ordered chx nugget combo. soda was on point and service was professional and polite. However, after waiting four minutes or so, I was asked to pull into the mobile parking spot and wait for my meal. After waiting for eight minutes, I left without my food because I have another appointment to get to. If I wanted to sit down meal, I would've gone to Panera or a local brewery. I needed "fast food". So in short, don't waste your time getting chicken nuggets at Taco Bell. hard pass. You'll never get them. I basically paid nine dollars for a diet soda. I feel like a sucker. read more

Oof... I ordered a crunch wrap supreme and 6 tacos... Got my order and saw one crunch wrap supreme and 5 tacos. I can't even judge the quality because my quantity was wrong. You may've saved a taco, but you lost a good review. That's an automatic 1/5 stars... read more

Have a few people working there there's about three people who work and they rush everything they never get the orders right and it takes too long to get your order. Even if you order only one thing you're going to be standing there for about 20 minutes and it's unacceptable and time worthy not very fast foody of them and the restaurant is almost never clean. do better. read more

Be careful when you go to this Taco Bell. Make sure you check their food generally your order will be incorrect. Extremely rude staff all young kids. Lots of Kids of mixed races with attitudes. If you go through the drive-through the line will be long and again check your food. Extremely extremely rude read more

How do you mess up cinnamon twist? They tasted like chemicals where on them I instantly spit it out when it hit my mouth. I know have a strange, disgusting taste from them. read more

Tables are sticky, the pop tasted like the syrup was out... on almost everything. The food was tiny portions, there was a tablespoon of meat in my taco. Bro, what the fuck? And had to wait about 15 minutes for this bullshit. Heed the reviews, don't go here. read more

i feel like I was bullied here and they messed my order up on purpose. Whoever took my order was rude and didn't care about their job. My order was completely wrong. They didn't put sauce I asked for or napkins in my bag. i go there all the time by my work in RI and it's always like this. I finally got annoyed enough to make a review someone needs to rescue that Taco Bell. read more

They told me no order over $25 lol I never heard of that in my life. Also It's 12am if you can't stay woke while taking a order you shouldn't be working. read more

Absolutely worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Both times I've gone they've rushed by ordering so hard that today I actually had to say something. I then got talked over and told they're on a timer so they don't care. Then my food was ALL WRONG and 100% inedible. When I return to the area in three days i will be taking the food in and demanding it be fixed and I will be protesting the location. Feel free to join me. read more

They was very rude at talking to my kid and was very unprofessional about it when I confronted the situation instead of just apologizing

Taco Bell is always trash and the drive thru system is garbage as well. Dining room closes at 8 pm some nights it may be open till 9 depending on staff. Careless behavior is given when trying to attempt a pickup for delivery. $3 extra per delivery is great until you have to wait in line for 45 min!!! Definitely do not recommend, honestly the location by south park mall actually cares and will get the food to you quick as possible, you can't call the 38th street location fast food because they take their sweet ass time making it. I've also noticed even in the daytime you'll be waiting 30 min for an order inside, and that's because they fare more about the drive thru orders and will purposely not make delivery orders until they're pushed back like 15-20 orders then by that till you have more then 7-8 ppl waiting inside most get pissed off because of the long wait. If I could give 0 stars I would read more

I work a split shift so I roll up to this restaurant at odd hours and they have always treated me so well! A special thanks to Melanie who offered to buy my food for me when I forgot my wallet this is great location and they always make me feel welcomed inside and through the drive-through! read more

is there a sauce packet embargo what?? "a mountain of fire sauce" does NOT mean three fucking packets read more

Taco Bell uses "Grade D" meat, their food is homogenous and uninspired... typical corporate bottom line bullshit. So unless you like dog food, don't bother eating here, it no different than the ten trillion other craptastic Taco Bells in the world. read more

Listen this taco bell is Hella good but the wait is wack as fuck also they never ask me for sauce and momma likes her sauce.

Taco Bell is delicious. But this particular location is a bit slow...don't go if you're in a super rush. My order was incorrect the other day, which was frustrating, so I had to turn the car around and come inside to have my order corrected, but Barbara was SO wonderful and sweet and lovely that she completely made up for the error. If you go and Barbara is there, give her an extra smile. She deserves it. I'll definitely be back because...let's admit it....Taco Bell is delicious. And Barbara is awesome. read more

If you have a DD it's the best place in town to stop by and grab some food at bar close. Steak quesadilla, double deckers, and a BAJA blast will give you the best night cap ever. read more

GrubHub Driver here. Did a pickup tonight where I waited 45 mins just to get to window and waited another 10 at the window..... do not accept any orders from here if you want to make money. read more

This used to be my lunch spot when I worked in RI. Fast, quick, cheap, convenient location. Can't be beat.

You either get one of two things when going to this taco bell location a 20 minute wait or quick service but very poor food. What really tops it off is the fact that when I contacted them they didn't offer to reimburse me on my order or even comp the next time but yet simply state OK I'll keep an eye on them. So if I was you just keep driving if you're hungry and you come across this taco bell there's a Wendy's and a Hardee's a block away. read more

So I love me some Taco Bell, but what I don't love me is a 20 minute wait when there is no one else there. Like what's the hold up?

The food is typical Taco Bell fare, but their customer service (especially inside counter service) is outstanding. I've lived in the QC area for over 20 years off and on, and I'm all about customer service and while the food isn't that great, the attitudes of the employees at this Taco Bell should be applauded. read more

Best customer service in the QC. Allison is a great person! She was the most polite and considerate worker I have ever met at a fast food restaurant - similar to the whole Taco Bell staff. read more

I've had Taco Bell before so I knew what I was expecting (meat-wise) going into this. But, I must say that I felt like the quality of food at this location (on my trip) was definitely below par, even for a Taco Bell. They also didn't do too well at remembering my order from drive thru to drive thru window. Oh well. read more
