First and last visit, I guess. Says they open at 10:30 a.m. It was 10:55 a.m. on a Thursday 09/14/2023. The front/dinning room room door was locked. I could see some worker in the kitchen area. She saw me, guess it didn't matter. There was a guy doing some patch work on the exterior plaster of the building. That wouldn't affect anything with the place opening or not of course. Couple other customers pulled in and parked, same problem....they left. I said to my wife let's try to drive-thru. That should certainly be open even if the front and dinning room isn't. Couldn't get any response at the speaker for 5 minutes, we left. We went on to find other food. There was a guy that was behind us. I think he thought we ordered. He pulled up and waited at the speaker. Drove by a few minutes later and he was still at the speaker....poor fella. I guess they just don't want a person's business here, no problem. I went in here with my boyfriend and the service was great! But the guy that helped me out with my boyfriend was kinda rude. I'm hard of hearing and it's a quiet environment but if someone needs to put on gloves first before handling a food item please say it nicely. I used to work in food service as well as my boyfriend. This is probably not the best place around for Chinese cuisine. I ordered the "bigger plate" and they decided to give me 2 entrees and charge extra for my crab Rangoon. Disappointment #1. Food wasn't even all done so there were limited options at 6PM. My friend got fried rice and it was so unfavorable, he says. I got the black pepper chicken and it wasn't really good. Orange chicken was decent at the least. My chow mein was cold in random spots. That really ruined the entire meal. It tasted very old as well. :( The crab Rangoon was really disgusting. Never never again. Wow. Sweet and sour sauce was not good as well, but was hot! One of the soda cups had this very long piece of hair. DISGUSTING! Luckily not in our food. On top of all of that, everyone else in the restaurant after us received fortune cookies for their meals. WE NEVER DID. Very disappointed in my first ever visit to Panda Express. So far I have yet to be disappointed. I've read some bad reviews but my experience has been great. The staff has always been fast and attentive, not to mention friendly! The food was really good for the price. If you want crazy authentic Chinese food, go spend a lot more money somewhere else. I feel you get a great value for your dollar here. The restaurant has always been clean when I've eaten in. I also find it awesome that they give you the option to round up to the next dollar to help out a good cause. I placed an online order today. After I arrived to pick up my order, it wasn't ready (didn't go through the system). After I waited, I called in and they found my order in their system. They had it ready quickly, brought it out to my car (instead of me going in to pick it up), and compensated my troubles with a large soda. They were very polite and worked quickly to make sure I got my order. It was delicious as always! read more

We discovered this restaurant a year ago and have been very happy with the service and food. It is favorable and cooked well. The family who runs this restaurant are friendly. The crab Rangoon was not good it was completely burned all three of them. The service was terrible. We asked for sweet & sour sauce, and they said they would give it to us at the table. Then when they came with the crab Rangoon they didn't have it so we told the lady if she could get us some (that gave us the crab Rangoon). We waited for 10mins and still no sweet and sour sauce. Clean restaurant, friendly attentive employees and the food was fresh ...after they offered to make whatever we wanted fresh (it was slow, and the entrees were showing signs of sitting to long). Been four years since I tried a Panda Express. Decided to give it another try with my family. Arrived a little after lunch with no wait in line. While deciding what to get it seemed as though they were out of their most popular dishes, orange chicken and honey sesame. Not a big issue we decided to wait for the food with the thought that it would be fresh when we received it. The Food was horrible, the only thing I could taste was the sauce to cover up the over cooked and extremely dry chicken. Couldn't use my fork due to the rock hard chicken that broke both my wife and I's fork, had to scoop it with a spoon. I do not recommend this place to anyone! read more

Meh. Basically low quality Americanized Chinese fast food. Everything is kind of drown in a sickly sweet sauce that makes it really heavy. The honey sesame chicken had a really weird texture.
