    Phad Ginger

Came here on MLK Day, ordered the pot stickers and the Phad Ginger, which is a stir fry dish with brown rice. I was only one of two people at the time, being a holiday probably made this a little slower than normal. The service was prompt and attentive. Inside there were about a dozen or so tables and booths alike. Everything was clean and upscale in terms of decor. Food came out quickly, actually it all came out together. Wished it would have been a little more staggered so I could savor both the app and the main accordingly. Food was delicious, seasoned well, cooked well, although for me the potstickers were just a bit over done for my personal tastes but this is subjective. The flavor was fantastic and the dipping sauce was appropriate. These days getting a filling nutritious fresh cooked meal with appetizer and cheese under $30 is near impossible but you can do it here quite easily. I definitely will be trying some of their other menu items.

Had a nice lunch with a friend in Canby and she suggested this place. She lives out here and its one of her go to places. I'm a sucker for some good ol peanut sauce. I slather that stuff on everything. Even dishes that its not meant for I cross that line and always add a side of peanut sauce to my orders. The salad rolls were yummy and enough that I took a couple home. If I find myself out here in the area again I will stop in for a bite if I'm in that Thai kinda mood!

So stopped in here around 7pm after not knowing where or what we were going to do for dinner and it was definitely worth it the food was really good and a tad bit different from other Thai places I've been say the fried tofu wasn't like styrofoam like most places I've been to and the crab ragoons were delicious home made I believe not at all like those store bought cream cheese and fake crab ones that everybody uses say I can't wait to go back and try some other stuff off of their menu

Call for take out during a nearby event, and the service was quick for a couple of orders of Tom Yum soup and salad rolls.

I only tried the food once, but based on the quality I don't plan to go back. I was pretty surprised since their yelp rating was so high.

    Any vegan options here?

yes - they do have some great vegan options. While coconut milk is fairly widely used in Thai food, I don't remember dairy milk used in anything other than Thai Iced Tea. Some of the dishes here do an incredible job with Tofu.

We walked up to the counter and hung out looking at the menu for a few minutes before we were greeted with a big smile, and "Thank you, for your patience." The menu on the wall is simple, and a little different (in a good way) than expected. We had a nice quiet moment to look at the menu before ordering at the counter. I hate that I have to pay, and choose to tip, before getting any food. We did not get water....? A little confused on this. And didn't grab for it until eating a spicier sauce... Food was okay. Salt/Seasoning could make all the difference in the food that my son and I ate. The Gyoza was bland, the saving grace was deep fried crispy wrapper and sauce. The Sweet Chili Shrimp Rill was bland, and wouldn't stay together, each piece broke as the roll wasn't tight. Essentially krab salad with cucumber and tasteless rice with seaweed. The wasabi with the roll was essentially green paste, with no spiciness level . The roll dipped in the sweet chili sauce was good, but underwhelming. Let's talk about the main dishes. My son had pork Yakisoba, the meat was tasty. He felt the flavor was relatively dull, and only ate about 1/4 of it (normally he devours most any food). I ordered the bibimbap, for which you normally have a variety of toppings to choose from, this order was set after you choose the protein. The beef was delicious, the vegetables bland, and the egg fried beautifully but unseasoned. The thing that caught my attention once I took my first bite was that the bowl was 3/4 rice, and the other 1/4 3 toppings and a sauce on top of a fried egg. At first glance I was excited, the beef flavor was a win, but overall not excited. Overall our experience was a bit of a bummer. May try again, and hope others have a better taste experience when they try out Rice Time.
