We arrived on a Thursday around 5:45 PM with a party of 12. Despite already hosting a large group, the staff immediately started putting tables together for us without hesitation. We were barely seated when they began taking drink orders--super efficient and friendly service right from the start. I tried the Cherry Bomb Blonde beer and really enjoyed it--light and flavorful. The servers worked as a team and got everyone's orders in quickly, which is impressive for a group our size. We started with the pretzel bites and beer cheese, which were a definite 10/10--warm, soft, and perfectly paired with the cheese. We also shared a hamburger pizza, and really appreciated the thin crust and how the hamburger was broken up into small pieces. The sauce was sweet, and we would've loved just a little more of it (or maybe some on the side for dipping). We're not from the area, but if we were, this would definitely be a regular spot. I've included pictures of the BLT pizza and the jalapeño pineapple pizza that others in our group ordered--both got great reviews too. I have eaten here a handful of times over the years. Every time I do, I remember how good the food is and wonder why I don't eat here more often. It looks like a typical sports bar/restaurant. What sets it apart is the quality of the food. With our most recent visit, we went at an off-peak time between lunch and dinner. The place was relatively empty. Service was timely. For an appetizer, we had fried pickles. These looked like they were cut, battered, and fried in-house and were good. For my entree, I had the Zombie Invasion Burger. They advertise it as possibly the best burger on the planet. I don't know if I would endorse it being the best on the planet, but it's definitely one of the better burgers I have had. It's a gourmet-type burger, pairing sweet with some zing. The fries were standouts as well. They weren't particularly fancy, but they were well seasoned (just salt and pepper) and based on the quality, I am guessing they were cut in-house and fried to order. My wife had a Mediterranean salad, which she liked. I did not try any of it, but I have had a salad there before (Plantation Salad) and thought it was pretty darned good. For dessert, I had the cheesecake. This was good. It wasn't necessarily great, but I left happy. Overall, the food here is really good and the prices are appropriate. read more

Owner is DISGUSTING. I ordered unbreaded chicken and got breaded chicken that just got left on the table in front of me for over 15 minutes so someone else at my table ate them while waiting for them to bring out my correct order I wasn't told they couldn't be ate which is why I let someone else eat them. Then the correct order came out burnt and im talking BLACK chicken. I found a hair in my food and not only that I'm pretty sure I saw rat droppings in the women's bathroom behind the toilet. The guy was very rude about the food getting replaced, so service was bad. Don't go here unless you want to purposely pay for a bad experience. read more

We were beyond happy to find this gem for a late dinner on a Thursday night. The menu was interesting and once we walked in, the staff was amazing too! They were so friendly and genuinely happy to serve us. Our sever, Dash, was very kind and attentive. The restaurant was supinely busy for a late Thursday night. We sat at a table near the bar and they had lots of tvs on. We started with cheese curds that were accompanied by the best raspberry dipping sauce we've ever had. This was our first time having a sweet sauce with curds- phenomenal! For entrees I had the vegetarian Portobello sandwich and my Husband had the 4 Cheese Bacon Mac and Cheese Burger. We both loved our burgers! I tried a drink special of caramel vodka and cream soda and my husband had a yummy blue drink. this place is awful, the service was terrible. It took 30 minutes for our appetizer to come out. our server never came over too tell us that it was going to be a while FOR NACHOS!!! we finally got our food, and everything was cold, soggy and unbelievably unappetizing. There was no kind of organization. Everyone was running around like it was their first day. I am never one to complain. i am a server myself. But I am beyond disgusted. Ordered chicken strips with bbq sauce but they charged $2.20 for tiny cup side of bbq sauce. Since when do you not get sauce with chicken strips I'd like to know. The jalapeño bites had zero plant based meat on them as described & promised. Left a $17 tip anyway but won't be back. read more

