If Noodles and Company married Olive Garden and had a baby, it would be Fazoli's. Quick service on solid pasta with AYCE dine in breadsticks. The good soft extremely garlicky kind. Happiness. Hubby and I both went with the $5 lunch specials. I got ravioli and fettuccine Alfredo. Added grilled chicken for $1 extra. He went with the lasagna with meat sauce and the chicken ceasar salad, again add the extra $1 for the chicken. He LOVES Fazoli's. I need to remember I don't like their chicken. But I really like their fettuccine Alfredo. Both combos also came with a drink. Food is good. Service is fast and friendly. Definitely worth trying out. read more

I love Fazolis and eat here all the time, that being said, tonight was not a good night. I asked for 2 extra orders of sausage with my drive-thru order and didn't get it, I ordered online so my bag was tied, so I didn't realize until I got home. im actually more sad I don't have my sausage then I am upset, mistakes happen. read more

We stopped in Monday night around 6:30. Quite a few of the tables were dirty and the ones that weren't were left sprayed with cleaner. We got our food and almost every plate came dirty. When my husband questioned it we got told it's from them wearing gloves. Regardless if it was or wasn't she did nothing to fix the problem. Then she was very annoyed when we asked for more silverwear as we only got 2 sets for a family of 6. The food was terrible, the lasagna was over cooked. Spaghetti sauce was very salty, and the salad dressing tasted soured leaving the salad uneatable. All this as employees delivered plates in dirty gloves while touching chairs, banisters, and anything else in their path . Needless to say we went home to eat and wasted $65. I think that the food is mediocre, but my kids love it. On Tuesdays, they get a kids' meal for only a dollar. The reason I'm writing this review though, is because of our experience tonight. My daughter was enjoying her big plate of spaghetti, but then found a screw. A small, metal screw was literally in her spaghetti. We were shocked. When I told one of the servers (all of whom were extremely nice and helpful), he apologized, took her food, and got her a new plate of spaghetti. He told us that he would let the manager know. At the end of the meal, the manager came to our table and apologized. She also explained how she thought the screw go there (fell off a new lid to a new heating unit). She gave us cards for a few free meals, and gave each of my girls a cookie (after asking us first, which I really appreciated). All in all, it was actually a nice meal. We even left the servers a tip because they were so good. read more

Rude!!! My son and his friend and I stopped in for lunch on Saturday. Our town no longer has this option so they were excited. I ordered my food and the register lady took my order pasta dish and a salad with Italian dressing, pop, and two lemon ice drinks strawberry and giving grape which I had never had wanted to try it. This lady grabbed the cup sitting on the counter( not sure why it was there but she stuck her fingers in it and took it to my tray as she comes back to the register she is coughing in her hand, I ask her for a different cup since it is flu season and she put her fingers inside the cup. She said she was going to do that. She had to walk back to the other side and get a new cup. Hands me my salad and a number. I sit down and my son said they didn't have breadsticks with their food i didn't have any with the salad I went to put the dressing on and she had given me a ranch instead of Italian. So I go back to the counter and ask her for Italian. She gave me two I said just needed one and I headed back to the table I looked and still no one had been by with breadsticks so I turned around and waited for someone to ask. A lady in a black shirt who worked in the back had come out to deliver food i asked her she said she'd grab us some 10 min later still no breadsticks I ask another lady in a blue shirt told her the lady in the black shirt never came back with them. She said we do not have anyone wearing a black shirt here. I said I'm pretty sure she was. She goes to the back and pops back out saying it was a sweater not a shirt. I don't care just bring out the breadsticks by now my son's friend was done with the pasta dishes my salad was gone but my pasta had still not come or my lemon ices. She brings the breadsticks asked if we needed anything else. I said well my food and drinks. She left and then the register lady came out with a strawberry and a blue raspberry I said I ordered grape she said that this was grape. I looked at the very bright blue and said since when is grape blue. She walked away and came back with a purple one set it down and walked away. Then my pasta came it was not fresh chicken was dried out like it had been sitting under a warmer for a long time. It is sad I used to work at the one in Muscatine 20 years ago when I was in school and I know that this did not stand up to the expectation that the company held. The whole time I was there they never once offered breadsticks to the customers in the dining room. Just sad. Not to mention dangerous I could get sick from contamination in my glass and have an allergic reaction to raspberry by being told that it was grape even when questioned. read more

I usually LOVE coming here with my family. We love the breadsticks and salads and overall how good the food tastes for being made so quickly. The last time we went there which was last Sunday was a hot mess. We ordered our food and they told us they didn't have any salads made so we all got pizza (5 pizzas-3 cheese and 2 pepperoni). We got our food pretty quickly and we got two of the cheese pizzas right away. Then we asked about the other pizzas which wasn't a huge deal right away because we had our other food and didn't really want the pizzas because most of us usually prefer the salads but we still wanted them since we paid for them. So the girl working says she'll go grab them for us. Then we see her walking around the restaurant and even went to go grab herself a drink from the machine, so when she asked us if we needed anything else, we said our pizzas and we never got breadsticks with our meal so she went and grabbed those right away but still no pizza. We went up to ask about the pizzas because at this point we had already almost finished our meals and we're almost ready to leave. She says they're cooking in the oven. Then another girl asks if the pizzas are done yet and the guy cooking them says yeah they're done, just waiting for them to come out cause they have one more minute. (makes no sense) Then the girl asks again if we need anything else for the hundredth time at this point and the other girl says they're waiting on their pizza they had two pepperoni still and one cheese and she says yeah I gave them the pepperoni (meaning we still are owed a cheese pizza and she said it out loud without even realizing it). Then they finally gave us our pizza as the other girl is putting it in the pizza box taking her sweet time saying how do you even work this box and is talking to the cook about some story. Then she hands us the pizza and doesn't say sorry or anything and the first girl starts helping some other customers that came in and NOW they have salads lmao. Oh and they did offer us a dessert for the inconvenience but we really just wanted the pizza so we could leave. Usually love this place but the employees were not helpful and we had to ask so many times for some pizza. read more

Our friends from PA rode down to see us, they spent the weekend with us. We rode and stopped in Dub, and right across the street was Fazolis. They had never heard of Fazolis or their breadsticks. So I crossed over the 4 lane and brought back some fresh out of the oven breadsticks for them. We don't have a Fazolis in Davenport or Bettendorf, so I seezed the opportunity.
