Me and my sister went to there today and was hit with a rude comment whilst ordering a happy meal, could have been worse but just caught me off guard. I mean it's not really a bad McDonalds. Always rude and horrible service, there's only one woman there who does her job to the best of her abilities and she's the one who hands out food in the second window. My real review is more like a half star but I can't give that though. I came in with my Brother and my Mother for the Freddy Fazbear meal because I'm Autistic and Bisexual so I like the spooky jumpscare bear game (still don't know why they chose a chicken place and not pizza though). But they took our order and it turns out they were sold out of like everything which was disappointing, but to put insult to injury they were yelling at each other ever since we got there and it just got worse the more we stayed. I refunded my meal but my Mom and Brother still got their's. We went to Wendy's because we didn't want to eat there and it turns out my Mom and Brother's meal, which was meant to be Spicy Chicken. Wasn't even Spicy. The Wendy's (which was right by) was so much better. The food was good, the people were nice. I even thanked them for not being like these obnoxious employee's. I went in for an Autistic dream, turns out I had an Autistic nightmare. Being stuffed in a animatronic suit would be better, because it would have been over quicker than this, because I would be dead. I don't think I had a more disappointing experience in my life. read more

I don't have Popeyes where I live so I tried it. Then I saw all the bad reviews, which kind of made me chuckle. The staff looked presentable, they were nice, took my order quickly, and the restaurant looked clean. The chicken and fries were good and hot. But y'all really going to complain about the seasoning when it's a corporate owned restaurant? It isn't a mom and pop kind of place where they load up on seasonings, they have to appeal to the masses. Also just as a generalization, I've notice the further north I go, seasonings are not really a thing anyways. Food was good for fast food, and the staff was awesome. read more

I went inside. I got carry out. I had no problems. The woman put plenty of condiments in the bag which I thought was nice. It was clean and I was there at a low time so I was first in line. When it first opened, it was pretty good, but it is clear the staff doesn't care about the cleanliness at all. The floors always have food on them, even under "clean" tables, the high chairs feel sticky, and even the dishes just don't feel right. The bathroom is pretty gross, too. The service is average, sometimes we get someone amazing. The best part of going here are the cooks. They are so polite, they are very dedicated to their job, and they always cook my food perfectly. While the food is good, I really wish the owner/managers would take bad reviews seriously. I've seen reviews from the past few years talking about how dirty it is, and I've yet to see a difference. If anything, it gets worse over time. Please seriously do a deep clean. I feel so uncomfortable sitting at any table because it is always so nasty and sticky.
