We waited and then he came back on and said to pull forward to the window. I told him we hadn't finished ordering and was he going to take our order. He said, "I don't mean to be rude but we are supposed to be closing. Pull ahead and we will explain at the window. Then we waited until the people in front of us left and by now it was 11:08pm. A woman came to the window and said, "We are actually already closed 8 minutes ago." I said, "Your sign and the website say you are open until 3(am)?" All of the store signs and lights were also lit but I didn't say that. She said something about this being the night they cleaned something and I said ok and left. There was another car in line behind us too. My husband and I worked fast food when we were younger and we would have been fired. The franchise would never be allowed to treat customers that way. Word of advice... next time turn off the lighted sign and finish serving customers who are already waiting in line.

We've been eating here for decades and the quality and care that they provide is consistent. We also make sure to eat in the restaurant often -- both when we lived in the QC area and anytime we've been back to visit. It's a must-do item. The restaurant is clean and the staff is attentive.
