They could improve the way they speak to customers in the drive through. And quality of food compared to other McDonald's in the area. Me and my sister went to there today and was hit with a rude comment whilst ordering a happy meal, could have been worse but just caught me off guard. I mean it's not really a bad McDonalds. The one on the avenue of the city's is horrible though, would always recommend this one over the McDonalds next to the highschool. Always rude and horrible service, there's only one woman there who does her job to the best of her abilities and she's the one who hands out food in the second window. But yeah 3/5 not bad I guess it is a McDonalds anyway read more

This was our 4th McDonalds stop of the night after scavenging for ranch throughout the Quad Cities. I didn't catch the kind soul's name, but after pulling up 2 minutes to close, she kindly served us all the sauce we could ask for and saved our meal. THE BEST service we have received this evening. read more

I just got food here and the woman in the drive thru started to yell at me because I was confused about my order. I told her my order the same way I do everytime but for some reason she didn't do it right. I didn't recieve what I had thought I ordered so I tried to ask her and she started to yell at me in front of her co-workers. I was willing to pay for the missing items in my order and I just wanted to bring the meal home to my boyfriend. I started to cry because she was yelling at me and I just told her, "Okay, thank you" and drove away calmly. She stared at me at didn't respond. As soon as I started to drive away I heard to begin to yell about me to her coworkers. Everytime I have come in to this McDonalds, this same woman has been rude to me but I have always brushed it off. I always try to be respectful but there was no reason she should have yelled at me. This was on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at around 7:35 PM. The woman was heavier set with blonde hair in a headband. Hopefully this doesn't happen again. read more

I did not have a good experience The person that was taking my order was very rude and was on the phone with someone while I was trying to order I kept hearing him cus at the person on the phone and my kids were in the back of the car and got mad when I said please stop cussing. He said I'm not talking to you I'm on the phone with somebody and then didn't get off of the phone for another 5 minutes then I heard a high pitched n word being thrown around in the background he was a shorter male with curly hair He would not give me his name but I'm not gonna lie he looked like 13 years old and shouldn't be working there if he's gonna be so rude. read more

Horrible service closed an hour earlier than posted on the door. Food takes forever not going back.

Every single time I order from this McDonald's, they mess something up. Forgetting a burger, sauces (they make me pay for), I used to order tomatoes on my burgers till they started giving me 1 single slice the size of a nickel. Like they cut up a cherry tomato. The only thing that's consistent with this location are the fries: they gross. Even when I need to pull up and wait on "fresh fries" they're horrible. Stale and zero salt. read more

I got my order quickly and correctly. I ordered 2 artisan grilled chicken sandwich, 2 cheeseburgers and a shake. This was my first time trying the artisan grilled chicken and it tasted very different from what I had expected. Not trying this again. The cheeseburgers were regular ol cheeseburgers. The shake was pretty tasty. This location is next to La Quinta Inn and is well maintained. There's a steady stream of drive thru customers all day and night, I presume owing to the proximity to the airport. read more

Pulled up and they were on a "30 minute break," at 3am. Your whole night is a break, you're just pathetically lazy.

While at this McDonald's I had ordered a Hot n Spicy Soicy McChicken and was disgusted to find a LARGE PIECE OF HAIR IN MY FOOD!!! When confronting the manager they told me that they could only offer us a refund for the one Hot n Spicy we had purchased. I would not recommend ever stopping at this McDonalds as the employees do not wear any hair nets of the sort and the food presentation is awful and disgusting. read more

They messed my order up and also made me pay 5 dollars extra for a eggnog smoothie i dont recommend you go here

Food is good as it is in most McDonalds Restaurants. Can't seem to get orders correct. Limit you to 3 sauces with 20 piece CK nuggets. Keep receipt and check order before leaving McDonalds. If you go to the drive thru what you see on the order board may not be what you have in the bag Check B4 you leave the drive!!! read more

Was parked for 20 mins for a drive thru order and burgers were made wrong and the nuggets were cold. Order taker didnt do a very good job of checking if our order was correct lousy service read more

So I pulled up there and it was very quick and friendly. Had a 10 minute drive before I was able to eat my meal. AWFUL. I had OLD and COLD fries! I haven't had old French fries in a long time. And I had a crispy chicken sandwich and that crap was so disappointing. I could compare to a frozen patty. If I go back there I'll be checking my meal before I pull off! read more

Very bad experience here. Got breakfast at 8 am and staff said nothing when handing the food through the window. We were missing about 4 items so we were unsure if they were going to grab the rest of our food. They looked at us through the window for about a minute before coming back and asking if we needed something. We finally got our missing items and was still never told to have a good day. Horrible customer service! Staff needs to be trained on having a positive attitude and customer interaction. read more

This may be the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at! The burger patty was fresh and juicy- cooked just right! WTG, McDonald's!

The food was average by McDonald's standards. Unfortunately the staff was more concerned with socializing with each other rather than taking care of customers. She spoke clear English when talking with her peer, but mumbled something when she talking to me. Anyway...at least I got my food quickly. read more

Fast WIFI, they have Mellow yellow soda. The Employees are upbeat and apologetic if your food takes a lil while to come out.

Not great very slow not enough workers kinda disappointed seating is ok hope there 3 starts will get better

The food is as good here as any other McDonalds and the restaurant was recently remodeled, but my main complaint is that there is a serious pothole in the drive up lane near the food pickup window. I don't get it. Why did they spend all that money remodeling this restaurant and continue to leave a big pothole that would be pretty simple to fill with a bag of asphalt patch from Lowes, Menards, Home Depot? read more
