Great Panda Express location! I went around dinner time and it was very busy. The staff was friendly and the food was so hot and fresh. Orange chicken is clearly the most popular entree because they were wiped out and everyone was waiting for more to be ready. read more

As this is the second time this has happened I am disappointed when the box clearly states the order. very tiny portions. food was over cooked, broccoli disintegrated in my mouth. The chow mein was 75-90% vegetables (not kidding). Orange chicken was like cafeteria chicken strips tossed in sauce, no crunch or flavor This was the first and only time I'll come to this panda (love other ones across the country though!!) read more

I came in on a cold evening--about 34 degrees to be exact. I was expecting to be served hot food. Well I got my rice, teryaki and beef broccoli plate combo, sat down and to my suprise it seemed like the food was colder than the winter air--exaggerating, but it was very cold. Very disappointing. Everything also tastes the same. Beef Broccli tastes exactly like my husbands mushroom chicken and teriyaki. All three Women helping in the line were lovely so they made the experience good. Good soda and handcrafted drinks featuring variety of fruits so give it a try--I did and it was good. Thank you read more

Attention to detail sucks for online orders (Uber). I ordered 6 egg rolls and only received 1 in a bag. Not good Panda....not good. Pretty bad that the people who put the stickers on the food do not even read it to ensure it's the correct food/amount. These managers need to teach this kids to pay attention to what they're doing. 6 egg rolls is $12. Y'all just screwed me out of $10. read more

Don't eat here unless you wanna be hospitalized for food poising, I ate here yesterday at like 3pm and completely finished my meal then 6pm rolled around and I actually felt like I was dying. I was definitely food poisoned and as I went to the hospital and they had asked what I ate they informed me that this is a common occurrence for this place so I will be staying farrrrr away from this restaurant for the entirety of my life. read more

I ordered delivery from Panda Express today. Ordered the big plate with orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and beef and broccoli. It was so gross. The teriyaki chicken was some kind of mystery meat and the beef was the exact same mystery meat just cut up smaller. The orange chicken was OK. What the heck Panda Express?? read more

Cockroach INSIDE my bowl. I finished half the bowl already before I even noticed it was there. As if that wasn't bad enough I wasn't even worried about getting my money or god forbid another bowl so I just wanted to call them and make them aware they clearly have an infestation and I called .. 6 times.. and never once got an answer. Really disappointing, this place use to be so good and it's really gone down hill. Hopefully nobody gets sick. read more

This was a busy location. The portions were good. The people were nice to me. The food tasted fresh, was hot, and the kitchen was cookin' . The bathrooms were clean though some patrons had made a mess of paper towels in the bathroom. Clean up after yourselves! The downside is that the Diet Coke was out. Two people let them know but they may have been completely out. However, the Barq's Root Beer was good! read more

I've never been here and had an issue with service or food except when it gets real slow with many orders (in line and online). The place is clean. There is plenty of parking but it can get hectic some times. There's not a lot of family size seating areas so if a few families are eating in, you'll have to find several two seater spots that have tables mounted to the floor. The food is always good and I've returned here several times and will continue to but I'll try and avoid the rush hour times because the parking lot and line can be a pain. I had the app but forgot to order ahead. read more

What is not to like about panda? This one is a bit more busy than some of the others. But the food it good and fresh.

Panda Express has changed the, portion sizes are incredibly small. The people working there are rude, 3 people in line asked for a more food in the half filled container. Utterly disturbing how the manager watched the young lady half fill containers, maybe it's their new policy, but I won't be back! read more

This was my first time having Panda Express ever. The new hot orange chicken was good but I also got the honey sesame chicken but it was dry and hard. The line was out the door. The mobile app was very easy to use. The price was more expensive and you get less food than any other real Chinese restaurants in the area. Even with the 20% off on making my account it was still more expensive than authentic Chinese places. 2 stars for the all convenience and for the hot orange chicken flavor. Would not come back. Especially if I have to wait in the very long lines if I don't use mobile app. read more

I love eating here but apparently they have roaches. I was waiting for a pickup order when I saw a baby one crawling around near the tables by the register. If they didn't have roaches, this would be an easy 5 star, but I'm not a fan of cockroaches in any establishment that serves food. Also, they marked my order ready at 10:04 AM, but they told me it would be another three minutes when I came in. I then proceeded to wait for 15 minutes, and the store wasn't busy at all. read more

