I love the food, and I am sure the cooks in the back work hard making it. It's fresh and delicious, but the service at this place is terrible! It's not too hard to put simple food on a plate to go.

11/2/21, Honey Walnut Shrimp, Fried Rice, Chow Mein ($6.70 + $1.25 additional for shrimp)

11/2/21 Food/Menu: The food at this location is on par with other locations. After many visits at various locations, I just discovered today that you could order half and half of the side choices which include: Chow Mein, Fried Rice, Mixed Veggies, White Steamed Rice, and Brown Steamed Rice. I ordered a bowl with half Chow Mein and half Fried Rice and Honey Walnut Shrimp. There is an additional premium charge of $1.25 for the shrimp and Black Pepper Angus Steak. I enjoyed my bowl, however, the walnuts seemed hard which led me to believe it may have been overcooked. New on the menu is the Family Feast which includes 3 large entrees and 2 large sides which serves 4-5 people and pricing starts at $29. Service: I was warmly greeted with a welcome upon entering. The associate greeted every patron with enthusiasm which I could hear in her voice. Parking: There is street parking and also an underground parking garage around the corner which is open from 6am to 12am everyday until the work on the top deck is done. I was confused how to get out to the elevator as there was signage on the door that said Rodgers Consulting. Apparently you go through those doors to get on the elevator. Level 1 is for all retailers and the consulting firm is on level 2. Just thought I would point that out in case anyone gets confused. Lol I enjoyed my lunch overall and the quick and friendly service. I would definitely come back.

This place has gone down drastically year after year!! From burnt food to wrong items in order, it's too much and not the quality that it had in the past. Not to mention paying 6 bucks for a extra small container that literally only came with 6 shrimps, if that

My remnants of my greens. Not good.

My friend and I wanted take out and I wasn't feeling subs I decided on Panda Express. We all know its not real Chinese Food. My favorite entree is the Honey walnut shrimp. For some unknown reason its $1.25 surcharge for this. Okay, Ill pay it.. maybe it goes towards Panda research or something, but, mannnn!! They stingy!!!! 7 whole shrimp!! Its expensive!! With tiny walnut pieces!! The shrimp is tasty. Basically the only decent part of my meal!I got greens which was utterly dreadful!! The rice is always dry and mushy. The rice noodles is a mess. So I noticed as I was waiting for my order that all the food came in ziploc pouches. My greens was a mess was mostly broccoli stalks and core pieces from the cabbage. Employees are decent. Not friendly or rude but basic customer service skills. I would rather support mom and pop Chinese restaurants. Its too expensive for what you get. Avoid avoid avoid.

I always liked panda. Everything always tastes the same at most of the panda's for the most part. I normally get the half and half and double order of orange chicken but this time i ordered orange chicken with Beijing beef and my usual half and half. Tasted good and nothing really bad to say. Thanks panda :D

The staff is always friendly, the service is fast, and the food is usually hot. I usually go there for a take out once a week.

The self-serve kiosks made ordering a breeze. Overall, I thought the prices were fine. For my order I went with the family deal A (I'm not sure what it was actually called) which included six pieces of chicken with two sides for about $21. Although I thought the chicken was pretty good, I was expecting to be blown away based on reviews that I've seen regarding the Jollibee brand. While the breading did not have much seasoning (for my personal tastes), I thought the chicken excelled in its 'juiciness'. From my experience, it's very arre for friend chicken restaurants to have falling off the bone fried chicken. YUM Customer service was pretty direct in that I did not really have a significant interaction with the staff. I placed my order through the kiosk and waited about 10 minutes for my order number to be called. Although I ordered my food to go, I thought the restaurant was very clean and well-maintained with plenty of seating. Since the restaurant is located near the Westfield Mall, there was plenty of parking, which is rare in this area. While I would not go out of my way to grab fried chicken from here, it is decent option for quickly picking up something on my way home.

6/26/26: This visit was pretty average overall. The food was exactly what I'd expect from Jollibee,…read moreconsistent with other locations I've been to. If you're a fan of their menu, you'll likely enjoy it just as much here. I also tried the Ube Pie, which had a crispy exterior and a sweet, creamy filling that made for a nice dessert. The biggest downside was the cleanliness. The dining area could have been better maintained, and the bathrooms in particular were noticeably dirty. It took away from the overall experience and made the restaurant feel less inviting. The food delivered the familiar Jollibee experience, but the condition of the restaurant kept this visit from being anything more than average. I'd come back for the food, but I hope they put more attention into keeping the restaurant and restrooms clean.

Physical Exam: Food - I ordered the special four cheese bacon bagel that they had on special with tomato and scallion cream cheese. My wife got a plain bagel with scallion cream cheese. It was all impressively reminiscent of a NY bagel. Great density, chew, and crust. The cream cheese was administered generously. Ambiance - The establishment presents as a classic New York bodega with a deli counter layout -- compact, no-frills, and entirely appropriate for its intended function. Great place if you want something with quick service and great food. Service - Quick, functional, and to the point. No complications noted. Assessment: A neighborhood gem and so thankful we stumbled upon it. Royal Bagel Bakery delivers an authentically New York bagel experience in an otherwise unlikely corner of Germantown, Maryland. One downside is they got very plain coffee, but it's the type of place where I'm looking at the coffee purely as fuel, and nothing more. Plan It's so far away but I definitely will try to go again next time I'm nearby. Specialty bagel was a phenomenal choice. Gotta try their cakes next time, which looked crazy good.
