Y'all, this place is fire! I grew up in South Florida and was skeptical about south american food this far north, but the reviews were great so i tried it. The chicken was moist and flavorful, the yuca & tostones perfectly cooked, and the sauces absolutely delicious. The only item I didn't love was the rice and beans, they were a bit bland, but the servings are huge so I was full anyway. The service was quick - perfect for a work lunch. 100% recommend. I went to their soft opening and they ran out of chicken and never came back until now 2/2025. They were apologetic and gave me a free meal on next visit, but I never used it because I lost the piece of note she (the owner) provided. This visit, the moment I walked to the counter I was greeted with a smile, and I remember her from my first visit. I ordered the 1/2 chicken because it was only $3 more than a 1/4 chicken with 2 sides. You get both white and dark meat and I order fried Yucca and black beans & rice. The chicken has so much flavor from the charcoal. The Yucca was perfectly fried fresh, and the black beans and rice were satisfying. It is a little pricey about $27 with fountain drink and a 15% tip (in my opinion they should not ask with their point of sale system when it is not a full service restaurant). This is the reason why they got a 3 star instead of 4 stars. This reminds me of Peruvian style rotisserie chicken that I use to eat when I lived in Washington DC area. Here, they are branded as Latin American Charcoal Chicken. This not a full service restaurant. You order at the counter and pick up at the order at the other end. They have a small but adequate dining room. I wonder how they are during a lunch and dinner rush. I will soon see. read more

This place is 5 stars. The chicken has so much flavor that permeates deep into the meat. Order at the counter and wait to be called. Your meal comes in a 3 compartment take out box so listen up. Eat the chicken first, don't forget to use some of the green and white sauce. You might need to go up and get more sauce. Once you eat all the chicken, move the bones to the lid and put the rice and beans in the big compartment where the chicken was that has all the little chixken bits amd cover it with thr green sauce. You're welcome! The fries were crispy on the outside and like mashed potatoes on the inside. It looks like a hole in the wall but it ain't. Goodbye KFC, Popeyes, and Churchs! This is now my go to spot for chicken! Don't go here looking for fried chicken because this isn't where you'll find it. This Lebanese spot is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. The chicken is cooked rotisserie style over charcoal, hence the name charcoal chicken and it is absolutely amazing! They have a few tables to sit and eat or you can take your food to go. We had the whole chicken with 2 sides and at $24.50 it's a steal! I called in my order and it was being placed on the counter as I got there. I got the whole chicken and Two sides. Mac and cheese was delicious and the pasta wasn't overcooked and mushy. I love plantains so I am always excited to see them on menus, so this was quite a treat for me. They are perfectly cooked and sweet, and did not have that weird starchy texture.
