...mornings are ALWAYS a nightmare. But only at this location. And has increasingly gotten worse over the course of 2 years. What's the deal?? I can hit up the Whataburger on Nine Mile, get all the way home, get half way thru my hash browns, and I'd STILL be sitting in the drive thru at this location. I'd love to eat more Whataburger breakfast, from this particular location, but I'll take my chances and make the drive to the Nine Mile store. read more

Had a wonderful experience, The manager (buddy) even came out to check on us and talk with us! 12/10 recommend!

This is my first "Whataburger" experience, yes it's true, there are restaurants I haven't visited. Firstly, I don't do fast food anymore, or haven't in years. Burger King and McDonalds, don't interest me and KFC, except for the one in Bangkok Thailand, which is beyond chicken! Well, for Whataburger, the service was professional, service area was clean, and the staff friendly! The burger, I got a Chop House Burger, it was to much for me, I should have gotten just a plain old burger. That being said, it was really good. Whataburger has a good menu and a helpful staff, it's not something I'd get everyday; however, I certainly won't pass it up anymore! read more

The burger here is definitely unique, but mostly because of the overwhelming taste of onions. It's a big burger, and it will fill you up, but it's not necessarily a burger I would crave. If I ever return, I'd probably try something else. The fries I ate when they had already become cold, unfortunately, which definitely makes a difference so I can't give an unbiased review of those. The ketchup is the only thing that would make me return to this chain, because it's some darn good ketchup. Their own brand, and you can definitely taste all the flavors. We took some packets in my check bag to put on other things when we got back to our home in California. read more

This Whataburger is our go to place when we want fast food. The food always taste good and the employees are polite. We have recently started to venture to other restaurants because of the long wait time in the drive thru. The other day I was in the drive thru for 38 minutes before u got my food and there were only 6 cars ahead of me. I think if I'm going to wait for that long in line and pay an average of $8---$9 per person I might as well go to a sit down restaurant. From now on we will just drive by and if there is a line at all we will just go elsewhere. read more

Lately the service is slower than usual. Today I went through drive through. I wanted a gravy biscuit. I had my reward app pulled up and when I went to window the girl at window, receipt said her name was Ashley, told me my total I asked if she needed number on my app, cuz past experience that windows scanner doesn't work. She oh god. I felt like such an inconvenience, Nothing like waiting in line for 20 min just for a gravy biscuit and have that attitude. It's not like she had to wait for me to pull it up. I was ready. Need a better morning crew. read more

Got to this whatabuger about 10:50am 12/7/2019 and waited in the b line seeing it was a little busy. I was able to order at about 11:05-11:10am when I got to order. The rep told me they wouldn't serve me breakfast after 11:00am. I said ok and they told me order or move but I was still line and couldn't go anyway and they kept repeating order or move well after about two mins. The manager (Elaine) and the rep came outside and told me to order again. Manager begins to tell me I was a lier and I was not in line at 11:00am and the rep. Got the car in front of me to move so I could get out. Never met more rude, unprofessional people in all my life. I had to give a star. read more
