We also order frozen custard. One had heath bars in it & the other had strawberries and cheesecake. When you walk in, the menus is huge. Which is great for me because I love options. The absolute worst place for a high schooler to work! My little brother was employed for four days and was taken off the schedule with no explanation! He has reached out to the general manager named Taylor multiple times and has not received a reply. We talked the store on 11/13/2025 asking about his schedule and if he was terminated and the Assistant Manager Calvin has no IDEA he claims why my brother was let go. Taylor will not return any calls or even message back. Please do not let your high school students work at this establishment. I have been in other locations and service have always been ok. There's like three people always ha if I g at the host stand when clearly there's customers not getting g their orders on time or getting g food sooner. I am very patient but good god it took 35 minutes to get our food not to mention our drink order came 5 minutes before our food. Normally I'm allowed to bring our dog to patio in any other location but this location said straight up no. It sure who manages this location but they need to work on customer service And have a chat with employees about team work. Girls chatting while you can see people looking around for help. I'm rating Culver's as a fast food restaurant in comparison to other fast food restaurants. I've eaten at Culver's several times over the past few years in Pensacola and now a few times here in Milton. I've enjoyed the food very much every time. I've eaten the Butter Burger, and I've eaten the fish platter. The burger was really good and the fish was wonderful. The reason that this particular location is slow is because it is extremely busy. Once the new wears off, service will pick up. We can't expect to over-crowd a restaurant and expect rapid service. Go there, be patient, and enjoy the food. The restaurant is new, so it's very clean. Of course, the 2 locations in Pensacola that I've been to were very clean as well, and they've been around for awhile. read more

I'm impressed. I came here on a whim as it is dark, I'm driving and looking like I'm lost so I saw the lights and plenty of people in the drive thru moving quickly so I darted in here to check them out. I must say I was that customer who enters an establishment for the very first time with that dazed and confused look on my face, looking at everything that's offered but not seeing it selection by selection. I was tired from a 334 mile trip and I needed codling and I didn't want to think for myself especially with this bright blue and white menu board that was nicely picturesque and priced by their offerings. Upon entering I was greeted by, Paula, she had that less than 20 seconds salutation ready and it was filled with genuine excitement to see this wandering stranger come inside. She immediately took to me as I did to her. I love friendliness and service wrapped into one. Jumping ahead, while I was waiting for my order Paula and I discussed what area we are from originally, made pleasant but meaningful small talk and once my selection was delivered to me, hot and smelling delicious, she asked if she could inspect my bag to ensure I had the right selections so my experience would not be tainted by a disappointing surprise when I got back to my hotel room. She was a delight indeed. Gabriel happened to be the luck associate behind the counter and at the register who had to deal with my deer-in-the-headlights moment. He represents that young adult that everyone desires to encounter in a fast food restaurant but we rarely ever get. Gabriel was truly amazing at patience, suggesting selections, asking the right discovery questions and giving the okay to not be in a rush or not knowing what in the world you want but trusted I'd make the right decision to satisfy my peckish appetite. The restaurant was well kept at every angle I turned. Nothing on the floor, tables bussed and debris free. The drink station was stocked and maintained. Most of all the employees were alert and seemed happy to work there. No put-me-outta-my-misery looks on any face. The drive thru was moving at a decent speed and I got my order in under 5 minutes; hot and fresh. The chicken tenders and fries were just what I needed. I'll return when I'm back in Pensacola. I was apprehensive about trying this place out based on the reviews, but my wife had eaten here previously and said her pot roast sandwich was awesome. So I decided to give it a shot. I ordered the double cheeseburger combo with fries and a drink to go from the drive-thru. Service was excellent and the food was out to the car within a few minutes. Everything was great and cooked to perfection. I was pleasantly surprised! I am assuming that a lot of the bad reviews were done when the place first opened up because it is fairly new. I live 14 miles from this store (Pensacola, FL) and have been ordering something any time I am in the area, i.e., doctor visit, shopping, etc. It is out of my way otherwise and have wished that one was closer (Pace, FL). I had a doctor visit today and stopped by the store for a to go order before coming home in a severe thunderstorm and was in a hurry to get back. I trusted the order was correct (dumb move). When I got home, I realized I did not receive a bottled water that I had ordered. I called the store and was told I needed to come back to the store within 24 hours to get the missing water or forfeit the $2.09 I spent for this item per the owner's policy. As I mentioned above, this is out of my way and a 14 mile drive, 28 if you count the return trip. I find this to be a serious customer satisfaction issue and unreasonable. It is not my responsibility that this owner has an incompetent staff and puts it back on the customer if they want to get what they paid for. Frankly, it is criminal. I will not only be back to any Culver's, but I plan to tell anybody and everybody about my experience with the treatment of their loyal customers. read more

Came to this Culver's while I was visiting the military base. We have been a fan of Culver's for many years. Not sure if it's a Fast food Florida thing, but the girl in the drive thru window was absolutely nasty. She gave me stellar service through the speaker, but when I pulled to the window, her demeanor completely changed. The way she glared at myself and my husband who was sleeping in the passenger seat. She did not smile and was so incredibly cold. When I asked if they smiled at this location (light heartedly) she gave me a half raised lip scowl. One of the most disturbing run ins I have ever had while receiving quick service food. She then told me to pull forward and wait by the garbage can for my order to be brought out to me. (How pleasant. (Mind you, the garbage can was absolutely filthy, and I had to stare at it while I waited for my food)) Yum. When another woman brought the bag out to us, it was missing my husband's fries from his meal. I had to go inside. I saw a white shirt general manager speaking to the drive thru staff, as a cashier in a blue apron greeted me. When I explained my unpleasant experience in the drive thru, and the missing fries, I also asked to speak to a manager. She replied " I am the manager" I then asked if I can speak to the gentleman in the white shirt who had just walked back to the office. She stepped away for a moment and then came back and said "we have no one in a white shirt who works here" Another blue apron came up to me and said, "we don't know what you are talking about, we have no white shirt man working here." They lied multiple times, and denied my request of speaking to the supervisor. The other employees looked ashamed and embarrassed as these two grown women (shift leads) lied to a customer. I am a very pleasant, well spoken, highly regarded woman. I almost always have nothing but friendly and joyous interactions wherever I go. Well educated, Molecular biologist with a minor in Anthropology. I served in the United States Military, and I now serve as Vice President of our local Veterans of America chapter. I did not appreciate the staff lying to me regarding what my eyes saw. The reality was, the manager did not want to speak with me, so his leadership skills thought it to be best to instruct them to lie to the customer by saying we don't have a white shirt member of staff. Could've said he was in a meeting or he just stepped out or anything of that sort. Yet to insult my intelligence by acting as if I was blind was incredibly unprofessional. I received nothing but what seemed to be "we don't like your kind here" First time visiting Florida from Chicago. I will NOT be returning to this establishment. PS.
