Authentic Chinese food place. One of those places where the owners kids are hanging out as well. Food: the food was good. It was well seasoned. The soup was yummy. I forgot to take pics of the rest. They give you plenty of food for the price. We got the lunch combo and it was a lot of foods. We had chicken fried rice, sesame chicken, crab Rangoon. The crab Rangoon were yummy and had a good amount of filling. Service: very nice and nice. They called to confirm my online order as it was different. That was nice. Ambiance: it's more of an order and go type place. It looked like it had seating but don't use it. I recommend it read more

Love Mr pandas their food is so good. They did raise their prices but when you get your food it's alot. They don't skimp. The people who work there are so nice. The only complaint I would have is that their egg rolls didn't taste the same which is sad because they had the best in the quad cities. Other then that love this place. read more

Fast service, awesome food, great prices. Best take out place I've been to in a long time. So good I got 4 orders of chicken on a stick to eat on our 4 hour drive home lol read more

Great food good prices and friendly service. Food is very tasty and always hot and all veggies are done.

It's a small restaurant that does have a few tables, don't let the appearance fool you as this place knows how to make excellent food! I decided to stop by after seeing a few promising reviews. I'm always interested in trying new Chinese restaurants and this one did not disappoint. They offer a nice lunch special that's served in a cool little dish, you can see it from the photo I posted with this review. It comes with rice, egg roll, and entree. The price is very fair as well. I really enjoyed their general tso, it had an awesome sauce and delicious crispy chicken. The rice was great, the egg roll was on point, and the egg drop soup was awesome. Great stuff all around. If you're looking for a new restaurant this place is worth a shot! They do a excellent job here. read more

No restaurant dining. I gave this place 3 stars but we didn't eat here. We were looking for a good Chinese restaurant in the area to eat at (not take out) and based on the Yelp reviews we chose this place, but the dinning room was closed. May try for takeout in the future. read more

Wonderful food! Quick service. No "dine in" anymore, but they are prompt with take out orders. Favorite spot for grab and go Chinese.

We were dissatisfied with our take out from Mr. Pandas. We really like hot sour soup and this was very bland and had almost no Veggies in it, much less meat/ tofu. My husbands General TSO's chicken was tough and overcooked. The crab Rangoon was so sugary it was awful. The whole meal was a disappointment. read more

Husband and I ordered take-out. We had sweet and sour chicken, general chicken, egg drop soup, fried rice, and crab rangoons. We live 20 minutes away and our food was hot and delicious when we got home. If you're craving Chinese food, this place hits the spot. Could not be more satisfied. read more

Unbelievably delicious Chinese food. The lo mein noodles were by and far the best I've ever had. Tiny place that isn't pretty or comfy, but well run, quick and yummy! To the reviewer from Denver that totally bashed this joint: you're from Denver, wth do you know about good Chinese food? read more

First things first - this isn't a place you're going to take someone on a first date. The atmosphere is...get your order to go. That said, the food is really, really good. I'm surprised how good it is given it's in the happening metropolis of Silvis, IL. We've ordered a number of things off the menu and so far it's all been really good. The house-made crab rangoon is definitely worth getting. They definitely don't skimp on the filling. I won't say it's my favorite Chinese place in the QCA, but it's very high on the list and worth the visit. read more

I just wanted to make a quick review and say this is probably one of the better americanized "chinese" food places in the quad cities and probably some things are better than others but overall its probably in the upper echelon. id have to try a lot more things to see exactly how good or average or above average it is, im not in any hurry to do that. i wanted to specifically point out that their egg rolls are absolutely awful. i dont think any "chinese" restaurant in the quad cities has a decent egg roll, like can be found in chicago. i always find it depressingly interesting that thai and vietnamese restaurants in america, whether in big or smaller cities, are almost always pretty authentic, but then chinese restaurants outside of the biggest cities are 99.9% of the time this american-chinese food that isnt found in china, and it doesnt remotely even resemble actual chinese food. it would be nice to see an actual chinese restaurant open in the quad cities, i think the area could possibly support 1. maybe. i know bistro 888 has another menu that is more authentic chinese, and thats better than the chinese-american food, but i dont think that restaurant is real great, and thats the only one in the quad cities with a menu like that, that i know of. read more

I've been a loyal fan of Mr Panda's since it opened, not once has an order been wrong, or below my expectations. They are by far the best chinese place in the QC! The prices are great for the large portions. I honestly cannot think of one thing bad to say about them. read more

This place is a gem. Nothing fancy, but man can they cook. A wonderful Asian family runs this place, from the grandparents to the parents to their teenagers. I agree with other reviews that it's probably not a place you'll go to eat in, but don't let that stop you from getting take out. I am definitely an Asian food aficionado and this place has some really great dishes. My favorite appetizer is the steamed dumplings. Wow. Talk about a full meal just by themselves. These are packed full of filling. Not like some others where you bite into them and see a tiny chunk of pork. These are FULL and delicious. My favorite dish is General Tso's Chicken. Packed with flavor, sweet, spicy, delicious. Another favorite of mine is the House Special Fried Rice which I always request spicy for that extra flavor. The portion sizes are very good and the prices are reasonable. Definitely give them a try. We don't have as wide a selection of restaurants on this side of the river which makes this place all the better. This family works hard, they are there every day along with all 5 kids. Make sure to leave them a little something in the Tip jar on the counter if you can. They've earned it. read more

