CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE! Twice now, in less than 2 months, they have forgotten teriyaki chicken bc they were waiting on it to be finished cooking. It's a popular item and runs out quickly. They prepare the rest of the meal while waiting on the chicken, the customer waits 15 minutes, or longer, and then is still given a meal with no teriyaki chicken. How about don't make the meal until the chicken is ready? We live 17 minutes from here and can't just turn around and come back especially since that just leaves the rest of the food to get cold. Then they put your name in a book and you feel like you better come back and collect your meal as soon as you can or they might forget. Even though they are willing to make good on it, that is not the point. The point is you wanted it when you ordered it, and you should get what you paid for. If I come back, I will definitely open my boxes and check them before I leave so, panda employees, please don't tie it in a super tight knot so I can double check it. You big bodies leaving bad reviews (Haley A & Cathy L) should've just ordered more if you're mad about portion sizes ; and quite literally they give more than what's expected. Shawty got the bigger plate with 3 sides and still wants more. Dam. Employees always have a positive attitude and (Jayson C) bad review crying over waiting 20 minutes? That's Comedy right there. My son and I picked up dinner to go. We both ordered the 2 item plate with Grilled Chicken Teriyaki and Mushroom Chicken. The Grilled Teriyaki Chicken was fabulous. It was fresh, hot and moist. The Mushroom Chicken was good. The Chow Mein was pretty gross. The noodles seemed like they were marinated in butter!! The bottom of my takeout box was loaded with butter/grease where the Chow Mein was. I usually enjoy Chow Mein but this was BAD!! My son told me he'd give his 3 stars and mine is 3 stars as well. The reason I didn't give them 2 stars is simply because the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken was super yummy. read more

Just your regular run of the mill Panda. The orange chicken is always delicious & hits the spot whenever you need some quick Americanized Chinese food, & the same goes for the rest of the food. This is always consistent during the day & I've made a few catering orders through this location. The management here is always kind and helpful when it comes to placing these orders & picking them up. I will say that the rice isn't always consistent though & it kind of sucks. Every once in a while the rice is dry, but it doesn't happen frequent enough for it to be a big issue. read more

We ate at this location last night and I was a bit weary because of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. When we got there it wasn't busy at all and I was worried that the food maybe had been sitting there a long time and not fresh but it was the opposite. The new staff all seem very well trained and happy to serve you or give you a sample! It's very clean and the layout makes getting through the line easy. There's minimal seating, but it's only an issue during the lunch rush. The food is pretty standard panda express quality, but I've been happy with it so far. It all depends on the time of day you come really. I've been there during lunch and everything has all been very fresh. It's nice to have a panda in the booming metropolis of Pace! read more

I love Panda Express! However the results from this location vary day to day. The first time I went, no complaints, it was as I imagine Panda Express to be. However most recently I went later, about 10 pm as I had just gotten off work, and it was awful. When I pay for a 2 item plate and get a premium entree I don't expect a portion of green beans, I want at least some steak. You pay way to much for a side cabbage and little noodles. Not to bad for a quick bite to eat of Chinese food. It's Panda Express they are all the same. A lot of people don't know this but you can ask them to make a fresh batch of anything they have out. Even if it is still a full pan, so if it looks like it has been there awhile ask for a fresh batch. read more

Panda Express is my favorite restaurant for fast food. Been to plenty of different restaurants in the past , but this is probably my worst experience at any Panda Express restaurant I've been to. Their drive-thru system is awful. All customers have to come to the front of the restaurant to pick up their drive-thru orders. We order our food at the window and they made us wait at the front to pick it up after getting to the customers behind us first and waiting 15 minutes for them to bring it out. Not pleased with the quality of the food either. Chow mein was undercooked and cold. Would not recommend this Panda Express. read more

Just got Panda Express for dinner and experienced excellent customer service from Jennifer!! So often companies are quick to reprehend employees for bad behavior, but seriously lack in giving the adequate recognition to hard working, kind team members. I saw a negative review that was left a few days prior to mine and noticed that the company was quick to intervene and get in touch with the employee at hand.
