I've literally called this location everyday this week trying to ask one simple question, but no matter how many times I call NO ONE picks up. Why have a phone if you don't make it a priority...People have lives not everyone has time, or a car to drive up there to ask ONE question. Learn to use your phones better. read more

I came with my children to eat lunch took the tops off my food and started eating my son noticed there tops had dust all over them I said something to the manager eric and he gave me attitude and started acting upset cause I wanted new orders they pulled out more containers all full of dust and he tried to give me 2 shrimp and a lil bit of rice he didn't want to give me new plates of what I paid for never coming here again they dont take responsibility my children could of got sick off that dust they couldn't tell me what it was read more

The hours for this location say it closes at 9:30. When I walked in at 9:11 the manager informed us the fryers and ovens are already off. I like this Panda Express. The lady working the counter when I came in was really friendly, apologized for the wait, and made the whole ordering process enjoyable. The rice was so-so. I thought it tasted old and dry, but I find that's a Panda Express thing, not a thing specific to this location. The orange chicken is pretty good if you like super Americanized Chinese food, which a lot of people do, so don't totally knock it if it's not your cup of tea. The beef and broccoli is good. So is the chicken thing with the pineapples, red peppers, and onions - I forget what it's called. If you're watching your weight, get a bowl with steamed vegetables and one of the leaner entrees like the chicken and green beans. A bowl is one entree and one side while a plate is two entrees and one side. The difference between them is only $1, so price-wise it's more worth it to get the plate in the long run, but if you're more health conscious the bowl is a better portion size. This location had a broken ice machine when I was there, so that was a little bit of a bummer considering it's been really hot out, but they were good about letting us know with multiple signs inside and outside the restaurant. They also let us know before we purchased a soft drink cup. So they have good service in my opinion. read more

OK - so this is glorified fast-food Chinese. So get past that when you eat here. You can't knock this place for not being a fancy Chinese eatery. Pros : Nice, clean atmosphere. That in itself is a lot give how dirty and unhygienic most Chinese fast-food places are. Friendly staff that patiently explained the specials and deal of the day. Again, contrast that to the rude, unintelligible staff at most mall fast-food places. Dishes that were fresh tasted really good. Cons : Not everything was fresh. Some of the older dishes tasted stale after sitting under the warmer for a few hours. It may be because we went on a slow Sunday night. I came here yesterday and was impressed by how clean and spacious it was. Also, I laughed when I read the sign that Panda Express started out as "fine dining." Ha. I shared an order of kung pao chicken, Thai cashew chicken, beef with broccoli, and half lo mein/half fried rice with my boyfriend. The food was very tasty and hot as I ate it. Once I got home, we both knocked out for two hours and woke up feeling extremely drowsy and woozy. Darn you, MSG. They must have put tons of it in here. Hands down the worst carry out meal we ever had! Total waste of money! We are a family of five who love good Chinese take out. So we ordered the family meal which has three entrees, two large sides, and added 6 egg rolls. Everything smelled bad, and was uniformly bland with yucky textures. Even the condiments were horrible (hot mustard and duck sauce special made for Panda Express). Everyone barely touched the food. Avoid stuff with asparagus, which is sometimes hard to chew. Samurai Surf and Turf is half (or more) potatoes, some shrimp, a few chewy bits of beef. Best to eat in in case you get some of these surprises, so you can take it back right there, instead of finding out when you get home. read more

I have been watching the development of this location and was happy when they recently opened. I hate going to the mall food court for quick Chinese food. This location is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is good. The buffet line was full - I hate when they are down to the last portion of an item. It is usually soggy and not enough to be a portion. They offered samples which was nice. If you want quick and good quality, this is a great choice. If you rather have made to order food, you may not like what Panda Express has to offer. I will be back to this location. read more

The customer service sucks. When I ordered 5 things they only provided me with one sauce. When I asked for another sauce the cashier had an attitude and said only one sauce per transaction. I asked for additional sauces and was willing to pay for it she then threw the sauces at me. I guess she was mad that I asked for additional sauces. I am giving 1 star because their customer service is horrible. It is the third time today they forgot give us a food item, we ordered. The first time they forgot to give us one entree and one side. Next time when we ordered to go.. after going home we saw there was one me item missing. Today they again forgot give a side order. It seems they purposely forget to give stuff. I don't know who manages this store, but obviously this one is poorly managed. We have been to other Panda Express, they seem to fine. I have been to several Panda Express restaurants but this one stands out. I visited around 2 PM on Thursday and the place was almost half full. Nice and clean with friendly staff. I've been to other PE locations but they are rude, this place is nice. I took away one star because they didn't offer sample, I know if I asked for any sample, I would have gotten it but I expect them to offer on their own which is usually the case in other PE locations. The quantity was satisfying and the food was fresh. I'll visit again and recommend it to others. I used a coupon for a free entree with purchase of 2 entrees and for under $7 the quantity was enough to eat at the restaurant and bring the left overs back with me. read more

Since the food is cooked in relatively larger portions and left under heat lamps (or whatever it is they use to keep it warm), you'll either end up getting fresh food or food that may have been sitting out for a bit. Other than that, everything I've tried here is good. I usually get orange chicken and Beijing beef with sides of fried rice and chow mein. You get a lot of food for a little over $6 (minus a drink and egg roll if you want one). The only problem I have with this particular location is it's usually flooded with local high school kids who don't even order anything. One time I went with a friend and after receiving our food, we realized there was no where to sit because a bunch of loiterers were taking up 2-3 larger tables. We ended up sitting outside in relatively cold weather. We decided that next time we would mention that to the manager to see if they would do something about the constant loiterers. They are handing out a coupon for FREE Chicken entrée and when I went to order a 2 entrée plate and wanted to use the coupon for the FREE entrée, she rudely told us that she can not honor the coupon because manager of this location told her not too, even though other lady wanted to offer other Entrée instead of Firecracker chicken.
