I eat here conservatively 5-7 times a week I'm a huge fan of Panda Express. This review isn't about the food which I love it's about this specific store and the service in the drive thru I just experienced. After messing up my order 3 times and still not getting the right order the girl in the drive thru talked to me like I was in the wrong and a 5 year old. I'm not sure if Panda is have issues with staffing but this person is making your store look very bad. I will continue to go there and I assume the problem will fix itself after enough complaints are made. read more

My husband and I love panda. We have gone to this location several times but this time will be the last. They didnt have white rice, the serving line was a mess. And it takes about 10 min to get through the line even if you're the only one in it. Online orders are scattered across the line. Customer service is rude and you can tell these kids just hate their life. My chicken was undercooked. Fiancé and I were deciding what to eat. Panda popped up. We came to this location that we've never been to. Pulling in I noticed there was a drive-thru. I thought that was pretty cool. Never seen a drive-thru at a Panda Express before. The location looked pretty new. We walk in and I instantly notice how dirty the place was. It was not busy at all. 2 people dining and us in line waiting to order. There were about 3 cars in the drive-thru. There should be no reason for the dining area to look the way it does. We ordered our food and proceed to the cashier. The cashier, MARIAH, must have been having a bad day or something. She was extremely rude and had an attitude that was out of this world. It seemed to me that she might have wanted to take the rest of the night off. We pay for our food and MARIAH forgot our drink. My fiancé asked for the cup and MARIAH slightly rolled her eyes and seemed irritated that we asked for our cup that we paid for. My fiancé sits down and I go get our drink. The area was a complete mess. Also in need of forks, I went to get some out of the dispenser. It was empty. So we sit down and eat. Only reason why there is 1 star is because of the food. It was fresh and hot. The only plus. During the entire time sitting and eating, no one came to clean the dining room. From being in fast food when I was a teen, I know it's the dining room cashiers responsibility to clean it up when it's not busy. NOPE! She just stood behind and did nothing. 2 weeks ago I came in on a Wednesday night (one hour before they closed), upon pulling up to the drive through I'm greeted with "Welcome to Panda, would you like to hear what we still have available?". I said no, can I just order what I would like? Girl says, "well, if we have it, you can order it". So I order Beef & Broccoli and Orange Chicken; "I'm sorry, but we're out of orange chicken, but you can order something else from what we have". After asking what time they close and why they are out, I was given an answer with an attitude. I then asked for their corporate and franchisee numbers. I was told "I'm sorry, can you just complain later, we're really busy", and she walked off. Fast forward one week (figured last time could have been an off night or something, so I gave em another shot). This time I came in an hour and a half before they closed (when I got off work). Heard the same message at the drive thru about ordering from "what they have left". This time I just asked for the corporate and franchisee number and didn't order. They gave me a number, when I called it.....it was the only the SURVEY number. Long story short, I'd like to congratulate the GM and everyone else involved at this location for training their staff to be rude, uncaring, lazy, and deceptive; because a crews behavior reflects DIRECTLY upon what they were shown by their management (there is NO leadership here). I told the drive-through window Tech that the chicken looked old and dry and she said that's just the way we make our chicken. Yummy food but EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I come here and go through the drive thru, I pay for my food and they tell me to pull around and park. I have to wait an extra 10 minutes parked for them to run my food out. I just don't understand why they never have enough food made. Like I get maybe the first several months learning how much to make at what time etc. But like this is ridiculous. They always have "just ran out" of orange chicken when I get here. This particular Panda Express location's customer service was truely abysmal. It is very clear that they do not value the customers. The manager at the time of my visit, Alex, was not only unfamiliar with the policies of his work place, but smirked when I politely asked if he could do anything about my order issue. There are a few other Panda Express locations in the area, and I would highly suggest going to one of the others for your orange chicken fix. Our usual location on Gilbert Rd. and University Dr. has always been pleasant to visit and we have never had a customer service issue while dining there. read more

The worst customer service for online orders!! I walk in and not even acknowledged. I'm there to pick up a Postmates order that should've already been made and ready. I stand at the cash register for about 10 minutes still no one acknowledges me. Another delivery driver walks up and stands next to me waits a few minutes and the cashier acknowledges her first before me! She asked the other lady for her order name then asked me for mine. I give her the order name and then she walks away to go make it from what I could tell. I recently went there with my dad about 30mins ago and the food was good but the lady at the window was rude. She closed the window on my dad when he was asking politely what was in the order. Because when we had ordered at the speaker they repeated the order and the 2nd plate was wrong i tried telling her that its not what I wanted and they never responded. And we had to drive up because of the line. So when we pulled up at the window we asked kindly what was in the order and the lady working the window said " double double broccoli beef with chow mein the lady asked you if it was correct and you said yes!" and immediately shut the window on us. I was extremely hungry after shopping at Wal-Mart and stopped by here to get some food. The staff were friendly and service was quick. Unfortunately some of the food was mushy, chewy, or spongy. Orange chicken was good, egg roll was good, Chow me in and rice were good, Tea was delicious! Terriyaki chicken and Kung Pao were very bizarre (Chewy etc). Not bad for Orange chicken or tea and noodles/rice. But needs some improvement on certain entrees. read more
