First, I wanna say that the building A/C was not working. If it was it was very hot. Then there were flies in the restaurant and the waitress was using a fly swatter, she said if we want to shoot flies over to her side of the room, she would kill him. Our two salads and our bowl that we ordered taste very good. However, my son's chicken strip meal was not fully cooked. He showed the waitress and she said they would replace one. We assume they would replace the whole plate anyway he cooked one more chicken strip and gave it to us overall would not return to this restaurant very poor from top to bottom. read more

I visit my grandparents twice a year and they are always excited to have me because I can drive them to restaurants :P My grandpa said he's been to ETA about four times in the short ~month since it's been open. They are close to SouthPark Mall, have clearly done a great job at renovating the space because it's very clean and inviting space. We went on a Tuesday night at 5p and it was PACKED! We all enjoyed our meals and took home leftovers. This was bad. Went here for their "Sunday buffet". Went around 11. It runs until 2pm I believe. They were half way through it and out of a bunch of things. We were there an hour and they didn't even have eggs for 40 minutes. Home fried potatoes were empty also. Cantalope tasted like soap. They had a Mac and cheese dish and chicken stir fry that didn't even go with the brunch theme. My friend got sick to her stomach about at the 45 minute mark and proceeded do get violently ill when she got home. We even asked to split the bill and they ran it all on one card. The server we had was nice, but we will not be back. And this was not in any way worth $20 read more

We had the breaded tenderloin special. It included soup and French fries. The soup was cream of mushroom (not a big fan) but it was homemade and very good. The tenderloin was delicious. Tender and not at all greasy. The French fries were also delicious. Service was excellent. We will definitely be back! read more

While waiting to be seated, the horrible smell from the toilets gave me an indication of the quality of the management. Chicken Fajita was bland, tasteless and greasy. Short rib sandwich was ok, but the fries were the cheapest, lowest quantity, oily & grossest ever. Spaghetti was the worst I've ever eaten- it's not even close. We've driven by this place every day since it opened and always seen the insane amount of cars and thought 'wonder what the hype is?' Finally tried it today, and let me tell you ETA Table+tap definitely deserves the insane amount of business. I got their daily special, the tenderloin. I love tenderloin sandwiches, but they aren't my favorite generally. I get them for variety. The Tenderloin at this restaurant was the absolute best I've ever had, to the point where I'd order it regularly! Their fries are like none I've had before. Their food in general, including the fries, tastes FRESH AS CAN BE! They are so dang good and addicting. Atmosphere wise, we went around the afternoon hours, so it wasn't nearly as busy, but still had a healthy amount of people. We got served right away, and our server was always attentive to us. She even refilled my drink an put it in a to-go cup for me. Finally, the price for two people to get a good, high quality meal was EXTREMELY reasonable! We go to Texas Roadhouse, can easily spend $60+. ETA Tap provides higher quality food than Texas Roadhouse for a very affordable price. Love this place, we're coming back! read more

Went out on a limb and ordered the ribeye. Absolute garbage. No seasoning of any kind. The meat tasted off. Replaced with some bone-in wings. I tried the ETA hot sauce. Hot? Chicken wasn't cooked all the way, fries were soggy on all plates, ETA burger didn't have any taste, no seasoning. The chicken tenders were over cooked. Went back a few days later to give it another try. Ordered the $5 burger basket. The burger was like a kids hamburger, it was small, the fries were still soggy. read more
