Hands down... BEST CHINESE FOOD!!!!! I'm real picky with my Chinese food and have yet to find a place where I am 100% satisfied until now... I stopped and ate at Panda Express and the food was beyond satisfying. It was full of flavor, portions were enough to feed 2-people with one dish. (It's lunch and dinner for me today) Egg rolls were again flavorful and bigger than what you'd find at another Chinese restaurant. Restaurant was organized and very clean. This is the only Panda Express I've been to so it's hard to know how it compares to others. I'll start with the downsides of this place: - Limited seating, and not much room for when a line forms - Rushed and hard to understand service; I know I'm not tipping them, but do they have to act like I only have 5 seconds to make a decision? - Expensive, especially drinks However, even with all that going against them, the fact that the food is so delicious makes up for it all. I've fallen in love with the orange chicken and it's all I want now. Because of this, I actually haven't tried any of the other food because I'm just so happy with what I've gotten. So this also limits my reviewing ability a bit. But even still, I highly suggest going here and trying the orange chicken. You'll thank me. read more

If you want consistency, this is where you should go. Every time I've come here every thing tastes just as great as the last time I was here. The Orange chicken is a perfect balance of sweet and tangy with just a little kick of heat with the red pepper flakes. The honey walnut shrimp is equally delicious, but not tangy or spicy at all. It's not healthy by any means, but I love it! Only reason it's not five stars is because the line can take upwards of twenty minutes to get through and the brown rice is a bit dry- the white is great! Pretty disappointed. Went in on a weeknight with no line so expected to be in and out pretty quickly. They filled my boyfriend's order no problem, then the girl told me it would be a minute and she proceeded to walk back to whomever was cooking for 5 minutes. Then she came to fill my order and I asked for half veggies half chow mein (apparently I shouldn't have made my order so complicated). She starts to put fried rice on my plate and when I said "actually, that should be chow mein," she just stares at me and keeps on with the rice, and then the veggies. Manager walked out and the whole demeanor changed, like the employees were on edge or something. The girl at the register asked my boyfriend no less than four times if he'd like a drink and if our order was to go. Heaven forbid you listen the first time. There were three paramedics that were in line behind me and I was waiting to pay for my food and one of the servers took all three paramedics in front of me and had them to pay for their food first. I felt I was discriminated against because the paramedics were white and I am black. I thought that was rude and inconsiderate so I said to the server "hey what are you doing? I am waiting to pay for my food"? She then started screaming at me that they serve the community and they have to go!!!! She was nasty and there was no reason for her to talk to me like that. The food here is really good for a what it is. Where the issues lie is that they have the same two people making all their online orders as well as their in store customers. So I pulled up to panda around 12 I walked in one customer in front of my she got two plates I was getting one it took 27 fucking minutes for them to finish putting together my plate and check me out... I honestly probably could have placed a pickup order through door dash while I was watching my pathetic half scoop of noodles sit and get cold while the lady threw my to the side to make online orders and then still get my online meal before she would have finished making my plate In person. My family and I just started to get your food. Never really went before but tried it out and love it now. My husband has been going and ordering our food Togo. But tonight I wanted to surprise everyone and pick some up Togo. I was in line trying to figure out what to get since it was my first time. And even though there was only one lady behind me the lady working the line seemed like she was trying to rush me. I finally get to the register and the girl asked me if I wanted to donate to the children's hospital I did but I guess it wasn't enough or it was to little and she turned and looked at the girl in line and they laughed about my donation. This is the only Panda Express I have ever visited and I love it. The restaurant is always clean (even the drink station), probably because every time I'm there at some point one of the employees goes around and wipes everything down and sweeps the whole place. They do run out of items quickly and there can be large lines unfortunately. However, they try to stay on top of it and as soon as something starts to run low you hear them yell back to the cooks "orange chicken!" etc and it's out in a few minutes and fresh. Both of these problems can be attributed to the high volume of customers, which keep coming in because the food is so good. It only takes two or three people ordering an entree and they have to make more, so I understand it. They will try to upsale you egg rolls/spring rolls and medium/bottled drinks but they ask politely and if you request a small drink instead they don't push the issue. I've never really had a bad experience there and the employees are super nice. Okyang has been there forever and she's probably the best one they've got. She keeps everyone organized and helps the long lines move through quickly. A couple of the cooks will actually acknowledge you and smile, which is nice. Plus they are happy to give you a sample of any of the entrees and they regularly have new ones to try! The honey walnut shrimp is my favorite. If you haven't been here, give it a try and don't be discouraged if there is a long line. read more

I gave it a 2 because the food was good, but that is as far as it goes. My whole house has spent the rest of the evening on the toilet. Something is definitely wrong with what we ate. My 14yr old son is doing great because he ate Wendy's. I've never experienced this before and it's kind of sad, because my oldest son loves this place. He eats it every time he is home from college. First let me say that I always seek out Panda Express locations when possible. Generally this one is pretty good, but I frequently see the owner/franchisee working behind the counter usually disrupting the staff's ability to give service to customers. An example was last evening: I stopped by Panda Express to grab some food to go. I had quite a bit of Costco frozen food in the car, so I was hoping for a quick stop. I walked into Panda Express with three people in front of me waiting to order. Behind the counter, the store owner was having a long, seemingly repetitive meeting with the staff on what to clean or something before closing. This speech seemed to drone on and on while in the meantime, the customer line to order food went all the way back to the store entrance. The irony was the owner was facing the long line, but seemed oblivious to the fact his customers were waiting to place their orders. Finally one of the employees half-halfheartedly walked over and started taking food orders. I realize it's difficult to hire and maintain staff who are probably making minimum wage, but this owner makes it that much more of a problem with service at his store, because this frequent habit of getting in the way. It's almost like he's more concerned about the process and function of the store, than he is of serving his customers. read more
