Went here after a long day of shopping and they didn't disappoint, it was also my first time. Ordered a cheeseburger and it came with two patties. I was able to customize to my liking and it was made fresh after I ordered. My husband didn't care for the veggie burger I brought him but my cheeseburger was too notch. Went there because I had a long day and needed to feed my five kids. I get the fries, they are half full. I spent over $50 for half full fries, as I stupidly didn't check. We never eat out because it's exorbitantly expensive, and the quality is usually garbage. Now we can't even get the full amount of product we pay for! I understand that the economy is bad, I don't expect the bag to be full of fries like they used to do, but at LEAST I should get a full amount of the item I paid good money for. Also, they didn't want to make a milkshake for us, just one milkshake for my kid who just had dental surgery. Apparently it was too much trouble and the employee who took my order complained that he would have to get through the long line before he could get to my milkshake. The folks working here are ALWAYS friendly, kind, respectful, and extremely helpful. Whenever I'm in the Pensacola/Pace Florida area, I make this location a mandatory stop. My son wanted to go to five guys for our mother son lunch date and it couldn't of gone better. Of course the burgers and fries were delicious but the customer service from Christie was phenomenal. I had to change the burger I ordered last minute So I go up and ask Christie if they had already made the food and she asked why and I said because I'm going to need to change my burger and she's like oh no don't worry about it we will make it just how you like it. The whole time she was genuinely concerned with my needs and she had a smile on her face the whole time. What I thought was going to be a big problem turned out to be not a problem at all. Yeah, it's just another burger place. But my experience this evening was beyond that. First off, everyone was masked- that's unusual in this area, even at the national chains. Every employee I encountered was friendly, personable, and helpful. The person dropping the fries was coordinating with the shake makers so my shakes wouldn't melt waiting on my fries. My very large and complicated order was 100% accurate- another rarity. So yeah, it's just another burger place, but it was also so much more. read more

Despite the circumstances, and an enormous dinner rush (70 customers when I got there) the service was great, the hostess was friendly and the staff was making a filled-to-capacity location work like a well oiled machine. I ordered the big bacon cheese burger, a big cheeseburger, and a little cheeseburger with fries. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. Great food! Everyone had gloves on and kept things clean. While I was waiting one of the guys cooking asked how I was and smiled and had a great attitude. Than, as I was walking out I was offered a drink carrier because they actually noticed I was having trouble carrying the food and drinks I got to go. This place is absolutely gross. Eating the hamburger was like eating a rubber tire. Threw it in the garbage. Fries are awful . Half cooked . 17.00 for a burger , fries and drinks is outrageous. Last trip for me. Should have gone to What-a- burger or even McDonald. It definitely would have been better than what I got. What a disappointment - soggy fries - seriously limp fries and the bun for the single burger could not take the meat & fixings.
