Perhaps it's not the most fabulous Chinese food I've ever had, but it's fast, cheap, and good enough. I would have never thought to leave this as a review but we just went here and everything was fine ordering and such. Serving was great and the drive through was nice. We got 2 plates. Both with white rice and out proteins. When we got home our white rice we ordered was fried rice in one box and chow mein in the other. We were whatever about it. Not one person on the front line handling food had gloves on and after watching this for over 10 minutes waiting for fried rice that wasn't cooked at noon and then I asked for a refund. It took 3 different employees to find a manager to do the refund then she has an attitude and wanted to know why?? I said are you serious?? Where should I start?? I ordered a bowl with mushroom chicken, half chow mein and half super greens, a bowl with orange chicken and white rice, and a medium Diet Coke. The person taking my order then asked after I ordered my drink if I wanted any drinks, I said just the drink I ordered. She then begins to repeat my order and immediately gets it wrong as she says a mushroom chicken bowl with white rice and super greens I correct her and say I asked for chow mein and super greens. Then she doesn't even mention my drink so I have to say it again. When I get to the front of the line they immediately hand me my medium Diet Coke with not lid because they are out of lids, but that was not mentioned before nor was I offered a different size with a lid. When I get home and eat my mushroom chicken bowl I get halfway through and the remaining bottom of the bowl is filled with white rice. They filled the bottom of the bowl up all with white rice when I told her that I wanted chow mein and super greens. Then our orange chicken bowl had less than half a cup of orange chicken. The worst part about everything was the customer service no greeting no talking nothing. Very bad, the staff alone deserve 0 stars. I go in at 10pm they close at 10:30 just to find out all they have left are leftovers for the meat, really? Why don't they just close at 10pm and throw away the leftovers. Not to mention that they always give you a really small portion of the meat. I really like pandas express, the food is tasty and fresh, so I wish they could improve on that. If your sing says you close at certain time, expect customers during that time and welcome them with more options other than orange chicken and leftovers. read more

Its astonishing a large company like themselves has such poor training in place to set their employees up to fail. Management? Where do they find these people? If you want to have a super bad Customer service experience, then this is your go to take out destination. I grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii and miss good Chinese and Panda doesn't disappoint. I don't mind paying the extra fare for good Chinese however, getting attitude from the person taking the orders was above and beyond. I asked for 12 mustard packets at the window and was told two was a customer limit. I don't need napkins, knives, forks, shoyu and you can keep your fortune cookie too. Please don't hand me two mustard packets when I asked for twelve and then hand me four more because I asked for twelve. If you feel the need to disappoint because your drive thru restaurant is making too much money as others are closing their doors due to Covid. I placed my order at around 11:45 today. After complete info my online delivery order i was told that it would be delivered at 12:45pm. Which was an hour later. Which was fine. I had put in the delivery special instructions to place by back rv gate. 12:45 comes around and no order. At 12:50 i call the store and receive no answer. After 5 times still no answer. 1pm rolls around and a black car pulls up. I assume it's the drive so i go around the the back gate, make eye contact with the driver and he drives off. I go around and find that the drink was left outside the front door in the sun. Which had already melted the ice in my drink. It's absurd i wasn't able to get into contact with the store and that the delivery driver would not follow instructions AND make eye contact then drive away. I went here last night around 730pm and went through the drive thru. It wasn't as busy only 2 cars ahead of me. I ordered my typical order which was half half (noodles and rice), also teriyaki chicken and orange chicken. Bought my husband noodles, beef broccoli, mushroom chicken, and Shanghai Angus steak. They gave me a 10% discount because they had a four minute wait on the steak. The service was nice but I did feel bad for the people behind me because I thought they might have me move and wait but they didn't. I went home and enjoyed my late night meal with my hubby it was fresh and good. We like Panda Express for a quick Chinese meal. One thing though I wasn't told the Shanghai Angus steak was $1.25 more until I looked at my receipt. But other than that, the price is fairly reasonable for fast Chinese food:). read more

Is the Second time I have visited this Panda Express and it is also the second time I have been let down by the staff. First time was about a week ago, I went through the drive through on the way home. When I got home I realized they forgot to put in the cookie for my daughters meal and didn't give me her drink, the food was okay but they also didn't put any sauces in the bag that I had asked for at the drive thru. Since I had that experience I figured I'll wait to be in the walk up line to make sure that this time I get everything I'm paying for. It took their staff 24 MINUTES to serve me my order. The drive through line was obviously of more importance to them than I was. I was told it would be a couple minutes. When I hear a couple I'm thinking 2-5 minutes nothing near TWENTY or 24 minutes. I am so disappointed in the recent service provided at this location and will be now going out of my way to a further location next time I want panda. read more

Nothing is ever cooked and we constantly have to wait for any of the food we order to cook. I understand if it was busy, but every time we come there is no one else there. Don't even get me started on the attitude that needs to be fixed there. First visit: veggie spring rolls forgotten. Second visit: A plate that only came with rice. How does that even happen? They took forever to continue sliding my food down and as one female employees stared my order off she walked away to the back and let my food sit before another female employee continued w/my order.
