My total through the app was $20.75, but when the order was charged at Panda Express, I was charged around $22 instead. No, I'm not complaining about the $2, it's the principle. I could have gotten my Circle K fountain drink for that. On top of that, my husband ordered a medium à la carte Orange Chicken, but received a small. Ironically, the container had a sticker indicating it was the medium size. We also ordered Veggie Spring Rolls, but received Cream Cheese Rangoons instead. Once again, ironically, the container had a sticker for the item we originally ordered, the veggie spring rolls. I want to make it clear that this is not me trying to shame this establishment or the employees. Mistakes happen, and I completely understand that, I used to work in the food industry myself. I know how hectic restaurants can get, especially during busy hours. I'm simply sharing my experience so that others know what to expect and, if you're ordering through the app, double-check your order and your final charge before leaving! Hopefully this was just a one-time mistake, but unfortunately, our first experience wasn't the best.

Food is okay for what it is. Employees and drivers should be educated to NOT hound the customers for a tip. Yes, tipping is what one should do if ordering delivery or eating out, but hounding the customer for it is unprofessional and would cause me to actually refuse to tip, if not completely avoid ordering/eating there again. There is a Chopsticks location in Lynn Haven, FL that is much, MUCH better, and this location could stand to take a leaf from their book. But when I got to the actual restaurant, everything was $11 to $12. They deceive their customers, luring you in with false prices, and then gouge you when you get there! That is very unethical and shady. I purchased the following items: 2 orders egg rolls 1 Mongolian Beef 1 Kung Paul Chicken 1 Beef Lo Mein 1 Sweet & Sour Chicken 1 Shrimp Fried Rice I had told the woman at the cash register that I wanted "small" for the Mongolian beef, but she gave me large anyway. She maxed everything out to charge me the maximum price. I waited for about 20 minutes in the waiting area by the front door for my order to go. I was born in 1967 in Chicago and lived there for 37 years, so I know great food.
