The East Moline location is not the cleanest restaurant by any stretch. They have a problem with flies, probably because the dumpster is too close to the building. That out of the way.... let's talk about service. The manager who's taken my order several times is not very friendly at all. I usually get a dirty look from him at best. As far as the other staff is concerned, they can't tell the difference between regular and extra crispy chicken. Wish I could put 0 stars terrible service waited 25 minutes maybe even longer. For two sandwiches and chicken nuggets. Then they forgot the butter and honey I asked for because they always forget when I go. And she assured me it would be in the bag and it wasn't and I wasn't going to wait even longer for my order to be correct when I told them and was assured I would get it. Overall it was a sad experience. The second I stepped in I felt like I was inside a barn it smelt so bad. Typically I am not so critical when it comes to resurants. However, this was a pretty bad experience. The kitchen floors were filthy, and there was only one worker. The manager was sitting and talking on his phone in lobby. And I don't get offended. But working in this business I understand what's professional and what's not. He was using perverted language, and throwing the f bomb. Again, didn't offend me. But I notice the unprofessionalism. I feel bad for the lady that was working alone. She was working between taking orders making food and cleaning while her manager talked on his phone. read more

Normally going to this KFC gives me anxiety. But tonight for the first time since I can remember everything was great! I pulled up to the drive-through at 8:25 was greeted by a very friendly perky nice young lady. She took my very large order and was very friendly the whole time. Most the time as I am ordering the staff is very short and annoyed. When I pulled up to the window The young lady was smiling and very friendly. She pulled me ahead and told me I would have a wait because they were making fresh chicken tenders. Which I was fine with since it was 830 and they close at nine. I waited for my order she brought it out she was very friendly then too. As I was checking my order she came back out and said I apologize I forgot the mac & cheese I'm going to run and go grab it I apologize I will be right back. She came right out with it and everything in my order was complete And hot. I told her I was very satisfied from beginning to end with her and thank you so much for being a breath of fresh air coming to this KFC. I explained to her that normally they are rude things are never right stuff is cold etc. I asked her what her name was her name is Steph. She is amazing and KFC needs to hire more people like her. If all employees were like her we would visit more and not having Zaidi going there worrying about how we're going to be treated or how our food is going to be or if our order will be complete. Look at all other low rated reviews about this sad place. They need to close it down because they NEVER have chicken. This place has nothing but UNMOTIVATED & RUDE employees. I walked inside and was told they had no original chicken made at all and it would be a 20 min wait if I didn't want extra crispy. So I told the cashier that i would be back in 20 min. About 30 minutes later I drove through the drive thru and the guy that waited on me never bother to inform me that they had no original chicken until after taking my MONEY and that it would be another 20 minutes unless i want extra crispy. I told him i did not want extra crispy the first time i stopped here 20 minutes earlier and i still don't want extra crispy now. Nobody eating inside so they must have lied to me about plans to make more original. Then he has me pull ahead and park. Soon afterward a van pulled up and parked too because he was apparently waiting for original chicken also. Finally they brought us out some half-cooked pink inside chicken. Thanks a lot I will NOT be back. If your in the area and feel that you have to have KFC, do yourself a favor and drive to the Moline store. I wont be back to East Moline KFC ever unless its to get my money back from this scam. read more
