The side of tots were wonderfully crispy, but a dash more salt would have made them perfect. I saw that some of the delicious looking cookies in the display weren't covered and there were a few little visitors like flies and other small bugs buzzing around them. If the cookies were covered up, it would really put customers at ease and make sure those pesky bugs can't get to them.
