FOOD POISONING!!! I came to this jack and the box because I haven't tried it for years, I got a simple #10 meal with a sprite. The food itself was alright I guess I'd give it a 4/10 But the next day I woke up in extreme pain in my stomach and it lasted for 2 days. I would never recommend this food to anyone ever. I am so angry right now and fed up with this location. Everyone that works here is clueless. They never have sweetener or creamer, today no butter, yet sold me pancakes.... but the clincher was the thief that tried to steal my visa. I paid and left but whereas I would normally get on the freeway, I pulled in the parking lot to feed myself and my puppy. I realized as I was pulling away, she didn't return my card. I so wanted to enjoy my meal. The chili cheeseburger combo is new and I truly love my chilli cheeseburgers. The app offered a free dessert with any purchase and I was off. When I get to the drive through I asked for both pickles and make sure the fries are fresh. When I get to the window, the drink explodes over me, apparently the person didn't attach the lid. Then I am handed my food with another beverage. Exactly how they claim ice tea is fresh brewed when it comes from a soda machine baffles me. I just want my food. I pull into the parking lot, the fries are not fresh and no pickles. Inside they ask for my receipt, since I wasn't given one, I pull out my phone and they look at my order and agree to provide a side of pickles and fresh fries. 8 minutes later, back to the car after suggesting to the "manager" that face masks work better when covering the mouth and nose vs only the chin of one employee and only the bottom lip of another. By now my burger is cold. The fries were fresh and pretty good. The dessert was good according to my wife. I will call the health department Monday and suggest they pay a visit to this place as their manager doesn't really give a rip for safety (or quality, customer service or order accuracy). I regret giving this place one star. Had they paid attention to details and safety, it works have been a tough choice between 3 and 4. If I come down with Covid after tonight, I'll be even more upset, which is hard to imagine. read more

Used the Drive-Thru to order the Spicy Chicken sandwich that has been shown on TV commercials. When they were handing the bag out the window it ripped and one of the sandwiches dropped to the ground so they said they'd make another one. Got home and the food was barely warm having waited for the replacement. There were barely any fries in the bag. Usually fries from anywhere are spilling out of the bag. The sauce on one of the sandwiches was mostly on the wrapping leaving the sandwich dry and bare. Contacted the home office of Jack in the Box online and a couple of weeks later they asked me to do a survey to see if anyone had got back to me and if I was satisfied and I said "no". They said someone would contact me but it hasn't happened. They assured me they want their customer to be satisfied but that obviously isn't the case. I'll never go back. read more

The wait is so ridiculous sometimes..keep in mind I think their food is garbage & wouldn't eat it personally, but my garbage disposal of a husband loves this place for late night munchies. My review is mostly to do with the service here, and one kid in particular is the absolute WORST. He's a younger guy who often wears regular clothes vs. any type of uniform like everyone else, and throughout the thick of the pandemic we're in...like back in the first year when it was HEAVY, this kid was working the drivethru with no mask on..mandated heavily, especially back then too. Maybe you don't think masks are important to stop the spread of a virus..that's one thing, but why does this kid think he's better than all of his coworkers who have to and did wear theres?! He doesn't respect rules & fairness, clearly, and It makes the most sense that he's this type of person, because he's a total jerk too. If I'm going to do fast food Jack in The Box is one of my top favorites, The lady at the drive thru who was taking our order overcharged us because she didnt listen to po ur order, she had to refund money then she said the order was incorrect so she charged us again we. It does indeed feel odd to Yelp a Jack in the Box, Kevin. I almost talked myself out of it except that I saw other reviews and can only hope that this may be seen by management for correction. I waited for almost 20 minutes for 4 tacos. I went through the drive thru, had to wait in the parking lot, and then had to go inside to get my tacos that were sitting on the counter, totally defeating the purpose of a drive thru. I had to ask for my drink cup after someone hurriedly dropped the bag of tacos into my hand, and then a straw to which I didn't even get a response. She pointed at the drink station for me to retrieve it. Probably a week prior, I ordered a spicy chicken with no tomato and asked if I could add onion and a side of mayo (because they are infamously dry). No extra mayo, no onion, a big fat juicy tomato, and old fries graced my paper bag. And, infamously, a dime size dollop of mayo for the whole sandwich. Luckily, I was going home where I could slather it with mayonaisse, hope to get all the tomato juice off my chicken, and slice up some onion for myself. The fries were doomed though. I could not save them. I was mildly disappointed to say the least. At any rate, I love Jack in the Box tacos. I even adore the Spicy chickens. It just sucks when you pay for something that comes out less than what is promised and even worse when the staff is perturbed by your existance. Hopefully they can make some changes. read more

