Food is always great. Flavor of the day is never right. I have been going to this location in specific for the past few months and I'd say I've been here a total or 10 times. Randomly I'll get the flavor of the day and it hardly has ever been the actual flavor of the day. The pictures are always toppings on top looks tasty, but when we receive. Mix ins are rare and all I am eating is either pure vanilla ice cream or pure chocolate ice cream. Today's flavor of the day was Carmel cashew and my wife and I got a total of 5 cashews total in our flavor of the day, as for Carmel... there was NONE! We've constantly have been giving this specific location chances after chances but I think today was the day we stop. Unfortunate. read more

Why can't they get it right? Drive thru orders should not have to be checked before we leave the parking lot. The staff here has no attention to detail. When WE PAY FOR BACON CHEDDAR burgers, cheeseburgers. DO NOT cut it. Two weeks in a row, no bacon. read more

Worst Culver's experience ever. Ordered 3 piece fish dinner with an order of cheese curds to go. No dinner roll, cold food, no cheese curds. Waited 30 minutes for the order. Seemed like plenty of people working but very unorganized. Never again. Avoid this location it's a disgrace to the Culver's chain. read more

I went the other day and ordered a mucshroom and Swiss basket with a side of cheese and received a slice of cheese in a sandwich box. The food is always good but I think the workers were confused by my order. I meant cheese sauce but I guess I'll be more specific next time! read more

I will start by saying I've never been disappointed by anything I have gotten at Culver's until today. I ordered the new spinach artichoke chicken sandwich that comes on a pretzel bun& when I got home found out I was given a plan regular chicken sandwich, called & told them& the manager really didn't seem to be interested. Wowzers! This was the first time I ever had Culvers and it was amazing. A staff member opened my door and said "welcome to Culvers". That just blew my mind. Then I was greeted quickly by other staff members. I'm thinking to myself "WTF is going on?!?!?! Why so friendly" I forgot what it was called, something like Cheddar Butter Burger with Bacon. It was so good, if it wasn't inappropriate I would have smeared it all over my face it was that good. If I'm ever in Iowa again I will mosdef stop there again. read more

This was our first visit to this new location, and we were very pleased. The food was fresh, the manager was helpful, and the custard had obviously just been made. I'd have to say this is one of the better Culver's locations I've been to. No loud music, either! A pleasant experience. read more

My go to place if I want fast food. The burgers are some of my favorite, the fries are meh, and the cheese curds are fine. I haven't ate plastic pellets yet or gotten food poisoning so it is definitely topping most fast food places. read more

They never get your order right. Also the fries & onion rings are over salted. It's like they pour half the container of salt on them. Yuck!!!!! read more

I waited what felt like 7 years to received my ice cream before I was asked if I had gotten my ice cream yet, when I was standing there holding nothing. I missed a golden opportunity to say "yes ma'am. I got my ice cream. I was so hungry I ate the cup too." To top it all off, my ice cream was melted when it got to me, so I was waiting for my ice cream to melt I guess...needless to say I was not impressed with my service. read more
