They were out of nearly all drinks, both bathrooms out of order, the place was so nasty looking we left without eating. I've had great experiences in larger cities but both local locations ( Harker Heights and Temple) are about the worst food experiences I've had in my life read more

Chelsi is annoying but everyone else was excellent as the food was great. She really drove down the experience. I guess sometimes Panda Express just ain't it. read more

I can't believe this place the service is so slow you could starve to death or die of a heart attack waiting in the drive through! How can you call it a drive through when the cars sit and wait for over 25 min in the drive through! You can't even pull out because you are literally trapped between concrete barriers! If something is not ready then have them pull around!!! Absolutely the worst service ever can't believe this place is still open!! Do not go there unless you have nothing better to do with your time!! And food is not that great!!! read more

Panda Express didn't disappoint...the food was crappy, to say the least. The 'Steak' (and you were charged 'extra' for this 'gourmet' dish), was tough as shoe leather. The orange chicken was incredibly chewy and the fried rice was filled with huge clumps of stuck together rice. I guess somebody was too lazy to stir the pot or they were on their cell phones, or they just plain think they can do what they want in this environment because people who own places like this dump are desperate for anything on two legs. Asked for extra sweet and sour sauce, got nothing. It's not this pandemic that keeps me away from places like this, it's the God awful food. read more

This location is pretty good but don't go when they're even the slightest bit busy. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a plate, got to the window and the total was not what I was expecting. Gabby at the window repeated my order and said I had a bowl, I told her it was supposed to be a plate and she said 'oh, ok' as if she were going to fix it. When she handed me my food it was a bowl, I told her again that I had ordered a plate and she rudely told me that it was a plate but it was just in a bowl. I don't mind when people mess up an order, but don't be rude and don't insult my intelligence. read more

Worst Panda Express I've ever been to. The food was good/ normal but the service was horrible. The wait times are ridiculous when dining in. We waited for 25 mins to finally be served after watching the front line employees working with no sense of urgency what so ever. The folks in the back working in the kitchen were working hard Looked like a bunch of high school juniors at their first job. Management needs to retrain these kids! So by the time you have read this, corporate would have probably posted a cookie cutter damage control reply below talking about how they are going to fix this issues.... and blah blah...what ever. read more

The food wasn't too bad. The building needs some major maintenance. The men's bathroom had a urinal out and a broken faucet handle. In the woman's bathroom the paper towel dispenser was broken and no paper towels were available. Makes me wonder how employees wash their hands effectively. One set of doors going into the establishment were jammed and hard to get in or get out of of the restaurant. With some attention this place could be much better! read more

Everytime you place a mobile order it is never ready on time, and half of the time they have not even started making it past the time it was supposed to be picked up. Waited almost 30 minutes past when my food was supposed to be ready, when an employee Javion had realized no one started on it, probably the only positive part of the experience. Once i received the food, they told me they were out of egg rolls and were not going to make any because they were closing in half an hour, but if it would've been ready when it was supposed to there wouldn't have been a problem. Would not recommend this location at all. Drive thru is always packed, service is poor, and wait times are insane. read more

Once is fine but three different times I've come to this location and they are out of damn near everything!!

This is the worst and I mean absolute worst Panda Express I've ever ate at. I got food poison for 4 days because this disgusting Panda Express. Their food is always under cooked and cold. It's like they just grabbed it out of last weeks trash and put it in the microwave and called it a day. Ever since covid started it seems as if the employees have completely lost their ability to maintain good quality fast food. I don't know what's going on in this kitchen but someone needs to call the health inspectors because the food they are serving is absolute garbage. Highly disappointed and will never come to this panda again not even if I'm starving. read more

I have eaten at several locations across the state and have never had it taste as bad as it did tonight. Could not even eat it. I have warmed leftovers a day later that tasted better. Not sure what else to say. read more

This is Very unprofessional place! I preordered prepayed for a pickup order at 4. Pull up at this location and has a sign that lobby is closed to use drive thru. Get in the drive thru line is already long. When I finally get to speaker told them I have a pick up at 4 order. Get to the window the girl seem not to know what I was talking about. I hand her my receipt than she come back to tell me to pull over an park. It's 415 now. I ask her how long she says 15 min. I refused to move because my order should have been ready. She gets an attitude. Finally at 427 the managers comes ask me to move. I tell him "what's the point of pre paying and pre ordering" yes I was holding up the line but I feel they were inconveniencing me. Than they proceeded and put my catered order in small containers because they just ran out of lids. Y'all really need to do better! I won't eat at this location again! I didn't want to give it any stars! But you can't leave a review with out it! read more

slow service. there is always a line and it moves very slow. today's food seemed kinda like it been sitting out for a while not as fresh. I usually go here every blue moon because of traffic but this buffet quality food isn't really worth the long lines. read more

