This is was our second visit today. We spent over $20.00, the food was okay. When I got home from a colonoscopy I was very hungry. I ordered sesame chicken. It was fine. Don't bother. This was the most chaotic Panda Express I've ever been in. Usually it's quick! Not at this place. As we walked in, we noticed so many things were out. My husband asked someone running around if they were getting more noodles. They said in about 5 minutes. So we waited. The noodles came out. We still waited. Every employee was working on mobile orders, piling them up on the small counter, blocking the food. As we stood there forever (my husband joking, are we dead? I don't think they can see us), they dropped walnut shrimp into the rice (allergies, anyone?) and emptied the chicken my husband wanted for another mobile order. Eventually the person I assume was the manager told a guy having his break that he 'had a line'. I then asked him if they're going to refill the vegetables that had stood empty since we got there, and if they're refilling the chicken. The employee went to check and said there'd be some in a few minutes. We waited. About 5 minutes later, chicken. Where's the veggies? Oops he's starting them now. At this point, at least ten people had filed in, waiting. We decided to leave and get Jimmie Johns instead. read more

Why does stuff like this ever get served to paying customers? I ordered a biggie plate, double orange chicken and teriyaki chicken, all rice. I would have liked to order green bean chicken, but it was not available. I have no complaints with the orange chicken nor the rice, but I do have a complaint about the teriyaki chicken. It's obvious the chicken is burnt. I don't even have sauce on the chicken, so it's not the sauce that is giving the chicken this color. Why do they serve this stuff? I'm home now, so I can't return the meal. Panda Express has never been cheap for fast food, but now the prices are so high that my visits are very limited. I thought I'd treat myself today because it's Friday and had been awhile since I've been to Panda. Serving burnt food is unacceptable! Just went to this panda and it was the smallest portions ever served. I ordered the bigger plate with white rice, kung pao chicken, and double a order of wok shrimp. Just look at the pictures I attached. The flavor of the food was subpar at best. Total rip off based on quantity and quality of food. Never going back and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

I went by today for the first time at the location on Callahan. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the drive through and the politeness of the employee who was working the window. I ordered my usual orange chicken bowl with mixed rice and noodles. I also got two veggie spring rolls which were absolutely amazing. Crisp, and fresh. This Panda Express (Callahan Rd.) is the best one I've visited yet! I visited it tonight for the first time and was very impressed! The drive-thru attended was very helpful and courteous, and my order was hot and fresh! The food portion is outstanding! I also like the fact that they honor veterans with a discount on their order! Looking forward to many more visits here, however to add a note, I will never return to the Panda Express in Oak Ridge! The food is good, however the customer service there is a joke! They could care less if you ever come back and the food portions are skimpy at best. read more

The Panda Express on Broadway sucks. I was hoping for something better. I had an online order and went to pick it up. I went to the door and the dining room was closed so I couldn't go to the lobby to get my order. The drive through was horrendous so I called and they said to pull up to the front of the store and my food would be "right out". I waited for 30 minutes and called again just for them to say they were out of teriyaki chicken that I ordered. It would've been nice if they mentioned that earlier. read more
