Always great visits in this location. Jackie and her team keep things moving and it's evident they really care about their guests! Sandwiches are always made with care and taste great! read more

It's a shame how this chain has tried to take advantage of its customers. Let's start off with how the bread went from a sub bun to that of a brat bun, the filling used to over flow and it was hard to keep them from falling onto the butcher block paper. The quality of the ingredients have also been downgraded while the prices have soared to all time highs. Save your money you will leave hungry or broke . read more

Rude and unfriendly staff. Walked in to order lunch and the girl by the grill screamed at me to order from the cashier. So much that I no longer felt that I was even welcome here. Probably won't come back. read more

This was my first time going to this sandwich shop & it won't be my last. In fact will be my sandwich shop of choice over my previous favorites Jersey Mike's & Hungry Hobo from now on! The service was friendly, polite, and answered all my questions about their menu. Me and my wife tried two of their most popular sandwiches. We tried the WAGYU Slaw Be Jo and the Philadelphy Cheese Stake. All sandwiches are on a pillowy soft French Loaf. WAGYU Slaw Be Jo is a cold sandwich with as the name says American WAGYU Beef, provolone cheese & Really good Coleslaw. Next was the Philadelphy Cheese Stake with Sirloin stake (a WAGYU option is available too) provolone & mushrooms and onions on the side (wife doesn't like those) it's all good!! The store is spacious and looks sort of like a New York Sandwich shop. With brick faced walls, stainless steel containers, and black row and free standing tables and chairs. It clean and simple as well. A bit on the price on the pricy side but well worth it. They offer 4 different sandwich sandwich size 5",8",10,&12". Sorry no pics this time. But will add next time. read more

This place was very good the Italian sandwich tasted amazing and I tipped so I could help rebuild the death star

$1.79 for a cookie plus $2.59 for a pop equals $4.38, but if you get the combo deal they charge $4.59. They charge an extra 21 cents for making it a combo meal. I added photos of the menu. This is true for all of the sides. Combo meals are supposed to save you money and not cost more to rip you off. read more

Decent food. They were out of soups when I was there. Had the wagyu roast beef sandwich (decent) and a salad of Balsamic chicken. Did the pick 2. Price was fair. Sandwich was slightly small but great flavors. Salad had fresh chicken with good flavors, had some nuts and raisins in there too. Last time in, I came in kind of late, not too long before closing. They were very kind as they locked their doors, and let me and my friend sit in there ,and finish our meals without trying to rush us out. Much appreciated. Service is very good. They have a wide variety of choices, and flavors. Do stop. Recommend. read more

Maybe not the "best sandwich on earth," but a good, solid, tasty one, with plenty going on between the bread.

Hoagie the fries the people very friendly and the place was very clean. Will be going back again. We are from West Virginia and so happy we found this place to eat. read more

This was our first time there. -1ST the employees where soooo helpful and that's so rare now days!!! Even while we ate our meal I could hear them talking to each other and they where kind even to each other. That was so refreshig to hear! -2nd when we walked in it felt clean and smelled wonderful!!!!! -3rd The sandwiches were excellent!!!! We will so be back and soon! read more

We have always wanted to try this place and finally got to order two sandwiches. They were pricey, almost 20 dollars for both! No drinks or anything is included... when we sat down to eat, the guy at the cash register said 'so you know, we are closing in 6 minutes' in such a rude manner, asking us to leave even before we took a bite! We had to leave in such rush, and the sandwiches were really average that they don't even deserve this price. We won't be going back, ever. read more

Unfriendly and super expensive subs! This place was good back years ago until they made their sandwiches smaller and upped the prices! The bread has changed since then too not nearly as fresh as it used to be. Also very embarrassing for the staff to make a point when a customer tips or doesn't tip very unprofessional at any business especially a fast food restaurant. read more

