I visited this location five times in the same day. The Good. The food was up to McDonald's taste quality. The soda machines were working correctly. THE BAD The cashier acted like he really hates his job. He stood their looking at me as though annoyed and bored while I waited for him to take my order. No one else was in line. This was the first McDonald's that I have not received a welcome greeting. I ordered two meals in the same day since I was working via my phone in my vehicle. I came inside once to eat, five times to use the men's restroom and twice to order meals. I observed the first employee I encountered having similar attitudes with other guests. No napkins were placed in either of my orders. For the second order I asked for napkins. A different employee was helping me. She told me napkins are by the soda machine. I told her I ordered early and didn't see any. She pointed at one of two dispensers that had images of Ice cream on it. One was empty, the other had napkins presumably used for ice cream cones that were hidden inside. When I first arrived I visited the rest room. It was extremely messy with cleaning supplies left on the sink and the stall was dirty. While I was eating my first meal inside, a manager asked an employee if he knew who had previously been cleaning the men's restroom. He said an employees name and as they talked about it. He said, "I don't Blame him! He had to clean a Shit out of the urinal, I'd have left the cleaning supplies out and walked away too". Then they laughed. While waiting for my second meal a few hours later. A woman and her three children had just received their order. She complained to her kids that the employees here were always rude to her and mess up her orders. They were going to sit down to eat, but she was so upset they walked out. Went here for my Big Mac attack craving tonight. I always pass 3 McDonalds to go to the one on Pine Forest Road because they always pass their Public Health inspections. Today they sealed the deal on why i choose this McDonald's as my "go to." I received the wrong bag of food. I discovered it while i was still at the window but already started eating the fries. (They were light, hot and crispy!) I advised the lady at the window and she realized it was for the car behind me. Instead of taking the food back, she told me to keep it and they would prepare my order and a new order for the car behind me! THAT is what i call customer service! So many places would have taken the bag back and just gave it to the rightful owner. They would be too lazy to prepare a new order even though my hand had already been in the bag, the bag was already in my elements, and opening the path for cross contamination. I was quite impressed!They even made my burger customized just the way i like it. Kudos to this McDonald's and all of their staff on 28 Jan 26 at 8PM. read more

went into this McDonalds and asked for ice cream sundae. Paid and waited and as I waited, I watch them make it and watch them. Use the pump to pierce the bag of hot fudge sundae. Drop the pump on the ground, then continue to use it and create my ice cream sundae while the manager watched it and serve it to me with no problem. I demanded a refund got my refund received attitude from manager Blossom. This is poor service and breaks several safety violations. This is terrible and sicking to know. read more

This is the worst possible McDonald's I have ever encountered. It has nothing to do the food. It is strictly their customer service. The manager yelled at my young adult daughter claiming her order was wrong because she didn't order it right. Saying she ordered two griddles instead of McGriddles so they just gave her two McGriddle buns with nothing else. The manager just kept yelling at her saying she ordered it wrong. I have worked in several restaurants and have alway been taught customer satisfaction comes first. You don't yell at your customers.So I called the store when she came in the house in tears and the manager yelled at me on the phone, too. She was very degrading calling me Baby, Hon, and Darlin even when I asked her not to still insisting my daughter placed the order wrong but never speaking in any kind of reasonable manner, just yelling, at her customers. I told her I would be contacting her district manager and I have contacted McDonalds National Customer Service to complain. I will also leave bad reviews every where I can. McDonald's - the inside of a restaurant - Fast Food Near Me - Pensacola, Florida

In the midst of a church trip, me and a few of my friends were a little peckish and decided to go to the mcdonald's near our hotel. what can go wrong with mcdonald's.... right? evidently quite a few things can go amuck. Cold nuggets, lukewarm chocolate milk, and soggy fries.... quite unappetizing. furthermore, the service we received was inexcusable. the young lady who took our order and our money was very nice and pleasant, the lady who gave us our food however? horrendous. personally, i am not a fan of barbecue sauce and don't care for my nuggets dry. so i ask her for ranch, my friend sweet and sour. But unfortunately we are greeted with "i don't have time for that." and the closing of the window in our face. so we return and "enjoy" our dry, cold nuggets and the rest of our off putting meal. horrible experience. and their ice cream machine was broken. no surprise..... read more

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I've had in my lifetime. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with a medium fry and an Oreo McFlurry. To my sUpRiSe the ice cream machine was broken (as it always is). a McFlurry is one of my favorite deserts and I don't stand alone in saying this so it's very disappointing when their machine is almost ALWAYS broken. Moving on to the oh so popular McDonald's fries. I Recieved my fries cold and unsalted, not that I should've expected any better quality from such an abomination of a fast food restaurant. Finally, the main course, my poorly put together spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich was mediocre at best and had the equivalent of a jizz stain amount of sauce on it. The pickles were soggy and the chicken was cold. I think it's safe to say I will never be ordering from McDonald's ever again! read more

This is one of the worst McDonald's I've ever visited! The employees do not care about the customers that are paying their hourly rate. We received our order on a tray that had a previous customer's coffee stained sugar packet still attached to the tray liner! Employee didn't notice / correct. 2 members of management running drive thru and kitchen area - clueless as to what was going on. This location does not have enough room for more than 10 customers inside the restaurant. Drive thru is always slow. Just do us all a favor and close it down! Take your business and $ to another location and/or restaurant. This location should not be allowed to have the McDonald's sign on the property. The signage should advertise what they are - "We suck! we are driving through from east florida back to texas and we are pulling 32 ft camper and we rang the bell on the door and asked the worker how we would go about ordering food because we can't fit through the drive thru. he proceeds to tell us to pull around to the other side and park after we've explained that we cannot fit and he pretty much tells us to doordash mcdonald's to their parking lot. they won't let anyone in but this man was no more than 2 feet away from me and proceeded to tell me we can't give him our order, or walk through the drive thru because it was a "health hazard" as he's standing 2 feet in front of me. this is the most rude and you would think they would be doing what they can to help like anyone else that we've had this problem with did but nope. One of the worst McDonald's in town it seems like everything I come to this McDonald's they always gave me old fries never fresh out even close. Plus the staff is very rude and always seems to mess something I'm my order wrong. My suggestion for if you come here order fries no salt then they will be forced to make them fresh and just ask for salt packets at the window and always check the order before you leave. read more

I went to the McDonald's on Pine Forest Road in Pensacola, on my way to work this morning 11/03/2016. I ordered a steak, egg and cheese biscuit. I opened the biscuit to place ketchup on it. I was disgusted to find a bite mark taken out of the steak. I will not EAT there again. read more