Pretty good Chinese for the Quad Cities. Doesn't stand up to real Chicago Chinese, unfortunately. Their best dish is the fried dumplings on the appetizer menu. They seem homemade and they give you 6 nice sized dumplings. Excellent flavor. Terrific price. If you want to support a hard working family, this is the Chinese restaurant to support. It seems as if the entire family works here. Thanks for the solid dumplings!!! read more

We discovered this restaurant a year ago and have been very happy with the service and food. It is flavorable and cooked well. The family who runs this restaurant are friendly. The younger ones are both polite and well behaved. A credit to their family. I was surprised at one of the comments about this restaurant and that is why I am writing. I would recommend this restaurant. read more

Hidden gem in the QC. I am a big fan of good Chinese takeout (who isn't) and Mr. Pandas hits the mark. I have tried numerous things on their menu and have not been disappointed once. My favorite is their lo mein. Far and away the best lo mein I have ever had. The noodles have to be made from scratch, perfect texture and great flavor. I usually get the beef lo mein but again it is the noodles that are the star in this dish. The rangoons are great, sesame chicken is another favorite here. Great service from a very friendly family that owns the place. read more

Far below the expectations we've set with our normal Chinese restaurant (China king in colona) the menus was exactly the same but the difference was the quality and quantity of the food. Far below our normal expectations BUT when the bar is set so high I understand it's hard to adjust to something new. read more

This is the best Chinese takeout. Literally have to order it when I'm in the car on the way because they're so fast. I've tried about everything on this menu and can honestly say it's all delicious. read more

The outside view was unpleasing at first. When I read the reviews on Yelp, it had high positive reviews so it didn't hurt to try. The price wasn't terrible for the amount of food we got. Some of the stuff we got was a little overly seasoned but the rest was absolutely great. Customer service was super friendly & easy to talk to. Would I go again? Possibly, yes, but not often. read more

Taste like all the other Chinese restaurants around here. I order the sweet & sour chicken & all I got on it was just red sweet & sour sauce. Was hoping there would be chunks of onions, peppers & pineapple on it like the one in Milan but there wasn't. Very plain looking & tasting. Won't be back. read more

There may not be a better value than Mr. Pandas. When visiting family it's on top of the list for local QC spots we like it get takeout from. Great value great food, win win.. read more

We purchased a huge order with about five different entrees because the reviews were so great. Live in Denver, but spend quite a lot of time in E. Moline and so tired of not having the good food we are used to at home. We didn't like anything. Obviously people in the Quad Cities have no idea what good Chinese food is supposed to taste like. Even the crab wontons were only half cooked. If this place is the "upper echelon" we definitely won't try any other places. Yuck. Won't go back. read more

Seriously their pork lo mein is stupid good! Only thing that's been less then great was the fried rice, but I think the was a fluke because everything else is so consistent. read more

I used to live right up the hill from this joint and was a regular. The place isnt "nice" by any stretch of the imagination but the food is FIRE! The Szechuan pork (extra spicy) is out of this world. I was always amazed when I would call in my order and couldn't understand a single thing that was repeated back to me yet they always got it right. Now I've moved to the complete other side of the qc and miss this place dearly. read more

I tried this place for takeout tonight, mainly because it was on the way to my destination. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of their food. Very tasty, nicely cooked, good cuts of meat. The service was fast and the help was nice, and they were easy to understand. Chinese food always feels like a risk when trying out a new place, but I will definitely return here. Best Chinese I've had in a long time. (I don't recommend eating in the restaurant as it's very small.) read more

Tiny place with a few places to sit down and eat. Reminds more of a take out place than a restaurant. The food was really good. We came for lunch here and the portions were just right. The prices were very reasonable. The best Chinese food I had so far in the Quad Cities. read more

I've gone here a lot and I've gotta day it's the best. The food is great for days where you've got nothing to do but watch tv. They usually take about 10 minutes to make the food so it's pretty quick. The workers are very nice and the kids are always doing homework. Haven't been in a while but I highly recommend this place if you're passing through or having trouble finding something to eat. Oh yeah I recommend the shrimp lo mein because it's tasty and it'll fill you up. read more

Moved to E Moline 3 weeks ago and found this place tonight. Outstanding food, very fresh vegges, very tasty food. Would highly recommend.

I'd recommend the fried dumplings because the sauce that comes with them is out of this world. Im not kidding its addicting. Their other popular dishes are really good as well. I have tried their general tso's chicken, mongolian beef and lo mein dishes. For their sides, they have awesome crab ragoons, phenomenal egg rolls + shrimp egg rolls. And vegan spring rolls that are dynamite. The staff is of Chinese descent so they're not overly friendly but they have never messed up an order. This is my goto place. Im not kidding about the fried dumplings. You'll drink the sauce that comes with them. read more
