I find it very "comforting" that employees, the people handling my food or even method of payment at this location takes their breaks inside the garbage area. I can confidently say this doesn't meet the safety and sanitation standards. Please provide a break room for those employees. read more

I usually like my Panda Express experience. Tonight 27 Nov at about 7:25pm I decided to order online and go pick it up. I spent $65 thinking we were going to go into a panda coma (and so I wouldnt have to cook) and barely got enough to feed a family of four. Glad I dont have a growing family of four. Im sorry to sound like I am complaining but a large order of veggie egg rolls for $9.99 and all I get are 2 egg rolls?!?!?!? A large order of crab rangoons for $9.99 and all I get are 3 tiny rangoons?!?!? I still like the people and the food but man it got expensive for the portions. The sides and entres were good sized. I have been going here for years. Truly like Panda. Today, I was treated horribly by staff. When I went to order, no one even acknowledged my presence. When I finally got helped, the staff member asked me to grab a tray to put my plate on. (The trays were filthy and still had food all over them). I told him id rather not get a tray since they were dirty. He responded with "well I guess you can get your food to-go then". I didn't say anything as I just wanted to eat. The staff member proceeded to put my food in a to-go container. I have never experienced anything like this before. Something needs to be done about the customer service. read more

I ate at one of the locations a long time ago, I didn't think it was good enough for a repeat. But it was close by and my husband was hungry. I dunno what he got but he liked it. I'm really only leaving this review because I got two orders of egg rolls. It was like $5 total for four and they were good! I was pleasantly surprised. And good service and plenty of napkins without having to ask. Three stars only because my experience years ago, I'll def update if I happen to eat a whole meal there again. Edit: decided to add a star. Seems like we only stop by when hubby's hungry and I'm not but I get eggrolls and the fact that he stops here in the first place is an enforcement in itself. Sadly every time I'm here I leave dissatisfied and it's a roll of the dice at best. Either the vegetables are cooked to mush, the food has a ludicrous amount of sauce on it or a potential in this case of food poisoning. There have been good times here--yet overall you will likely leave unhappy. Georgetown needs a good Americanized Asian food and this simply isn't worth considering. This is one of the WORST panda express locations in central Texas. Grilled Teriyaki chicken is my go-to at panda express. What you get here looks like boiled grey chicken. Absolutely disgusting. I dont know how the person who even plated it thought that it was acceptable in any kind of manner. I wish I had taken a picture of it but I did not. The drive thru team is also hard of hearing and rarely gets the order right to begin with. Corporate definitely needs to shut it down and re-train their management and employees. Pulled up 15 minutes before closing, waited for about five minutes at the speaker and nobody said anything. Drove up to the window, and the person at the window didn't even open the window to tell me they were closing at 10, although it says 1030 online, I understand with the virus things may be closing earlier. Ordered through the drive thru today and the container was open in the bag, food spilling out, no utensils or straw for my drink. The person who took my order also took forever to return my card after handing me my order and didn't give me the chance to let her know I needed a straw or napkins or utensils. Not even a fortune cookie in the bag either. She just handed the card and quickly closed the window. Dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty, dirty... manager rude when asked to clean tables. We cleaned our own table and the entire time we were eating nobody cleaned tables. One employee came out to pick up trays from trash can, picked up paper off floor, walked straight back behind counter and started handling food. I frequently online order prepaid Bigger Plates for pickup (about $10) without making an account and have also been satisfied with the experience and ease of having someone else pick it up; however, this time I ordered and prepaid for a Family Feast (about $35) and I very much appreciate that an employee diligently ensured that the proper person came to pick it up. Yes, it took extra time to do so and may be considered an inconvenience by some, but I for one am grateful that it was done. Panda Bear is the Taco Bell of Chinese food! I love Panda Bear. (Sorry but I have called Panda Express, Panda Bear for years and I cant stop. Habits you know?) You cant really compare this place to a real Chinese restaurant, as you cant compare Taco Bell with a real Mexican restaurant. They give small portions, almost half of what they used to when you went inside to order pre-COVID. I ate there today, and spent extra to have their Angus beef stirfry; they sauteed a bunch of inedible broccoli STEMS, not the actual broccoli! The stems were like eating shoe leather because broccoli stems are what you throw away; they are hard and inedible! Unacceptable! This place uses them in their stirfries that they charge extra for! Consistently disappointing place that appears to strive to save money at the expense of the customer. This location should be put on probation. read more

The food at this location is good but the attention to detail recently has declined. The last two times I've been the order has been wrong- like I got a different entree than I ordered.... both times. I really like Panda Express but there seems to always be an issue when I come to this one. I usually get a bowl with veggies and chicken. I ordered in the drive thru line and when I ordered I was told they were "out of veggies for the day". I decided to order something different, if there wasn't someone behind me already I would've turned around and went else where. When I got to the window I asked further questions about the issue, the young lady informed me there were "out of broccoli" and that's why they couldn't make the veggies. I don't know if this location has the best Panda Express food I have ever eaten, but today is Christmas Eve and we walked in because the lights were on and people were inside. We are traveling with two children and could not find a place to feed them. We walked in with feelings of relief, the staff was friendly and still cooking for a line that snaked around the store and had a long line in the car line. They were fast and from their demeanor you couldn't tell they had closed at 7pm. We only found out that they had closed 20 minutes before we walked in because my husband asked how much longer they had till they closed. Then messes up the order and acts like you did something wrong. Every time I come here I have greatservice. Today I came insideand my service was terrible. There was a cashier was rude. She threw my card down on the counter instead of handing it to me. Went through the drive through get home and what i ordered is not what i got. Drive the 10 miles back there and went inside. Told them that what i asked for and what cashier repeated back to me was not what was showing on recpt nor what i asked for. Cashier went to manager and the original employee plus the cashier are all standing there looking at the recpt and the food. Manager decides to give me what i had wanted. My daughter stopped on our way home from work to pick up our dinner today they put half of our order in got home and we live in Florence and found out that they did not put everything in so she drove back to get the remaining items and the manager was rude and Could care less if we ever came back to his business or not. I really really want to like this place and give it a five star rating because their food is really tasty, BUT I have gotten sick every time I have eaten here recently... Now I do have a pretty sensitive stomach so I don't think everyone will get sick, but if you have a senstive tummy like me I would go somewhere else, I usually would get either the grilled chicken, beef and broccoli, or Orange chicken but either way my tummy ended up not too happy, when they first opened this didn't happen, so maybe they changed something because now I just end up sick. How could it go wrong? The graphic looked amazing--chock-full of juicy-looking shrimp, and big chunks of beef. Angus, too, the posters promised. When it was served, I counted three tiny shrimp and maybe four little strips of (presumably) the aforementioned 'angus' beef. And the flavor... The same identical "meh" flavor as all the other entrees that aren't Orange Chicken. I did anticipate a shrimp deficit, so mt second entree choice (for an extra buck!) was walnut shrimp. That was actually pretty tasty. Not a total loss. But after ahelling out over a Jackson for two fast-food lunches, I felt a bit wanting still. I should've known, really. Whenever I go to Panda Express, I become Charlie Brown running up to kick Lucy's football; forgetting the countless other times the ball was pulled away and falling flat on my ass. I guess, like Charlie Brown and the football, at what point does it stop being Panda's fault, and start being my fault. I know what to expect. And the Orange Chicken is almost always good.
