Wendy's did breakfast right. This is the first week at this store selling breakfast and I have got to say, what a great job they have done. I heard about this earlier and arrived on opening day. Based on experiences elsewhere, I ordered two maple bacon chicken croissants. (I also had a coupon I'm their app). Wow, these are big sandwiches. The croissant is a real, multi layer, flakey pastry, not a different shaped roll. The honey butter on one of them was a little heavy and dripping, glad I kept it partially in the wrapper. It was a lot of food, more than I would order just for myself going forward. Day 3 of this experiment, I went for the sausage biscuit. True to Wendy's ethos, it was a square patty because "Wendy's doesn't cut corners when it comes to quality". The biscuit was fresh and light, the sausage wasn't that gross, thin, greasy meat that most fast food breakfast sandwiches offer, it was really tasty, no gristle and not greasy at all. I added their seasoned potatoes with great trepidation as I generally have an aversion to "seasoned potatoes". Once again, Wendy's really brought it home. These are real potatoe wedges with a savory seasoning that really works for breakfast. This is my fourth visit in 7 days, wondering when does the quality drop off? So far, it hasn't. Pro tip: add pickles to the maple bacon chicken croissant. They are making these to order so expect it to take a little while to get your food. Haven't been here in a long time but wanted something different. Used the drive-thru and ordered a salad, baked potato, frosty, burger, fries and a drink. Drove home and there was no potato, no salad dressing, no fork or spoon, no ketchup as requested and no napkins or receipt. If we wanted to take our meal to the park we'd have really been screwed. I went there today (Monday, 12/19/22 about 1:15 pm) to try their mozzarella chicken sandwich. It's supposed to have a chicken patty, a mozzarella 'patty' (melted mozzarella with breadcrumbs outside). After waiting 15 -20 minutes in line (they STILL don't have the inside restaurant open - only the drivethru!). When I ordered it, the guy asked what type of chicken patty I wanted - grilled, classic or spicy. I asked for spicy. After getting home, I take the sandwich out of the bag, and it seemed REALLY heavy. I take a bite, only to discover that there was NO mozzarella patty! Instead the sandwich had TWO chicken patties- the spicy chicken patty and a classic chicken patty, with barely any sauce and a thin slice of cheese. It did NOT taste very good. I decided I wanted to drive the 10 minutes back and get it replaced for what I ordered, but I REALLY didn't want to wait another 15 minutes to go thru the drive thru. I decided to call there, hoping that I could pull up to the door to the restaurant and someone there could just hand me my sandwich. Sounds reasonable, right? When I call, some snippy broad answers and when I'm explaining what I had ordered and what I got and that I wanted to come back but didn't want to have to wait in line for another 15 min and was hoping they could bring my replacement to the side door, she told me I was being rude, that they're short-handed and can't hire people to open the inside restaurant blah, blah blah). I don't recall what I said back to her, but she said "I WAS going to tell you what I was going to offer" and then hung up on me. I called back, the phone was picked up (with no 'hello') and immediately hung up. A couple more call attempts showed that this snotty worker had taken the phone off the hook! Nice.... Real mature.... What was she offering me? So I drive back there with the sandwich, with no choice but to wait 15 minutes thru the drive thru again.... Finally I get to order, and just ordered it with the classic chicken (didn't want to say spicy and have them screw it up again). I didn't mention that I was there for the replacement when ordering, because of the snotty broad from the phone. I get up to the window and say I'm there to get the CORRECT sandwich with the mozzarella patty. Even though I had said 'classic' chicken, the dumb broad asked me THREE times if I wanted classic or spicy. The 3rd time I said "I ordered classic back there so it wouldn't get screwed up again, so that's what I want". She hands me the bag and I said "as soon as I take the sandwich out and take a bite to make sure it has the cheese patty, I'll leave". She wasn't happy about that.... This time I got the correct sandwich... First - whoever the snippy broad was that answered the phone, hung up on me and then took the phone off the hook should be FIRED - no excuse for her to act that way! There were 2 girls there when I went back, so it shouldn't be difficult for them to figure out which of the 2 girls it was! Second - if they are ONLY going to have their drive thru open, then WHY don't they put big signs on the windows of both sides of the restaurant saying that the inside restaurant is closed - ON;Y the drive thru is open. WHY don't they have this??? During each of my 15 minute drive they line waits, AT LEAST FOUR cars pulled in, pulled over into side parking spaces and attempted to walk up to the door to go inside to get their food I REALLY don't buy the snippy/snotty girl's statement that they couldn't hire people to be able to open up the lobby area! Personally I think that Wendy's management is too cheap to open up the lobby area! I doubt I'll be back! read more

