If you are looking for good food and service this might not be the place for you. The pop was flat but the waitress argued she just switch the co2 tank yesterday. FYI no bubbles no fizz equals no co2. The burger was ok. The fried chicken sandwich on the other hand is a definite no go! Banquet has a better chicken patty by far. But I wasn't looking for a chicken patty sandwich I ordered a fried chicken sandwich. Sadly it was a bunch of frozen food trying to impersonate real food being prepped in the kitchen. The environment made me instantly know I was in the right place. The decor is very eclectic and exciting. Loads of pop culture all over the place. This place was HORRIBLE i've never seen worse service. These people that ran it were a variety of ages and they all were disorganized, disrespectful, rude, and ignorant. I'm so disappointed because the place was a cute 90's looking place, but the servers never looked at you, never checked on you, forgot about you and would trade spots with another person to get away from you. My food was terrible so poorly made and rushed, but took ages to get to me. I then had to flag them down to just say I would like to order ice cream to sum up my bad meal, and they leave me and come back asking if I want the check? I then order my ice cream to just sit and wait 20 minutes for one scoop to have been forgotten about. I placed a to go order in person on Saturday for my son. I had to send the kid back 3 separate times for items missing from the burger one being bacon which I paid 1.89 extra for. After the second time I asked the cook if she made it and why it was wrong. She said the lettuce wasn't on the ticket but she forgot the honey mustard. There were no napkins included. Finally after the 3rd item noticed missing I asked if there was a manager. The boy replied "well I can give you a refund or something " to which I said a partial refund is the least you can do. Which he did refund the sandwich only then to my surprise I get to the car only to realize a 4th ingredient was missing!! So I message Finn's on fb and asked for Finn or a manager to contact me to which they responded- a manger was there why didn't you ask for her. I stayed I did ask for a manger and was refused one. Then provided my phone number and asked they call me to discuss the issue. It's been 2 business days with no response. This place is a joke and the topper is they charged a 10% tip automatically smh wow! read more

Finn's has been on my list to try for quite some time! They did a great job of hyping up their place on social media, I'll give them that! We made the 25 min drive from Bettendorf, and I don't think we will come back. First up, there were 2 other tables when we arrived at lunch on a Thursday, other two tables were eating already when we arrived. I decided to try the tacos, and when ordering I asked for sour cream on the side. The person taking the order said "of course, they always come with a side of sour cream ‍" Also ordered my son a hot dog. We paid, then took a seat. 10 minutes later the same worker came out and said they ran out of hot dogs, sorry! Offered us a few other kids meal options. The wait for food in total was just over 30 minutes. Remember the sour cream? The person who delivered our food sat down my tacos and said "I'm sorry, but we do not have sour cream, what we do have is too old to serve!" just an odd encounter. My tacos were just okay. Neither of the women working that day were overly friendly. The TV at our table was set to a judge Judy type show, the Velcro on the wall indicated there was once a remote there, but it was nowhere to be found. We asked to have the channel changed as it wasn't overly appropriate for our kids () - the woman working the front counter said, the remote should be somewhere! I don't know! We ended up stealing one from a nearby empty table, eventually. If you live nearby, I think it's a fine option for a quick meal, but I certainly wouldn't recommend making a special trip. read more

Really I wish I could leave 0 stars because it was just not good. Calling it trash is insulting to trash. Went with some friends. Got 3 appetizers. Mine was pickle spears, they earned the single star in this review, despite the fact that they were over battered. I also got a bourbon smash but I think they forgot to add the bourbon, it was disgusting, I never touched it after the 2nd drink and the waitress never asked about it. The menu was so overwhelming. It was all some weird form of build-your-own but with weird, limited options. For my meal I got a Finn's Filly Steak sandwich with some grilled veggies and cheese and buffalo and ranch. It was okay. The meat was flavored adequately but the veggies were soggy and the potato rounds I got as a side, although flavored well, were not cooked well. When the waitress checked in, my friends complained about their appetizers and again about their meal (which was completely wrong), and her response was "oh I'm sorry, okay" and then she'd walk away. We got charged for every single thing that was ordered despite the many issues and subsequent complaints. My friend didn't even eat her meal because they got it so wrong it was disgusting, and they still tried to charge her! After pointing this out, the waitress took the main course off but still charged her for the side; my friend was so over it by this point that she just paid it so we could leave. To top it all off, the atmosphere wasn't it. It was too loud, felt cheap and dirty. Save yourself the time and calories: don't go here. read more

During this COVID-19 outbreak we decided to reach out to some new places we haven't been to before. I am so glad we did! The staff here is awesome!. The owner Joe is outstanding at customer service! At first, I will a little put off because I called and called numerous times to order.. and couldn't get through. I gave up after several attempts.. and a few days passed by. I decided to give it another try. There was a few hiccups, but all and all the food was delicious!!! We have since ordered here again and again there was a few hiccups but again very delicious food! Horrible. I wish I could give this negative stars. I never complain when I go to a restaurants I'm extremely easy going. But this place is AWFUL. The food was horrible, we ordered the fried mushrooms for an appetizer, ate one and they were disgusting. The server came and asked how our appetizers were and we told her they weren't good, she asked why and we explained they had a bad taste. She replied "aw I'm sorry" and left them on the table. We proceeded to order our food, my food was made wrong, a steak sandwich which they covered in Boetjes mustard? So weird! So gross. The server asked how the food was, I explained and showed her it was covered in the mustard which i DID NOT order, she says "oh that's weird, I'm sorry" then when she brought the bill she proceeded to charge me for the meal. She also charged my husband for all his toppings on his flatbreads that's presented on the menu as free toppings. Paying $13 for a pizza then charged .89 for each topping on the pizza??? What?! I finally got my meal taken off but they still charged me for my side. A joke. I will not be returning ever again. read more

I don't think it will ever earn any Michelin stars, but Finn's Grill was perfect for a Saturday night in Milan when we wanted something close to home AND open after 8. The paper ordering system was a little convoluted. The cashier went over each one with us carefully anyway, then still made mistakes on our order. I got a burger that was a-okay and my boyfriend got a hot dog sandwich that he really liked. The onion rings were awesome, but next time we'll probably skip the cheese curds. The food is decent and the hours are great. We'll probably be back to Finn's Grill next time we're feeling too lazy to head further afield. read more

Finns is very clean and has a great cook!! The fries were amazing and the cook made our meal perfect!! My only question is "why" the hamburger is a pre-formed frozen patty like you can get at the grocery store. All the ingredients "scream" for a great beef patty that is made "in-house" and of a great quality beef! Hamburgers are my very favorite thing is the whole world to eat. The inside of the restaurant is surprisingly nice but small. I liked the TVs in every booth & how we are able to customize & fill out our own order, it's different. The wait was long though, I'm not going to lie. In addition, all plates, cups, & silverware were paper/plastic. SUPER TERRIBLE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT. The pricing was really cheap for all I got. I heard about this place on Facebook and saw that they recently started delivery service. I have never been to their actual location before so I can't comment on that, but wanted to give a review about my experience with the delivery. I called and placed the order and it went smoothly, was repeated back to me several times to make sure everything was correct which was nice compared to some places that rush through and end up messing something up. When our food arrived everything was exactly how we had customized it and tasted great! The hot foods were hot and the shake was cold. The quality of the food was good and the portion sizes were just right, not too little and not too much. Overall it was a great meal and we will definitely order from here again! read more

They will often have free meal days where anyone can come and get a meal for free. They paid for a door replacement when another restaurants was smashed in.