We live right by here and come here often for a quick bite my son and I both have special orders.. which I understand can be frustrating but I cannot stand how many times they can mess up our order! Normally I have to return to fix one or two things but tonight was ridiculous. They messed up everything I ordered! I asked for ketchup only and they did the opposite I asked for garlic fries and they were regular, I asked for lettuce wrapped and they didn't include any lettuce.. seriously your staff need to listen to the orders. Sunday, 10/24. boy who took order was nice. looked like a couple of kids in back putting orders together...took forever. We love Jack in the Box for all of the different options they offer and this is the closest one to our house but the last few times we have come it has been very underwhelming and mainly due to customer service. I'm not sure if the lady who is always working the window as of late is a manager or shift lead but she ALWAYS has an attitude. We ordered the new spicy chicken strips a few weeks back and got TWO sides of ranch for TEN chicken tenders... and when we asked for more she was a total jerk. Then we go right now and order some food and a medium sprite and large water. After sitting at the window for a good 15 minutes waiting for one order of chicken tenders and some cheese potato wedges they FINALLY hand us our food and my fiancé says "we didn't get our drinks" and the guy at the window asked what we ordered and then proceeds to say that lady said she already gave us the sprite... we received NO drinks. Why would you hand us our sprite but not our water?? We told the guy we hadn't gotten any drinks and he says that to her and she just yells "YES I DID" GIRL NO YOU DID NOT. Rewind ur f*cking camera or come look in our car if you don't believe us. Why tf would we lie about getting a drink WE PAID FOR. In looking at all the reviews for Jack in the Box locations, this Oregon City location is among the lowest. Came here today for a quick breakfast. It was probably one of the least appetizing looking meals ever. I ordered the Breakfast Jack combo. My order was rung up wrong, at twice the price, and i needed to correct him. But when the Breakfast Jack arrived, the bun top was extremely greasy, and the entire Jack was so squished, it was nearly flat, not fluffy as in the photos on the display. The accompanying potato fry was so overcooked that there was nearly no potato, only crunch. Very disappointed in Jack in the Box. They spend great amounts of money to advertise, only to allow their food outlets to serve unappetizing food and discourage return business. read more

Tonight I went through the drive thru and experienced the worst customer service of my life. The cow laughed when I ordered 8 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers. I have my family with me but it shouldn't even matter. Then when I had to think a second she breathed really hard into the headset in order for me to hear how much I'm putting her out. I asked to add two more burgers and she chortled again, only added two to the order and then ladled the sarcasm on when she "thanked" me for my order. I told her to cut the attitude and she told me she wasn't giving me attitude followed by "but I CAN". I realize the manager will never do anything but I want to point out that the only reason we go there is because taco Bell is always busy and Jack in the box is always dead. For a fast food place this location in Oregon City is pretty good and consistent. I frequently hit it in the morning and have a Ultimate breakfast sandwich or a meaty breakfast burrito and a no meat croissant for "the boss". I only had one bad experience, oddly enough with one of the managers.... I order a no meat croissant for my wife and had done so for a very long time. One morning I went through drive up and tried to order it and the new guy at the window could not figure out how to order it... I explained that it must be possible as I order it all the time... frustrated, I said can I talk with the manager.... she came on the speaker and assured me that it it not possible to order it that way.. under no uncertain terms!! Unbelievable .... so every day since then, my normal gal is back behind the counter and I get it no problem every day.
