I also liked the fact that you can order from your table using the app and they'll bring it out to you. What I did not care for is that there are no regular parking spaces in front of the location. You have to go up on the terrorist part of the parking lot because the spaces in front are reserved for a drive-through, handicapped, and curbside pick up only. The chicken is hot, juicy and tasted great. The fries are seasoned great and the nuggets are well above the standard. The blasphemous part, I don't like chick-fil-a sauce. It just wasn't good! The honey mustard was so much better. The menu prices are very reasonable for the quality for chicken being served. Most other fast food restaurants are comparable in price now for their "fancy" sandwiches. I really enjoyed our meal and we'll be back again soon.

I was given some 'tude then the crustos and I asked about the burrito being so small. I showed her the burrito and she said yeah that's the way they come. I asked her how much they charge for those she gave me the price which was $1.79. I explained how that wasn't right that there is virtually nothing in this tortilla and she said that's normal you get one scoop of beans and that's it. She hen shows me this scoop which did not help my hangry sense of justice and value at all. I explained that this was bullshit and for 1.79 I could get a can of beans and make 25 burritos of that size using her tiny scoop. She said "that's normal" but I will make you new ones. I just wanted to leave as the "burrito" was thinner thank a sideways tater tot and I was one hungry hombre. Taco Time used to be the gold standard for Mexican Fast food but based on the Oregon City location, this chain has gone in the toilet.

First time trying this place. Ordered a panda bowl woth half chowmein/fried rice and half orange chicken. I was enjoying the food until I heard a loud crack from my tooth. Thought maybe it was a piece of hard rice. As I continued to chew more loud cracking was happening. So I then spit my food into a napkin...to find rocks. Small rocks, like gravel pieces. I was shocked! Called them immediately and she offered me a new bowl, and I told her no becau se there are rocks in the food. I told her I was serious and concered for other patrons. As an old panda employee nothing is more frustrating then going to a panda and the staffing not knowing tf they are doing! From cashiers to cooks honestly are useless respectfully! They lack commonsense! You can tell the Oregon city store doesn't have a management because if they did they would know how to run a fuking store! Their orange chicken is literally empty and I let them know ahead of time that I was going to get it! And they still don't call it out and they still want to charge me and make me wait 10 mins! I've been to this restaurant 3 times with my family and this is by far the worst Panda Express around. Typically, I love Panda Express but not this one. Totally amazing how bad it can be. Empty pans, out of tea, no soy sauce, slow service, staff who refuse to do anything about reported problems, dirty tables, bad (no) flavor food, cold food. I was astonished. Good pork fried rice should have diced BBQ pork, scrambled egg, green onion and vegetables throughout. It should have color and flavor and be good enough to eat as a meal by itself. This wasn't even close. The BBQ pork was dry and overcooked and didn't taste barbecued at all. It seemed more like pork cooked in an oven and dyed red on the outside. The sweet-and-sour was another disappointment: thick cornstarch-heavy sauce with only three or four pieces of pineapple. Good old-school sweet-and-sour also has things like bell pepper to give it some flavor, texture and color. Then there was the chow mein: diced white-meat chicken, celery and carrots swimming in thick cornstarch gravy, dumped over crunchy noodles that tasted like they came straight out of a plastic bag. What makes it frustrating is that I remember New Hing's being better years ago. They used to have sesame chicken wings that were a little expensive for what you got, but at least they were delicious. Those are gone now. The restaurant itself has been remodeled and looks much nicer, but I wish they had put the same effort into improving the food. After this many disappointing visits over this many years, I'm finally done giving New Hing's another chance.