WORST SERVICE AND NOT GREAT FOOD! This is not the first time we have had problems here. The people working basically ignored customers and acted inconvenienced by us ordering. Every entree we wanted was empty (again, not the first time this has happened) and seems like dinner time they would have more prepared. After my husband ordered the lady who took the order walks away and the last of the entree he ordered was given to someone else. The lady who was taking our orders then proceeded to stay in the back doing something with no explanation of why she walked away. The cashier didnt have us sign the credit card receipt either. 4 dinners were over $40 and the rice wasn't even completely cooked! The people in line before us waited at least 20 minutes for their dinner to be ready, and the ones in line behind us all looked annoyed. read more

For the second time, I ordered a meal to be delivered and did not receive the sweet and sour sauce. I'm fed up with paying for the meal, delivery fee, processing fee and receive an incomplete package. How difficult is it to put a meal together ? read more

The panda in cove is so awful. Why even be open past 7 if you won't have anything a customer asks for. I have no idea what general manager would allow a night shift to start breaking down and stop making food 2-3 hours before closing. This needs to stop or just turn it into another McDonald's. This is like the 6th time in a row there is no food but the things no one eats left on the menu. We want fried rice and orange chicken read more

Don't even bother stopping at this location. The employees that work here are just sorry people in general. Got to the speaker outside in the drive through and the lady was rude right off the bat. Pulled up to the window and she forgot my Powerade so I asked her for it and it turns out she forgot to even ring it up. She rolls her eyes at me and starts giving attitude even though I was very nice to her. The employees here are rude and lazy. If you want horrible service this is the place for you. The girls name was Alana and the date was 8/17/2022. Hopefully management pulls themselves together and gets rid of the lazy employees they have and hires new ones that'll actually do a good job and be professional but I'm afraid management at the lower level here are part of the issue. Not the first rude encounter I've had at this location so again if you want trashy service and trashy people to serve your food then again this is the place for you. read more

went through the drive thru window at 1300 and was so disappointed that their water sprinklers were on at this very hot time of day. One wayward sprinkler at the end of the drive thru lane completely drenched my car! I keep my car garaged and clean. I had to rinse and wipe down the car when I got home. Also their website states they secure delivery bags with tamper evidenced stickers. The bag was open and handed to me out the window. I did not get a receipt. I called the restaurant to inform them of the sprinklers and the phone rings and rings with no answer. Disappointed in their customer service read more

Do not go to this location. The amount of food they give out is horrible. I can't believe this. I'm calling he Panda Express headquarters and planning to do the survey to give them 0 rating. Something needs to be fixed at this place. Why can't they give us a reasonable amount of food? read more

Had to wait 5 min for my order, food was behind the counter but server decided it was more important to have a conversation with an other employee. When checking out I showed my military ID as usual and was told, no longer offering military discount! Won't be coming here anymore and will tell all my lunch friends to do the same. read more

i never write reviews or complain but this is the worst service i've ever received i ordered "delivery" on the website an hour and a half before they closed it did not say "we don't do delivery" and redirect me to door dash it went through as a delivery asked for a tip and took the order ON THE PANDA WEBSITE then a girl calls to tell me they don't have something in my order and i let her know my exact location to make it easier for them and she said okay then i get a text letting my know my order was otw but when i pressed the link it redirected me back to door dash and said my order had been picked up then past the delivery time i called to see where it was at the girl kept repeating that "panda doesn't deliver" and kept trying to explain to her that even if they don't i went through their website which would make them accountable for what happens i asked about a refund she told me to do it online which i did not want to do for this very reason and she ends up telling me she is looking at my order as we were taking 20 minutes before they closed, i was closing at work and asked how long would they be there doing closing duties after they closed she said 10:30-35 ish i said if i come knock at that time will someone give me my food SHE SAID YES so i say okay i'll be there get there at 10:10 and the girl comes to the door and tells me that they threw away all of the food i asked about a refund and she told me i would have to go online to do it but to also come back in the morning which i will be doing... i go online to get a refund AND IT TELLS ME TO CALL AND SPEAK TO A MANAGER i had called... i did my part... before they even closed that girl should have gotten her manager on the phone this is completely outrageous and i never complain but we are literally in a money drought and i spent $20 on food i never even saw and nobody knew what they were talking about, they need to not only train their employees better but take accountability for their actions. the pictures are proof that delivery on the website is an option, a confirmation of my order through their website and not door dash and where it says to call and ask for a refund WHICH I DID... this is completely unacceptable read more