Our two favorites are the Bobbie (which is a turkey and dressing sandwich) and the Philly cheesesteak. If you aren't from Dubuque County, Iowa, you might not know about turkey and dressing sandwiches. But these folks do, and they make 'em better than any other place in Iowa. Heaven on a roll. The cheesesteak is amazing, as many other reviewers have said. Portions are on the big side; we don't mind that, because we like to eat half for lunch and half for dinner. Four meals for the price of two. We've been to three of their stores, and the staff is always friendly, even joking. They ring a bell and the whole team gives you a big "thank you" whenever you give them a tip. We eat here every chance we get! read more

Ordered them on DD twice a month ago when I was in East Moline from California. Cheese Steaks are legit. If I ever get back to East Moline, will definitely order again. read more

We were looking for something a bit different and didn't want the typical chain sub places, so we tried this shop due to the Yelp reviews. This place is awesome and has us counting down the days until we visit again! read more

The food gets a 5 on flavor, the appearance and wetness of my sandwich gets a 2, and the ambience gets a 1. I ordered a meatball sub to eat in. For some reason they wrapped it. When they did, they squeezed the marinara all out of the sandwich and it was almost impossible to hold without getting covered in it. The flavor was great. The hand rolled meatballs are good by themselves but when put on the Italian sub with melted cheese it's awesome. While eating, I was the only one in the store. The staff were joking around cursing occasionally and making puking sounds. It got so loud and annoying that I stood up so they would see me there. This is totally unacceptable to do in a restaurant and I didn't finish my meal. read more

So I came to this place I know it's a big food chain but I wanted to leave a fast review. This place wasn't terrible, but I've had it a lot better. Today I ordered two different sandwiches. First was The Bobbie : which is a (Thanksgiving Sandwich) inside is shredded turkey and stuffing with cranberry sauce with mayo. It was alright, which I am surprised because I had it here once before and it was amazing , but today it wasn't unfortunately it was just a plain taste to me this time . The other was the Capastrami this one here is my favorite at this place you all should know in my previous reviews I love a good pastrami sandwich, This one is served with pastrami, coleslaw and thousand island dressing, it's a good combination I enjoyed it The service was good and fast they always greet you at the door very friendly . This place still has a good sandwiches it's a Hit or Miss place I guess you can say. I still recommend this place to people when it's good they're food is really good. I gave it a 4 only because I had it better at other locations read more

One of the best subs I've had in a long time. I would definitely recommend capriati's subs. We got a to go order and split it. There was plenty of food for each of us. read more

A must have stop when my husband and I are in the area. We grab lunch and sandwiches to take home with us. Always great service and food!

Ok..... just ordered a hot Italian combo which is a classics to be served with classic Italian Dressing... for dipping..... So, my expectations are horrid as now I have to slam this sandwich down without a dressing? He said they have ranch and not other Italian dressings that a 15 year old may like....... Quiznos, subway, JJ all offer a normal classic blend .... NOT the Itailians.... Go figure ..... Ok, just finished .... Go to JJ, Jersey Mikes or Subway..... NO GO HERE read more

Road trip pit stop and so worth the few minutes off the freeway for the amazing sandwiches here. We had the grilled Italian and Capastrami and both were on point. Definitely will return on our next cross country road trip. read more

I went in and specifically asked for no jalapeños on my Philly cheese steak and they put it on anyways. Incompetent I had to throw away a whole $13 sandwich because of there incompetence. read more

Stopped while passing through to try something different. My wife got the Philly cheese steak and I had the grilled Italian. The bread was amazing. The cheese steak was excellent. The. Grilled Italian had good flavor but lacked meat. Too much bread with the lack of meat. Overall it was a good change of pace for a quick sandwich shop. Had I been a bit more hungry I would have taken the plunge and got the Bobbie (turkey sub with dressing). Looked like thanksgiving on a hoagie. Maybe next time!!! read more

My family and I were headed home from a road trip and wanted a vegetarian sandwich. This place had great options, but were not great to eat. Staff was rude and bathrooms were dirty. read more

Great sandwiches! Favorite is the Italian sausage. The sausage is cut up into bite size pieces, smothered in a marinara sauce and placed on a hoagie roll. Warm savory Italian goodness! read more

