Me and my sister went here and we both ordered our drinks with tapioca pearls. To our surprise there is only enough tapioca pearls for one drink. I find that very annoying since it is a boba place and most people get the tapioca pearls. I just think that they should have extra pearls in case this happens again because it seems unprofessional since it's the most common thing to order. There was residue from drinks on the counters and gross looking stuff in the corners of the walls. But they had good music. read more

Icy Bubbles in Moline is a great place to grab a boba tea. I ordered the Strawberry Boba Tea and really liked how many customization options they offer--it's easy to make your drink exactly how you want it. The shop is clean and creatively decorated, adding to the experience. I personally didn't love the jellies as an additive, but that's just a matter of taste. It didn't take away from the overall enjoyment of my drink. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu. Worth checking out. read more

Good place in the QC for bubble tea. I think it is one of the top places for the area. The place is very bright and fun, a lot of contrasting colors. There is wall that makes for good pictures. The service is consistently good; helpful and patient. I would say that the consistency of the drinks can be off a bit. Sometimes the smoothies are smooth and other times are too icy. I wish they had fresh fruit for them as well. If you are "sensitive" to sweet things be aware of that and you can adjust the level of sweetness which is good. Everything is always made quickly and accurately every time! The staff are always very professional! I love the lay out and color scheme of both locations. The seating is plenty for the small layout. The kids love how they can watch the ice cream being made. This place reminds us of the great bubble teas back in our hometown of Seattle! read more

9/18/2021 I was So excited to try this place, my favorite was the tiger stripe boba with foam on top. The dragonfruit lemonade was eh.. and the thai coffee was too bitter for my liking. But the boba pearls were really good. Lines are long because it's so good but the employees are really fast so it's not a long wait. Can't wait to go again read more

Our daughter has a dairy allergy. Staff made sure to clarify the allergy, and then scrubbed the station down and washed the utensils used before they made her order. It is difficult to find ice cream places that provide options for those who can't have dairy, and we were blown away by the care given to keep our daughter safe. Also- great ice cream! read more

Love it. We used to go to Chicago for boba and i am not sure how we never found this place sooner! Their boba is great. Great selection of flavors and they also have rolled ice cream. Special flavor they use fresh fuits which i haven't seen elsewhere. They also have avocado flavored smoothie! read more

Incredibly unprofessional and poorly trained staff. Abysmal customer service skills. They "closed the register" right as I walked in the door at 7:29pm. I pleaded with them to please make a drink for me since I came right before closing Time. To my surprise a very rude and diminutive woman with a nose ring stepped from the back in a confrontational manner and threatened to call the police on me for asking them to make a drink. Never ever in My life have I had rolled ice cream. My daughter talked me into going their one day and OMG. What has taken us so long. Should have been our 1st place we went when we relocated up here to North Carolina. If your looking for a treat, awesome kids ( I say that with all respect because they are my sons age ) with great manners, professional & answer all your questions and don't look at you it make you feel dumb then you've hit the Jack pot. Our last order we picked up was completely wrong and was going to take it back but honestly I'm glad they did because we all got to try something different and actually likes the 2 wrong orders. Can't wait until they open today because going to order for my whole staff. Great product bad experience. They are all over the place with orders. Had people show up maybe ten minutes after I placed my order and still had to wait ten minutes for my order after they already received theirs. The person I was with finished their order before I even received mine if that tells you anything. read more

I've been to other rolled ice cream places before. They didn't allow you to customize your ice cream easily (you had to choose one of theirs and if you wanted other toppings they were extra). You couldn't get extra mix ins. I got the s'mores one. The ice cream itself was pretty plain. You could barely taste the graham cracker if at all. The toppings were nice. Overall I think rolled ice cream is super cool, but with the lack of personalization and toppings (even the toppings you could add, there wasn't many) it wasn't worth the price. read more
