The creamy vanilla flavor isn't the same as the State Fair stand. What do I love about nitro made ice cream? The smooth creamyness that other processes cannot replicate. Plus, it's fun to watch it being made. I am not sure if this is a locally owned establishment or a chain. If it's local, it would have been nice to see them use Lagomarcino's hot fudge. We were also disappointed with the strawberry flavoring. It tasted artificial. I hope to see better quality flavors in the future. Still happy to see this option around.
