Well Im impressed!! I went into Panda today to pick up supper for us, but there were alot of items that were out, but the cook was making more. They offered me a free fountain drink (although I declined as I cant have sugar) while I wait. It did take a long time (about 25 min) because a big group came in so they were trying to get everyone taken care of. But I understood and wasnt upset or anything. BUT, a very very nice guy (I think he was the manager) came over with a clip board and said that he was so very sorry, that it shouldnt have taken this long, and asked me what I ordered, and then put my name down on a clipboard and said that I can come back within the next 30 days and they will give me my order again for free!! (plus I received the order I did today). When in the history of fast food does the restaurant come and OFFER to give you complimentary meals without being asked and without you having to complain or something!!! I ordered a large entree with fried rice and three scoops of orange chicken, I barely got two scoops. Orange chicken taste/looks like it's been sitting for a very long time. If you don't want to fulfill a order that is fresh and taste good and hasn't been sitting forever that I placed at 9:30 when you have a full 30 minutes before closing, then maybe don't continue to take orders at 9:30. Honestly, it looks like someone ate half of my rice, I had ordered the big plate with three entrées and two sides with both sides being fried rice, but received half of the fried rice. This has happened to me multiple times at the Oregon city location and I am so tired of getting screwed over by panda express. read more

This is a busy Panda Express! Every time we go here there is a line that reaches the door! The food was decent. I preferred the main entrees as the noodles were greasy and the fried rice lacked flavor. I liked their apple pie spring rolls as they reminded me of fair food! There is plenty of seating, but limited parking due to many nearby businesses. read more

Ordered online. Get to the store & an item isn't ready. Okay. So I hear the cook call out the item I was waiting for, so I figured I'd be served quickly. Lo & behold, someone who came in AFTER me deserved to be served the item I was waiting for before me. Asked for a refund...apparently they don't do refunds & I'll have to speak to a manager to figure this out. I will NEVER go to Panda Express again. Not to any of their locations. For the first time, I walked into the Oregon City Panda Express right after opening, at 12:06. Apparently, their idea of being "open" is not the same as mine. Fast food? Nope! Do you have greens? 3 minutes. Chicken teriyaki? 10 minutes? Many hot tray locations? Empty. Pity. I didn't have the extra time, so I left. My husband and I had Panda Express tonight for dinner. We ordered online. Our dinner was ready on time even though the restaurant was very busy. The food was hot and the order was accurate. This meal was exactly what we expected it to be and we were very pleased (especially since I read some of the reviews after we ordered.) It is after all Chinese fast food. There needs to be a better system when they are busy because it's too loud and they can't here anyone-I politely asked to wait for a fresh pan of broccoli beef since there was only 2 pieces of meat in the portion the girl gave me...how is that okay? This place is a joke right now. They don't put together online orders until you come in and tell them your name. First thing I did when I got there was I walked in, gave them my name and they told me to wait outside. 25 minutes later I walk in to ask how long and the girl says they'll start it right and asked me to wait outside. I even prepaid through their app when I placed the order. I get things suck right now but this is a terrible system if you don't have accountable attentive staff. I blame management and ownership for not putting in place adequate measures to help their staff. read more

Not within an hour of closing, at least. At 8:45pm -- the restaurant closes at 9:30 -- I entered the store. Most of the hot trays were empty or near empty. I sampled the Angus beef: dried out, with a bit of gristle thrown in. No Walnut shrimp. No Teriyaki chicken. No Rangoons. Not enough Pepper chicken to fill a single entree order, and not enough vegetables for a "plate" side serving. The only thing cooking was more Chow Mein noodles. No willingness to prepare anything. I completed an online order for my partner to pick up after they got off of work. My order was not ready by the time he was there. He waited 20 minutes after I got the text saying "order was ready for pick up". When I finally got the food there was once piece of beef in my beef n broccoli. There was no mushrooms in the mushroom chicken and the food seems like they didn't add any sauce to anything. Just threw it together and called it good. Don't get me wrong this place is solid if you're looking for fast food. The waits are long sometimes for all the school kids and they have a bad habit of running oUt of fried rice some times. However it's a spot that I have gotten use to and will come back to eventually. read more

They added buckwheat or something to the fried rice. It used to be rice, but now it tastes terrible. The only reason to add it is to stretch you inventory at the detriment of customers. It tastes terrible. The broccoli beef, large, had zero au jus. For the third or fourth time ordering, they left out a large chicken dish that was clearly ordered in writing. It is very much annoying. I paid full price for it outside of the Family Meal, but cannot seem to actually get to eat it. All of the dishes, (family meal), including walnut shrimp that we paid a lot for- tasted old. It was not the first or second time we had a disappointing experience. Panda Express is usually wonderful, aside from last 4-5 visits. read more

This Oregon City location has been my least favorite yet. Walked in 30 minutes or so before closing, very busy for the time surprisingly, but did not have a problem with that. First off, they were out of most of the entrees and sides (expected because of the close time to closing), but they were cooking in the back only chow mein and rice. When i asked if they could make any more of the shrimp or rangoons they declined, then when i asked what they had left for me to choose from, the lady proceeds to tell me "whatever there is out here". I shouldn't have to make my way around the 6 other people in front of me to look through the glass and see what you have. Secondly, the lady was very rude and had an attitude the whole time all because i had to ask questions multiple times because she expected me to know the answers, and also treated an elderly woman behind me with attitude and rolled her eyes when she had to be repeated. As i was paying, she had a tone and didn't even give us fortune cookies - (which i ALWAYS look forward to; it's the best part!). The ladies name i believe was Gunnar; I would personally say if you're agreeing to work in a fast paced environment, don't treat others like trash because you can't handle the stress. read more

Living in Oregon City.. Wait it doesn't matter where I live I still frequent Panda Express at least once a week regardless of where I am. However, I do frequent this location A LOT. My Wife and I always share a 3 entree meal. This is one of the few locations that I really need to look at the food to judge the freshness and quality of whats left. Granted this location doesn't have a drive through but if they did I wouldn't use it. Usually the Beijing beef is soggy and the string bean chicken is almost gone. We usually have to wait for them to make a new batch (by request). The staff is not very friendly, they are almost like robots and incredibly inefficient. Prime times for this place they are slow and un-organized. bottom line, when the food is fresh its amazing, when its not it sucks and when its busy be prepared to wait... read more

I did an online order through these people they took out money from my account gave me a confirmation number I waited 20 minutes showing them they couldn't give me my food because they didn't come through to a computer so I called the customer service number who admits the money came out of my account but something was going on and he couldn't send the order through so he's like I'll refund your money through 72 hours later they can keep your money for 72 hours which they get but they can't feel the order in which you got a confirmation to get the order do not order from these guys it is a joke read more

Horribly long wait to get food. Absolutely horrible. For a glorified buffet, they sure know how to never keep food ready. Every single time I go there, it's an insufferable wait. They say it'll be 2 or 3 minutes and it's actually 10 to 15 minimum. Every dam time Edit. ...update. ...now I've got explosive diarrhea.
