Trying Panda for the second time. We wanted to try a new to us location, so we ventured over here. The building seemed nice and new and relatively clean. The people working here seemed friendly enough. For fast food, I have been enjoying Panda. Since Pei Wei went out in Michigan, we have been trying to find something similar for our cravings. This has been a good place. I love their noodles and fried rice. This time I went for things that were not breaded, I had their Kung Pao chicken and firecracker shrimp. Both were nice and spicy, but not overwhelmingly so. We also had the beef and broccoli, this is okay. We tried the teriyaki chicken, which is good. I loved the lightly breaded beef dish, and of course, the walnut shrimp. We had spring rolls and an egg roll. But truly the best item here in all is the apple pie egg roll! So good! Get it! It tastes like the Taco Bell apple empanada in an egg roll. So good I bought two more to go. I will be back for sure. read more

Tried this place because it was brand new. I thought because it was new maybe the food would be good. It was ok at best. I really wish the area would get real restaurants instead of chains. All we have around is fast food. The restaurant was very clean inside and staff was ok. One thing to note was that if you get the walnut shrimp they tell you there is an up charge which is fine, but what they don't tell you is for an up charge you only get 7 shrimp (which they count out) which is a very small portion and seems a bit pricey compared to the other entrees. Every other time I come here there is a problem. Sometimes, if you're going through the drive through they'll be 'out' of something and park you, only to completely forget you ever existed and leave you hanging for 20 minutes+. Good luck getting the food you want after say 4pm, they're routinely out of rice or chicken. Today, I placed an online order that they managed to completely lose by the time I got there 20 minutes later. You'll have better service at literally any other location than the Hartland one. read more

My absolute FAVORITE Chinese place to go to!! My entire family can not get enough of their beef and broccoli as well as their orange chicken!! But that's how absolutely delicious this food is here! I love the combo deals. The prices are fair and great, and the quantity of food that you get is so large and fills you right up! Perfect sizes for lunch and dinner! So many choices of dishes and combos, you cant go wrong with what you end up picking ever. But as I said before, I surely recommend that you pick out and try that deliciously yummy orange chicken and beef and broccoli at least one of those times!! The owner is sweet as pie and so friendly to everyone! I love that she gives all the high school kids great job opportunities where they can learn some life skills and make some good cash! Surprisingly all the seniors that I've received service from here have been knowledgable, helpful, and above and beyond friendly!! It's refreshing to see!! I've been to a couple of places in this area where they are also giving highschoolers wonderful opportunities to gain work experience but somehow it doesn't seem to pain out so good in the service area for them, i think the lack of responsibility around them and watching them or working side by side with them consistently can often create an environment for "work-play" when hiring all their friends, but somehow this restaurant has made a healthy fun work environment but with all the benefits and qualities that would make up quality attentive service and giving younger adults the chance to gain job skills! It really is nice to live in a community where businesses do this so I totally am in favor of this location and these owners doing just that and working side by side everyday making sure both employees and customers are happy!! I have to say as well I once upon a time went to a Panda's Express that was a few towns over, a decade or so back and I never favored it even remotely close to how I do with this location! that one had shutdown and never had pandas in the years since until this location was put up! my family made me give it another go and I am so glad I gave in. I was at the Sierra Vista , Arizona location and the employee was very rude and impatient . I was asking only for one side in a bowl and she yelled at me !!! saying that they can't do that!!! Finally had a chance to try Panda Express. Meh. Order was wrong. Yes it was read back to me but I'm guessing she couldn't understand me any better than I could understand her over the box. Rice was dry. Food was not hot. Flavor was - interesting. I might give it another chance, maybe this was a bad day but at the price, I don't know. For 1/3 of the price I can go across the street and still get plenty to eat. read more

I keep trying to give this place another chance, but every time I do I get disappointed. Always mess my order up. Rice is always dry and I get everyone is short staffed but I had to pull in the parking lot and wait another 15 minutes for my food because it wasn't ready! I am more than patient & when they forget something I am kind and let them know but I get rude replies back. read more

Please check your receipts when using drive thru. I used a coupon and they didn't know what it was and what to take off. It was for a complete entree and I was supposed to just pay the up charge of $1.25 but ended up paying close to $4. They didn't want to listen to me when I tried to point out what the coupon said. I have used the same coupon at the Brighton store with no issues. Guess that's where I'm going from now on. read more
