No Culver's in my home state so I always seek them out. It was hard not to get their butter burger or fish but I had just had both types of food the day before at other restaurants. I tried the cashew chicken salad and a cup of chili. They were both so good! Glad I got to try other things from their menu. Place was clean and service was friendly. read more

We used to go to the usual suspects when we lived in upstate New York. Here in Pensacola, we tried Culver's and we're never going back! Culver's burgers are absolutely delicious! We even tried the he fish sandwiches during Lent and they were great! I love the concrete mixers! Everything we have eaten there is delicious and freshly made. You can't go wrong. The staff is friendly and respectful. Another great discovery and a plus for Pensacola! read more

The staff was very friendly, the restaurant as very clean and the food was amazing. Of course I had to get a scoop of the flavor of the day!

We ordered a double butter burger with cheese and I ordered a roast beef sandwich. Our food was so delicious and I wasn't going to share that with anyone! The roast was so moist and tender. We also order frozen custard. One had heath bars in it & the other had strawberries and cheesecake. When you walk in, the menus is huge. Which is great for me because I love options. I can't wait to go there again! read more

Ok customer service was great but whoever is in the kitchen on the meat had to drop the whole container of salt on our burgers so we threw them away...$41.89 wasted...I gave them a second try but they cannot and will not get a third!! read more

one of the better fast food spots. Good service and fresh food for a reasonable price. Got a butter burger which was really good for a fast food burger and chicken tenders which were above average good. Also they have cheese curds which were a treat. But the service here was excellent, very much like chikfila service vibes but fora burger joint. read more

The absolute worst place for a high schooler to work! My little brother was employed for four days and was taken off the schedule with no explanation! He has reached out to the general manager named Taylor multiple times and has not received a reply. We talked the store on 11/13/2025 asking about his schedule and if he was terminated and the Assistant Manager Calvin has no IDEA he claims why my brother was let go. Taylor will not return any calls or even message back. Please do not let your high school students work at this establishment. They are super unprofessional and I would never refer anyone to work here. I would love to talk to HR for Culver's but they don't answer the phones either! What a joke! read more

I was disappointed. I'm presently residing with my husband in a residential hospital. My daughter came to take me out. I looked on their website and was excited to get beans and ham soup with sourdough bread. They don't have that .I opted for fish /fries: and Cole slaw. Fish was over breaded and greasy. Fries and Cole slaw was ok. Won't return. It was clean, and service was adequate , but not exceptional. read more

We love the custard here, but since I was in town 6 months ago they seem to have forgotten how to make a milkshake. I have been twice in the past week and both times I got a cup full of custard - the same thickness as what comes out of the machine. No milk - no attempt to blend the mixture? The first time I thought it was a fluke, but then it happened again. Oh, the custard was good - just not what I ordered. read more

Time to lean time to clean. The tables are always in need of cleaning. Please clean in accordance with restaurant standards

I love Culver's. The food is cooked per order and doesn't sit around. Staff is always welcoming and friendly and smiling. The restaurant is always sparkling clean. And it's reasonably priced! And they have diet root beer!! read more

First time will be my last time Grandma Moses is behind the register and I feel bad. She needs to work to supplement Social Security more than a dozen teenagers 20 something walking in circles not another one get a register people are coming in line is forming. I placed my order and was very surprised to receive one sniffling scoop of the day flavor and one sniffling scoop of vanilla, which was ordered with extra whipped cream, cherry and sprinkles, and imagine that they forgot the whipped cream, cherries and sprinkles, and had to take the scoop back. Come on now I'm listening to an employee on FaceTime with all her relatives on volume 100 even the other employees are looking side eye at her like she has no sense I get it. It's her lunch break. She's a little butt her since she had to come on the day. Her doctor note ran out. Trust me I was very excited until I walked in and some Karen personality took over I kind of wish I was a secret shopper because this place needs a lot of help. The portion size on top of the nonexistent. Customer service is beyond me. no wonder the parking lot wasn't full others figured this out before me. read more

The staff were really friendly. I was searching for a malt and Culver's popped up and it was nearby and not downtown or in Pace, so I gave it a try. It was too sweet with added chocolate and you couldn't taste the telltale "malt" flavor, so it was sadly not the end of my search, but the place was clean and and inviting so I'm not going to ding them for not having an amazing malt. read more

Food is good if the youngsters pay attention when you order. I don't believe there is any supervision here. Ordered a chicken sandwich and got strips. Food was good however just inattentive service. Went back up to order frozen custard and once again inattentive young man. Seemed confused with the computer screen and wasn't listening. Verified my order too. Given a number to place on table and after over ten minutes no ice cream showed up. Saw a later order served but we were missed. Finally asked a server walking by and asked for her help. She did finally show up with our ice cream but when asked if they forgot our order and she replied yes, no apology though. These young people need to be trained in customer service or this establishment won't survive. read more