If I could give NO stars I would. DO NOT eat here. My family ate here and got food poisoning. The company's response.... "send us medical records stating it was Panda Express that caused it." Seriously? STAY AWAY! read more

I pick up an order made on the Panda Express app at least once a week. I always arrive well after my pick up time because it's never ready on time, and that's if they even made it, and on more then one occasion they forget an item, including tonight when they forgot the entree and just gave me chow main with no chicken. I called to tell them and they would just pick up the phone and hang up. read more

Trust me, panda express has good food. But when i order online, i ALWAYS have to wait about 30 minutes for my food. This is unacceptable for a fast food establishment. Very unsatisfied! I will be emailing corporate soon. read more

Friday night at 7 and no white rice and a 20 minute wait for fried rice, seriously management needs to up their game. No excuses that's just bad business. I will start by saying I love Panda Express. After my third annoying visit though I am officially done with this one. Did not have any problems until the last year or so. Bad Visit 1: Need to wait 15 min for chicken teriyaki and sauce. Ok... No problem, that happens. Bad visit 2: Need to wait 15 min for chicken teriyaki. Ok sure. 15 min later, I get the chicken but no teriyaki sauce, when I ask I'm told I have to wait 15 more min for the sauce if I want it so I left with just grilled chicken. Because who needs teriyaki sauce when they order teriyaki chicken? Bad visit 3: thought I'd be smart and pre-order and pay online giving them almost 2 hrs notice. Get there at pick up time and they let me know they were just about to get it ready. Guess what, still had to wait 10 min for teriyaki sauce!!! Then I get home to see the sides were wrong! ... I give up! read more

Where do I start? Slow service, backed up line, I understand they were busy, but over 20 min of just waiting, no thank you. Prices aren't bad, but they aren't worth the food. Chow Mein is 90% celery and cabbage, the chicken is average. This is the McDonalds of Chinese food. If you want good Chinese food, find a local place. First time here, most certainly won't be coming back. Stop giving pandas a bad name. read more

I dont know why this restaurant always have a long line of customers when their food is trash. Everytime i try to give this restaurant another try, its always "we're out". Rice is bland and half cooked, low mein is greasy and half cooked EVERYTIME. read more

Dominice went way over and beyond to accommodate us. Even at the end of his shift he managed to be super enthusiastic about his job.

Today is Mother's Day and the manager was not available. People were rude to staff pushy and needy and the staff stayed positive shouting back and forth what was ready and seemed really good at team work. All employees were patient and smiling so I gave them five stars. As for there being no manager (almost everyone in line asked for a manager) the girl at the cashier did an amazing job keeping moral among staff. I always come here after work at Ecoblu and it's always quick and the window girl is nice. read more

This place blows, over priced and the server are mean as shit! I wish I can give them a negative star rate!

I am beyond extremely disappointed in this place. The servings vary so greatly. (See the picture above with orange chicken/angus steak). I now understand why the ratings are so low for this place. read more

Hitting the drive thru? Be sure to check your order before you pull away! I enjoy coming here- it's quick, convenient and they have decent food; however I've learned with this specific location, to ALWAYS check my order before I leave for wrong and /or missing items. read more

I ordered a bigger plate combo and the order came with what you get for a regular plate. I can't believe I thought this would feed 3 kids.

Came here to celebrate our daughters A/B honor roll. Was sceptical at first. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with such a friendly sweet voice of Janelle B. She assisted us throughout our order and was super sweet. She made sure we had everything we needed including sauces. Very helpful and delightful. Thank you Janelle. Great job! Will be back. read more

I'm honestly surprised this chain is still around. I guess America is perfectly fine with mediocre, mass produced asian food. The value isn't really there for what you get. You're much better off going to just about any of the local buffets. Don't waste your money here people. read more

I got food poisoning for the first time in my life at this Panda Express. I was unable to do anything but stay in the bathroom for almost 48 hours. I will not be returning, which is so sad because that was my favorite fast Chinese food. The staff was too busy playing and flirting with one another they under cooked the chicken. Orange chicken is one of the biggest sellers there also. So sad they can't seem to hire or train their staff accordingly. read more

Second time in less than 2 months they have run out of rice. Huh? Not near closing. Middle of the day. So after waiting a ridiculous amount of time in the drive thru you are stuck in (there's a curb so can't get out) you are forced to eat something you don't want. Rice. Chinese food. Helloooooo. Also they always forget to give you a straw and they try to talk over you while ordering. Ugh. HH needs a decent Chinese food option. This is not it. read more
