Service is always friendly even when busy. The food is delicious and on the rare occasion they mess up my order they always add a ton of shore points to my account to make it right since I live 30 minutes away from the closest one. They are a bit pricey but I'm willing to pay a bit extra for the quality and service. read more

Ordered two sandwiches for my wife and myself. Hers was a bowl, and came just as she had ordered. My Buffalo chicken cheesesteak, on the other hand was all kinds of wrong, and this wasn't the first time. I ordered Rosemary Parmesan bread, and ended up with regular bread, which was no big deal. But I specifically requested no peppers or tomatoes, and there ended up being peppers on my sandwich. What's so infuriating about this is, peppers do not even come on this sandwich. But because of a past bad experience there, I always request no peppers. Suffice it to say, we won't be going back anytime soon, despite my wife enjoying her bowl. read more

Edit: In response to reply below, we never spoke on the phone. They must have me mixed up with someone else. I am still not going back because the one lady was argumentative while laughing at me. They mess up the order so you have to watch very carefully, as they do not write orders down. They have 5 people but they do not communicate well. You cannot say you want a sandwich with just one type of meat. They argue with you and tell you that you want a certain sandwich regardless. They argue with you, with a smile on their face. We have purchased the same sandwich from the Moline Illinois Jersey Mike's, the first on 9/1/24 and the second on 9/14/24. Both times we ordered the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak (giant size). The sandwich from 9/1/24 was great, lots of meat, plenty of jalapeno and cheese. We ordered that same sandwich on 9/14/24 thinking we had a good handle on what we liked. This time, the sandwich was WEAK. Mostly bread, a much smaller serving of meat and other toppings...pretty much a disappointment. Bottom line...we don't recommend this location of Jersey Mike's nor do we intend to go there again. If the quality of service and product is this inconsistent you wouldn't know whether or not your getting fair value for your money. read more

Jersey's Mike is pretty good as national chain sub shop go. Only problem we both had was the bread seemed tough. Not near as tough though as Firehouse Subs we had in Davenport for a short time. I guess I'm just too used to the very fresh bread we get at Hungry Hobo all the time. Pretty difficult to beat that and subs are very good. read more

I don't know where to start... when Jersey Mike's was still new to the area, I stopped in to try them out. Being the connoisseur of good food, I was a little skeptical. I had a favorite deli sandwich place in the QC already, known as Hungry Hobo. I ordered my sandwich and proceeded to indulge myself into my meal. I had picked the #13. I was immediately in love with this place. I have returned on numerous occasions, to the point that the employees know what I want, and how I like it. When I walk in, the staff greets me by name. It feels more like home than a restaurant. I feel like I am part of the family. Needless to say, I have a new favorite deli. If you haven't tried Jersey Mike's, you're missing out. read more

My wife and I are huge fans of Jersey Mike's. Found them in Davenport a few years ago, so we were thrilled when the Moline location opened. We have enjoyed every sandwich we have ordered. We usually split a regular because the sandwich is so big. The ingredients are always fresh and perfect. The service is fast and the staff is always very helpful and cheerful. I have to say sheepishly that I have not been to Hungry Hobo since this store opened! read more

First time we went there, everything was awful, messed up both items on our order. Threw away half of my sub cause it was so burnt (black) from being toasted, which I ordered not toasted. I shouldn't of came back. Only reason came back is due to location, other sandwich shops where inconveniently out of the way. Decided to give them another shot. Our sandwiches have been excellent since. Buns where perfectly soft, moist. Bit more expensive than some other places though. With no coupons I have found. Menu is confusing for anyone without a 4.0 gpa it could be more simpler. But it's like that at most sandwich shops. read more

Me and my bride-to-be came in for lunch the other day. It was a first visit to a Jersey Mike's for both of us, although I had a cold sandwich given to me while in Tallahassee several years ago, and thought it was excellent. Immediately we were greeted by a chipper fellow behind the counter, who asked us if we had been there before (which we hadn't), and how he could help personalize our experience, based on what we were into. He made several valid suggestions based on our preferences, without trying to blindly up-sell our ticket, and turned us both onto recipes that were combinations that weren't on the menu board, like a secret menu, so to speak.. What we got in return was an amazing experience. The food was of very high quality, fresh, and excellently put together. The iced tea I got was fresh and enjoyable, and a brand I already enjoy. The place was tidy and comfortable. There's not a bad thing I could say about this place. I'll for sure be back! read more
