Every time I've gone to Panda this month I've received good, friendly service and excellent food!

Came here today at 1 pm. Lady at the drive through took my order for teriyaki chicken and fried rice. I wait in line for 5 min after ordering to get to the window for her to Rudely say "we have no more terriyaki chicken it will be 8 min." Before I could say anything she shut the door in my face. Terrible customer service. Will never return to this location again. They should seriously look into the management here. Lunch time on a Friday and your running out of main dishes that take that long to prepare? read more

Love the food. However these people just can't seem to hire people with people skills. No customer service at all when you come in. Use the drive thru they will fill all the drive thru orders right in front of you as you stand there waiting to be served. And more times than not they run out of rice when they finally get around to helping you. Than your waiting again. read more

Panda Express is my favorite restaurant, hands down. This specific location may not be the best location, however it's Panda nonetheless. Love the Orange chicken, honey walnut shrimp, shanghai Angus steak, and hot n sour soup. read more

Food is raw. Stir fried for a minute and placed under heat lamps. Hate getting raw veggies. They dump the fresh on old so you may get 2 or 3 over cooked pieces. Yes amazing flavors but really not wanting to have to cook my food from fast food. Corporate needs to agree to let cook lesser amounts so it comes out cooked. read more

When i first walked in i got blasted with different scents that smelled wonderful, It took a couple of minutes for us to get to the front of the line so we could order. I didn't know what to order because it was my first time here, i asked if i could have a sample and they said yes! Not many Chinese places give samples, so you would normally half to be careful and choose wisely. The inside looks modern and they are quick to take your order. My experience there was great! All of the workers were nice to me. They had a lot of patience to sit through me looking for i want to get because it was my first time there. When i finally ordered i decided to get a plate and not a bowl, I got Grilled teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, and fried rice. The grilled teriyaki chicken was so good! It was perfect, in my opinion.If you wear to go to Panda express I recommend it. The orange chicken was good but not as good compared to the teriyaki chicken, but good if you like spicy food or breaded food most! The fried rice was good, but there was to many green onions. All together my meal was $7.30 pretty cheap compared to other Chinese places. Overall my experience at Panda express was positive. If you like Chinese food, no doubt you will love it here. I would recommend people who like Chinese food or people have never tried it go here. I recommend the teriyaki chicken, it is by far the best dish I had. The plate you get 2 entrees and 1 side and the bowl you get 1 entree and 1 side. I would recommend to go a little earlier so you don't half to wait in a line. It is not a good place to date or dine. The workers here do a good job cooking,grilling, or frying the food. The teriyaki chicken is superb with its sauce and rice. Overall I think this is the best Chinese food i will ever have. The food is not hard to chew or digest. If you get a bowl with rice and teriyaki chicken with sauce the rice might absorb some of it up. This is a good place to go with family or friends, because it is quiet and you will be able to talk to each other. read more

Food is fine. People are friendly. Drive through is the slowest drive through that I've ever been through. If you're in a hurry, probably should think twice before driving through. Dining room is much quicker. read more

The food is pretty good, and you get a good value for your money. However, if you go in the drive thru, based on multiple experiences, plan on waiting AT LEAST 5-6 minutes per car in front of you (including you). Usually I have better luck going inside, but that's no treat either. I went in tonight, and the one girl boxed up my food, and then let it sit there. Three other customers went ahead of me without any employee acknowledging the fact that the customers had to go around me (as I didn't budge from my place in line, and I'm pretty hard to miss at 6'7" 265 pounds). The only competent person working there seemed to be the cook (thankfully). If you're looking for good food at a decent value, just make sure you bring your patience. read more

Worst service ever. If you are expecting fast food service, go elsewhere. Without fail, they will be out of specific items and you will have to wait at least another 10-20 minutes. Don't go unless you have time to wait. This location still has not figured out how to streamline their service. read more

I went through the drive-thru. Admittedly I didn't check my bag. I got home to receive chicken instead of steak and crab crab ragoon instead of egg rolls. I called the location to speak with a manager and the phone continued to ring. After several minutes I hung up and decided to try the rice that taste like cardboard and the overcooked chicken I didn't order . Disappointing and don't plan to go back anytime soon. read more

I was sitting next to the computer for quite few seconds and wondering if this restaurant deserve to have even one star. Just an hour ago I came back from just new open Panda Express in La Vista, Ne. Usually I go to eat chinese in Dragon Cafe or Dragon Cafe Express (when I am at work), but my kids asked me to go and checked THE NEW CHINESE PLACE. The service was quick and stuff was nice but that's what I found positive about this place. Make sure to not order Honey walnut Shrimp. You need to even pay an extra dollar for them. This dish was really nasty. I recently ate it in Dragon Cafe and despite the fact that it cost more I enjoyed it a lot better over there. Other dishes my family tried were Cashew chicken, Beijing Beef, String bean chicken breast and all off them were very blend...seems like the same brown sauce is added to all those dishes. Moreover, my husband found molded red peper in the dish. My white rice was very dry and it tasted as it was "from yesterday". We spent quite big amount of money for food that was not even tasty. I know for sure that I will never go there again. I will still go to my favorite family-owned restaurant. P.S. I haven't seen any Chinese working in this place so I am not surprised that the quality of food is as is because how Mexican know how to cook a good Chinese food lol... read more
