The reason I give this location a 3 star was because the cashier with an arm sling was rude, I asked for my sons small drink and cookie and she was very annoyed, at least it seemed that way! On Friday 6/24 I went in to order my family food. It's that week again where my family eats at Panda Express once a week. This week was not what expected. I was served by Nick, looks to be a new guy. Someone I haven't seen. His customer service was outstanding. I mistakenly told him I wanted a certain side so he write it on the outside container. When the next person grab the container, she happened to filled the side portion. So I kindly said, that's not what I want. So she turns to Nick "right in front of me" and said.... I've only been to this location a few times and have always liked my experience. Customer service is great and I will never say no to a sample of their new featured item. Everything is welcoming and I enjoy their outside patio. The teriyaki sauce is the bomb. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the consistency of the food. Without a doubt the most unorganized crew I've ever seen at a Panda. It looks like the crew is new but was completely taken over by Anita, who would work all the stations, including overtaking her employees. They were also putting customers in the middle with completed orders in front of others waiting for their order to be finished, causing orders to get mixed up. When I got there the line was long but moved quickly. The system they used is very organized to move the customers but they did seem rushed so it allowed the customers to feel like they are being tended to. I usually prefer the former but I like the fact that I can get the latter when the mood strikes. When I want some high protein, lower calories chinese, it's the "Sweetfire Chicken Breast" or "Peppercorn Shrimp". Walking into the restaurant we were immediately greeted. We arrived 15 mins prior to their closing but their customer service did not cease! Kylie offered to make us a special order of beef and broccoli since there was not any left. As we waited for our food to be prepared Kylie made polite conversation with us. Ok I've eaten at panda so many times I can't keep track. But this one is by far the best. It's close to work so I eat here at least once a month. Every single time the food is fresh and yummy, plus the place is clean. And honestly the best part, is that the people that work there are insanely nice!! And this is every time I'm there! Oh if only I could put negative stars... We walked in at around 9:30 PM on 6/23 and my girlfriend goes to order. As we get to the entrees, she's told that the orange chicken would be about 7 minutes until it was ready again. Cool. We're fine with waiting. Once the orange chicken is out, two employees clocked out, made their own meals, paid for them, and left. 4 groups of customers that walked in AFTER us were served their meals and were practically out the door while we were STILL waiting for our orange chicken. After waiting approximately 20 minutes and reminding them twice about our order, someone FINALLY reminds them that we've been waiting this long, AND NOT A SINGLE PERSON MOVES TO FINISH THE ORDER FOR ANOTHER 5 MINUTES! To start off, the parking lot sucks, but location of the store is great (conveniently located by the 76). I usually go around the lunch rush, or a few minutes after opening. The service is fast and friendly, but the flavoring and freshness of the food can be a hit or miss. For me, I like my orange chicken crispy and not overly sauced; the same goes for my Beijing beef. A few times they both just tasted soggy, but their chow mein is usually on point. I love the walnut shrimp, but not so much the teriyaki/grilled chicken. Overall, this place isn't too bad. We thought it was ok last time, so here we are again! Not so good, the rice was hard and cold, the entree portions were tiny tiny tiny! The Beijing Beef was so so, a bit on the dry side and a bit chewy due to sitting in the heat pans. Mushroom chicken had a funny flavor this time a bit bitter maybe from the zucchini. I highly recommend this place the rice was delicious the chicken and chow mien was on point. The sauce was warm. The only thing was the beef and broccoli the beef had way to much far and didn't have much flavor to it . My 3yr old daughter took about a minute to chew a tiny piece of meat. I've only came to this specific Panda Express and the people here are so rude. Today I ordered a bowl of half chow mein and half orange chicken and this lady (specifically that was working in the front, was mexican, was wearing glasses and was short) put chow mein and fried rice and instead & because that wasn't what I ordered I told her. Right after this the lady starts yelling about how she can't hear me and I tell her the order again and then she says 'I can't do that.' even though that's what I get every time I go to Panda Express? Then after I also wanted a plate with chow mein, orange chicken & beef broccoli and the same lady almost fills up the whole plate with chow mein? Until I repeat that I didn't want that. She then rolls her eyes & says 'you know what I'll have her help you' (this one other lady that was next to her) but she was busy so then she eventually had to help me again and she was pissed and was putting in the orange chicken carelessly as if she was being forced and barely gave me anything. And then did the same with the beef broccoli and orange chicken on my other order. If this is what I'm going to get for wanting something I always get what's the point of going to this specific location lol read more