Horrible service, cashier new I had been waiting for over 5 minutes but walked away anyway I waited several minutes before loudly asking if a cashier was available, one who had been standing around doing nothing came over and took the order. The burger was barely warm but good. The bathroom judging by the large pile of used paper towels on the floor needed servicing. read more

I usually don't eat fast food, and this rating is based against other fast food places only. That being said....wow! The restaurant is clean, very clean. The staff was awesome and the food was fantastic for fast food. Hot and crisp fries, and the burgers were great. Will return again! read more

I have been in other locations and service have always been ok. There's like three people always ha if I g at the host stand when clearly there's customers not getting g their orders on time or getting g food sooner. I am very patient but good god it took 35 minutes to get our food not to mention our drink order came 5 minutes before our food. Normally I'm allowed to bring our dog to patio in any other location but this location said straight up no. It sure who manages this location but they need to work on customer service And have a chat with employees about team work. Girls chatting while you can see people looking around for help. I'm rating Culver's as a fast food restaurant in comparison to other fast food restaurants. I've eaten at Culver's several times over the past few years in Pensacola and now a few times here in Milton. I've enjoyed the food very much every time. I've eaten the Butter Burger, and I've eaten the fish platter. The burger was really good and the fish was wonderful. The reason that this particular location is slow is because it is extremely busy. Once the new wears off, service will pick up. We can't expect to over-crowd a restaurant and expect rapid service. Go there, be patient, and enjoy the food. The restaurant is new, so it's very clean. Of course, the 2 locations in Pensacola that I've been to were very clean as well, and they've been around for awhile. read more

I'm impressed. I came here on a whim as it is dark, I'm driving and looking like I'm lost so I saw the lights and plenty of people in the drive thru moving quickly so I darted in here to check them out. I must say I was that customer who enters an establishment for the very first time with that dazed and confused look on my face, looking at everything that's offered but not seeing it selection by selection. I was tired from a 334 mile trip and I needed codling and I didn't want to think for myself especially with this bright blue and white menu board that was nicely picturesque and priced by their offerings. Upon entering I was greeted by, Paula, she had that less than 20 seconds salutation ready and it was filled with genuine excitement to see this wandering stranger come inside. She immediately took to me as I did to her. I love friendliness and service wrapped into one. Jumping ahead, while I was waiting for my order Paula and I discussed what area we are from originally, made pleasant but meaningful small talk and once my selection was delivered to me, hot and smelling delicious, she asked if she could inspect my bag to ensure I had the right selections so my experience would not be tainted by a disappointing surprise when I got back to my hotel room. She was a delight indeed. Gabriel happened to be the luck associate behind the counter and at the register who had to deal with my deer-in-the-headlights moment. He represents that young adult that everyone desires to encounter in a fast food restaurant but we rarely ever get. Gabriel was truly amazing at patience, suggesting selections, asking the right discovery questions and giving the okay to not be in a rush or not knowing what in the world you want but trusted I'd make the right decision to satisfy my peckish appetite. The restaurant was well kept at every angle I turned. Nothing on the floor, tables bussed and debris free. The drink station was stocked and maintained. Most of all the employees were alert and seemed happy to work there. No put-me-outta-my-misery looks on any face. The drive thru was moving at a decent speed and I got my order in under 5 minutes; hot and fresh. The chicken tenders and fries were just what I needed. I'll return when I'm back in Pensacola. They're worth the return visit because of everything mentioned. Way to go! read more

The service has always been incredibly slow at this location but m foood is always right for the most part

I was apprehensive about trying this place out based on the reviews, but my wife had eaten here previously and said her pot roast sandwich was awesome. So I decided to give it a shot. I ordered the double cheeseburger combo with fries and a drink to go from the drive-thru. Service was excellent and the food was out to the car within a few minutes. Everything was great and cooked to perfection. I was pleasantly surprised! I am assuming that a lot of the bad reviews were done when the place first opened up because it is fairly new. I will be visiting this place again! read more

Have tried this Culvers several timesin the last few months, each time theres a problem going through the drive thru. Either order is incorrect or theyve usually forgotten something. Their burgers and fish sandwich taste great. Today I tried the cod platter$8.19 + tax and the forgot the cole slaw... pretty expensive for a piece of fish smaller than that on a fish sandwich. Bun was real old both times I've been there. Plus You have to reassemble your toppings seems just put all onions here and all picked there. Ice cream & shakes good but don't understand why they have a lid that has a big big hole in the top. Sear we the spoon and straw separately in my opinion so you can have a full lid. read more

Culver's, a family based restaurant chain originally out of Wisconsin. I've never been there myself, but I love to come for the "comfort" food and "hot home-cooked" style meals. Plus being from New England, and visiting the UK, I miss & crave Fish & Chips. They've got some great Atlantic Cod, Pot Roast like MOM used to make, Shrimp, Butterburgers & their signature made-daily Frozen Custard. Also, I'm able to charge my phone & use free WiFi on my laptop as I travel. IJDGABTT read more