When I first moved to the Quad Cities I was super excited that there was a burger place less than a quarter mile from my place. I went in and was even more so excited when I found out the food wasn't half bad! However... The third time I went in was on December 23rd. I had just picked my daughter up and we were driving home. It was snowy, cold, late, and nothing was open, so I told her about Treehouse and we decided to stop. We walked in and the only people inside at 10PM were the owner, another guy who I guess was his friend, his friend's college aged son, and a server. I asked if they were open and the owner insisted they were and showed us a table. The server came over, was nice enough asked us for drink orders (2 waters) and left. At this time the owner came over and I realized he wasn't sober. He asked if I wanted a beer. I declined, but he hounded me. So I agreed just to have him leave me alone. Then he asked my *SEVENTEEN YEAR-OLD* daughter if she wanted one. She declined, three times before he wandered off. We ordered a pizza and was told it would take 20 mins by the owner and he'd watch over it personally. Over the next 30 minutes he would call me over to him, have me sing with him and his friend, brag about the outdoor domes, ask if we wanted to go sit out in them. Insist that I give him my phone number so that he can call me and talk to me about renting one. Then insist that I take his number instead since he was too drunk to work his phone. For the next 20 minutes after that he tried to get my, again, *SEVENTEEN YEAR-OLD* daughter to drink two more times. He kept insisting I drink more. I told him I don't like drinking if I'm going to be driving, especially on snowy days, so I'm done with the one. Finally our pizza came out. It was burnt to a crisp. We both ate about a slice and a half of what was salvageable. When I asked for the bill he said, "eh no charge.." then I saw the server who I could tell had just been denied pay with that, after running around for him all night. I asked the server to bill me what he thought was fair, and I paid him more in tips. When I was driving home, I noticed that there was a beer in my coat pocket. If I had got in an accident, pulled over, or worse. My life as I know it would be over. All we wanted was a bite to eat, all the owner wanted was to get everyone as drunk and irresponsible as he was. My parents really enjoyed the chicken salad sandwich. Unfortunately, I ordered the solid piece of grilled chicken breast on a bun that is their specialty. Mine was stringy and hard to chew. It was dry. I spit out the first bite that I tried to eat and did not complete the rest. At the end of the meal, I told the waitress that it was stringy and not very good and all she said was, "I'm sorry." When we received the bill, I requested to speak to the manager. The manager came over and I told him that the chicken was stringy and hard to chew. He picked up my sandwich, examined it and tore it apart while saying, "our chicken is known for it's high quality and there is nothing wrong with this sandwich." I requested a refund for the sandwich and, instead, he offered me a gift card. The gift card was only worth $10. P.S. Unfortunately, the menu offers nothing edible that you can buy with the $10 gift card. BTW you're charged extra to use a credit card instead of cash. read more

Solid 3 stars... My brother turned me on yo this joint, and I go there every time I visit home. Always a great selection of local brews, I usually have a few cherry bomb blondes... Always order the zombie burger...great burger with jalapeño popper and raspberry to cool the heat. I am Vegan and we wanted a place to dine outside for both vegan and not-vegan could enjoy and this fit the bill. Visited on a Friday night. Was very busy but we were sat rather quickly. No staff wearing masks which was disappointing but ultimately not a deal breaker for us. My daughter & I were sat at a small table so close to another table that she could barely sit down. I slid the table over so she had room then I was uncomfortable but it worked. I ordered a salted caramel martini which was absolutely delicious but took about 15 mins to arrive. We decided to order an appetizer and went with the bacon cheese fries. They were amazing. The bacon jam on them was phenomenal. My daughter and I were a bit overwhelmed by the extensive menu & decided to order burgers. She got the mac n cheese burger which she loved. I got the Hawaiian burger which was just okay... the Hawaiian sauce advertised was just basic BBQ. We both ordered medium burgers. Hers was perfect. Mine was super red and bloody, but I powered thru since the waitress was no where to be found. Overall a nice place which I would go to again but would not order a burger. Okay, we visited Iowa for a Michigan/Iowa game and won. We decided to stay in Bettendorf. This place was amazing. The food the atmosphere. We ate there Friday and Saturday. The Accelerator salad and the Zombie Invasion burger with Anna on Friday and the Tuscan Chicken BLT and the same Zombie burger with Chicken with Kane on Saturday night was even better and Friday was amazing. The Sangria is yummy and the Loaded Bloody Marie is a meal within its self. If your ever in the area stop. The manager is a very nice guy as well. read more

Our first time here was a great one. We were greeted at the door and given a table very fast. The outside seating has a great ambience while the inside has a different feel but still a good one. The manager and server where very attentive and polite. Now the food; amazing. They told us that they made everything when ordered and it's fresh and they were not kidding. From making the reservation for the igloo setting at night, to changing it the same day because I didn't account for daylight savings time, to our entire visit - everyone had excellent customer service and were very personable! I want to call out Caleb for his wonderful attitude while accommodating and serving us. Brian is also a great host of his fine establishment. It's good seeing the owner get involved and taking pride for what he has built. The food and ambience are excellent here!