My husband and I have been to this Wendy's location to eat a couple of times. The interior has been completely remodeled but hasn't been open to serve customers since before Covid; only the drive-thru. We decided to order Wendy's tonight on-line for pick-up. We ordered a variety of the more "high-end restaurant style" burgers & meals and paid for our food online for what we thought would be an easy pick up. Fat chance. My husband ordered a Pretzel Bun Pub Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Bacon and other "deluxe" toppings and my son ordered a Double Pretzel Bun Burger w/ Bacon and other "deluxe" toppings. We also ordered a few orders of fries and a salad. Our Total was over $43. My husband came home with the food and let me tell you the "burgers" were awful!! Tiny, missing patties, missing bacon, missing cheese, NO pretzel buns, DEPLORABLE! I wouldnt feed those burgers to my dog. He went to take them back and show them to the staff/manager, but they were closing early and told him, "too bad, we cant give you a refund and our kitchen is closed so no new food" They basically told him he was outta luck. We will never go back to this location again. Worst customer service and food we've ever experienced. Only wish I would have taken photos, you wouldnt believe your eyes how awful the food looked. I really love Wendy's, I've been making pretty regular stops at Wendy's lately, and I must say, I've tried most everything on the menu at this point, it's all great. They have the best lemonade of any fast food places. They have awesome Frostys, they have great burgers, and pretty good chicken sandwiches, they have really good nuggets. The best part of all though, is that going there you can feel good about every sandwich you eat because Wendy's donates tons of money to charity and helps kids in foster care, as well as adoption agencies. I was drawn to the recent remodel, and decided to give it a try. There were no other customers in the drive-thru, and a handful in the dining room, and the service was so slow (with zero communication from staff) that I finally asked if I should pull forward, so that the customers who had now stacked up behind me could get their order. They laughed, and said it was 'fine'. Also: 1. There was no greeting when I got to the window. A teenage boy was joking with a female employee about her being 'stupid' because she made too many frosties for the last order, and they were melting on the counter. 2. They loudly argued over who would restock the kids meal toys. 3. A young employee who was standing near them kept coughing into her t-shirt/arm, but did NOT leave the area to wash her hands. She began to make drinks as I was leaving, and I mentioned this to the employee. 4. When my order was finally ready, there was no greeting/goodbye, just a bag shoved through the window as the employees laughed about something together. 5. There were managers present (judging by their upgraded uniform), but they were talking/laughing/socializing and not contributing to making/assembling orders. It was overall such a poor experience, and it seems to be the general experience reflected in local FB groups as well. Given that they just completed that expensive remodel, I hope they get their staff/processes in line quick. read more

Let me first say, we eat here a lot. We usually have minimal, and very minor, issues with our order, but today was a big one. The girl who took our order at the drive through had considerable difficulty listening to our clearly delivered order. (My partner is a former employee so we know the "lingo") At some point, she became tired of asking us to repeat our order and punched "total" so we could no longer see, or check, our order on the screen, indicating to us that our food would be ready at the window. As we were also frustrated, we drove forward pretty much certain that our order would be incorrect. As the employee at the window took our card, she smiled rather snidely as though we were somehow not in on a joke. She gave no receipt and quickly walked away to grab our food. She returned, tossed us our bags and again walked away quickly. But we still did not have our drink...so we waited. Sure enough, one of our burgers was built wrong, but at this point I was actually afraid to say anything for fear of spit in my food (yes, her attitude was that bad). I went to this location just now and got the wrong order. ALWAYS check your bag before you go because even if there's only two people in line at the drive-thru you will still somehow get the wrong food. I got two burgers, nuggets and a medium fry along with my medium sprite instead of a spicy chicken sandwich and a medium sprite. I'll still give this location 3 stars because I got a lot more food than I paid for and it was still pretty good. Plus, I really don't want to drive all the way back to this location and wait forever for a chicken sandwich. I came in tonight (drive thru) having a really bad night and the kindest duo helped me. I don't know anyone's name but one had pink and one had blue hair. The one with pink hair is who I had the majority of the interaction with. As someone who used to work in drive thru I could tell they were really great at their job. They were patient, friendly, and even helped me get a refund for fries. I had meant to use a free coupon off the app and I had forgot. After my transaction I left smiling and it's the first time in awhile I have cared about a positive interaction enough to want to tell someone. Wendy's is typically my fast food of choice, but this location is terrible. I've been here twice since I moved to the area. The first time when I arrived at the window, they were trying to determine which order was mine. It seemed like a new person was at the window, and I had a decent size order for my family. Confusion happens, and I have some sympathy as we have small kids in the car and that can make it hard for someone to hear through a poor speaker. I was trying to help the person remember what we ordered. At that point, a more senior employee came took the lid off my drink and started to smell it to determine if it was Pepsi or Root beer. Nose right up on the cup. I decided to give another try today. At the drive thru, they had my order wrong on the screen 3 times. After the third attempt, and with their record moving progressively further from my order each time, I politely said that it didn't look like it was working, and left the drive thru. At that point, the drive thru attendant thought it would be OK to lean out the window, and angrily yell at us as we left. I've never left a negative review before, but this has been enough for me to hope to discourage anyone from frequenting this location. I'm not sure that people check yelp for Wendy's review, but if you fall into this demographic-please do not go here. The KFC/A&W across the street had a much friendlier attendant. read more
