Stopped in this location today to pick lunch up for my son. The girl working the front mentioned she was working all alone. She helped the person in front of me and then excused herself to the back. She then proceeded to yell very loudly at whoever was in the back. When I say yell, I mean she blatantly was dropping the F bomb over and over again. Said he wasn't supposed to be working and the *^#%% in the back needs to work. She then walked up to the front, took off her gloves and said she was leaving. I stood there for a moment, thinking someone would come to the front and assist, but no one did. I walked out and went to Taco Bell!! Unbelievable! I won't be back! Went in for margaritas & guacamole. We ordered two specialty margaritas & they were terrible! Unbeknownst to me, they squeeze in orange juice. Gross! The guacamole was small & uninspiring. The only thing good I can say about this place is house made hot salsa was good. read more

The food was mediocre, not as good as chipotle honestly.... shortly after eating at Qdoba Moline I became very sick. I had severe nausea, cramps, vomiting, fever, etc. for the next week... it was food poisoning; I've had it before. And now a month later am having liver pain and find out that I was given Hepatitis A!!! Qdoba is all that I ate that day, so I know it was their food. SHAME!!! YOU MADE ME VERY SICK!! I just went to get the Monday meal deal as posted on the window first they didn't have hardly anything ready steak queso etc and after making my food at the register was informed they were not honering any of there deals during the pandemic and when I pointed out that the deal was posted on the window was treated rudely I can't support a place that is gonna charge more because the country is going through a event like this I will be going to there competition next time I want a burrito read more

Qdoba is a tough one to place for me. I like it better than Chipotle but I think I like Panchero's most. The serving sizes here are HUGE and the prices reflect that for the most part. Their queso is great. As well as their salsa verde. I'm not gonna lie, I like a steak burrito from here quite a bit. read more

When we arrived there were three workers in no kind of uniform. Not working quickly or with any sense of urgency. It was lunch time. Nothing was prepped. There were so many empty bins of food. This prep work should have been done before the lunch hour. Instead two of the three workers were just starting to get food ready. And when I asked if the worker if they had already had a busy morning she said no. We only had one person getting our food. It took soooooo long. Our children began melting down bc nothing they wanted to order could be ordered. Nothing was ready. And then the fact that one person was serving a line of 17 people!!!! Horrible service. Makes me sad bc they have decent food and they won't stay open if their service remains this bad. Awful!!! Good food! Get some better management and people who work with urgency to attend the customers. The two stars are just for the quality of ingredients we actually could order from. read more

I was not impressed by Qdoba, the service had a pretentious vibe to it and the food did not deliver in quality.

Placed an online order. Drove 20mins to pick it up got home and 1 of the orders was wrong. Asked for a refund of the 1 bowl and was told their refund button was taken away from them? Asked for the owners name and number. read more

I'm a regular. Never had bad food here and always service with a smile. They make the food the way I like it--and if I don't then they make it the way I request it. I always ask for extra lettuce, I always ask for extra beans, extra hot sauce, and there is never any problem. The place is always clean and it's a nice way to have a quick lunch or dinner that's healthier than fast food places. read more

The sign on the door said "Guacamole for all," yet by the time we were served the guacamole was "on hold." No apology, no explanation. The food was okay, but the service was not. Employees were obviously in a hurry to move everyone through the line as quickly as possible. For a better experience all around, skip Qdoba and go to Chipotle. read more