The grilled Italian needs to remain a cold sandwich. Individual flavors get lost with it being grilled. The Bobbi. Hoping this is not Kennedy related. Very good sandwich. Mayo a little lite. Offering roll toasted will put it over the top. Last (Thanksgiving Sandwich that was worth talking about was a diner in Attleboro, MA) you did a good job. read more

Us Being somewhat new to Davenport this sandwich shop does not disappoint, it was awesome! Customer service is outstanding! We had a cheese steak and the Italian they were top notch! We ordered the largest cheese steak they had so we could have it and take the rest for lunch at work a few seconds in the microwave and it was warm again and delicious ! Thanks for the awesome experience! read more

Basically a bread sandwich. Pretty expensive for two thirds bread & one third ingredients.

This is my go-to sandwich shop!! REAL FOOD! I stopped going to fast-food places, for many reasons. I love this place! Great staff, fresh food EXACTLY how I ordered it! The Bobbie is GREAT! Also the Homestyle Turkey! My fave. Always a good experience, and I am willing to wait for my food, rather than sit in a drive-thru. Their famous BoB sandwich, the Thanksgiving is just amazing!! I love it. So did my grandma who I split the 12" with, which was plenty for each of us. Comes with turkey, cranberry sauce, dressing/stuffing and mayo! Even the bread is good quality. $9 for 12" sandwich read more

I went with family a dozen of us- to have dinner here and see my nephew at work on his first job. The signature sandwich of turkey, dressing and cranberry sauce on a sub roll was the Thanksgiving-like feast I'd hoped. Tasty food. Fast and attentive service and clean dining room. read more

Capritotti's is one of the few places in the QC that has Vegetarian meat sandwiches!! I was amazed I hadn't heard of this place sooner because of this! My friend got a turkey sandwich and said their turkey was wonderful. For me, I got a Vegetarian Bobbie (forewarning, the stuffing does have chicken broth in it). I also got a Veggie Cole Turkey. Both of these were amazing! I've gone back 4-5 times since visiting them about a month or two ago. The location is the only reason I don't go daily! It's out of the way for me, but when i decide to go and get some I never regret it! read more

The food is good, but I'm knocking off a star for every ten minutes I had to wait for my sandwich. I was the only one in the restaurant, and there were three people working. I waited 25 minutes for my food. S L O W !!!!!!! read more

I don't often do five star reviews - I'm like that pain in the butt teacher who never gives out A+'s b/c really is anyone ever perfect? But Capriotti's was as good as a sandwich place can get. I had the Capistrami - cold. I was trying to recreate an East Coast type sandwich that I love love love. It was delicious. The medium was more food then any sane person should consume in one sitting. Full disclosure - I ate the whole thing. I took one for the team. The pastrami was excellent quality, the bread was doughy, chewy and soft - what a sub roll should be. This East coast gal has found her holy grail of sandwich shops. The price was high, but fair. My 12" was $10 including tax. Next time I will probably just go with a small - oh and save your reciept and do the survey to save $3 on your next meal. Finally the service was excellent. I hope Capriotti's thrives. I was there on a weeknight, at prime dinner time, and there were only two other folks inside. I'm hoping that doesn't continue as this is a top notch sandwich place. I can't wait to go back and try their version of a cheesesteak. read more

First time eating here.sandwiches are small for the price and soup tasted like it came from a can. Wont be back.

Glad to stop in at quad cities and just got my Capistrami but the location is in the wrong spot what Yelp has down. Take a look at my sandwich w the map. I probably will have to take the other half out and feed someone else who wants it! Tomorrow I'll be starting a new wellness program! read more

This was my first time coming here, the staff was extremely rude. in particular, one female employee with pink hair was unnecessarily unpleasant to be around. someone like that should not be helping customers at a register. she spoke to us with an attitude and as if we were dumb when we asked a simple question. ruined our entire visit read more

The cheesesteaks here are fire! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a sandwich. Would go here for a Jimmy Johns honestly.