This place gets a 3 from me cause I got a plate and had to repeatedly tell the workers what I had already told them I wanted on my plate and then I get to the register there is no chop sticks!! Wtf I don't like to eat my Chinese food without those sticks buddy lol. To top it off I donated and then go sit down and I open up my egg roll and it's ice cold inside of not 1 but all 4. They threw them away after we were looked at like we were lying. Then we got the replacements and by then we were almost done eating. The new egg rolls were hot and dry hardly any moisture. Blah blah blah blah! Thanks read more

Fast food Chinese food, Panda Express remains consistent in their menu choices and quality of service most of the time. Although I prefer a little more of an authentic Chinese food, at least the Americanized version, Panda Express never fails to hit the junk food spot. I am also consistent in what I order. I'm not a rice person, so I always get the chow mein. And my favorite entree is the sweet fire chicken, which comes with pineapple chunks. More recently I've also been adding the Shanghai Angus steak. I get a small cup of the sweet and sour sauce to pour over my food. Sometimes I will get a few crab rangoons at the end near checkout. This last time I came in, my chicken wasn't very fresh; kind of hard and they were scraping the bottom of the bowl. They also didn't give me full servings. My crab rangoons were super hot and fresh though! This particular Panda Express sits on Carl D Silver Parkway, in a small plaza. I have never dined in; only got it to go. Staff are always friendly, offering up samples. When you walk in, you get in line like at a Subway and someone will give you your choice of chow mein or rice (or vegetables at some locations), someone else gets your entrees and someone else rings you up. In the back, you can see a cook or two. You can order what they call a bowl, which comes with one side of either rice or chow mein, and 1 entree choice. You can also order a plate, which comes with 2 entrees and a side. Then they have larger options from there. They also offer spring rolls or veggie rolls and crab rangoons, as you're checking out. I never order a fountain drink, but they have fountain drinks and bottled water available for purchase. The prices are fair enough for what you get. This one in particular does seem to be a little skimpier than others i've been to and should always give equal spoonfuls. read more

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever been to. The orange chicken is amazing and the best thing on there menu. The walnut shrimp is amazing and the second best there. I still don't care for the taste but my husband love's them so I guess it's just not my cup of tea. read more

This place reminds me of the soup Nazi episode on Seinfeld. Don't ask for additional ingredients from the kitchen like red chili peppers on top. Bc they won't give it to you. If you Ask them to charge you for it. They won't do it. No actual reason at all from them except they are not allowed tooX Makes 0 sense at all. This was my first time ever ordering from Panda Express. I was on the phone with a friend whom I also was waiting to order for to. Both servers were very rud and impatient with me. I am asking my friend what would she like for her entree and the first lady rolled her eyes and closed both my plates and shoved my food over to the entree side of food. Then this next server, rushed me and cut me off as I am trying to ask for a type of chicken. She didn't even give me a chance to look at my plates. She even didn't realize that both my plates gets 3 entrees and 1 side. She even mixed up my order and didnt give me what I had asked for. I didnt even noticed until I got in my car that she gave me the wrong food for both. It was just a HORRIBLE experience. read more

We usually love going to Panda Express, but this trip was very displeasing and we left very upset with their customer service. Came in to order food for dine-in. The lady who made our order was very nice. When it came to our cashier she was a b**** !!! We got our cups and I decided I didn't want my medium cup anymore. So I asked her to switch it to a small so I could get a lower price. The lady refused and told me they don't do that! I was so confused. She proceeded to tell me that she could give me a small cup but I'd still have to pay for the medium cup. I had to get the manager because she kept refusing to lower my price and give me a smaller size cup! The manager came and resolved the issue, she was very accommodating. That cashier had zero common sense and very poor customer service skills. Sadly I didn't catch her name tag. Will not be dining in at this Panda Express ever again. read more

Yes writing a review about Panda Express and saying it was bad is like saying the sky is blue or that the earth rotates once every 24 hours. These are well established facts. But honestly, this was one of the worst Pandas I have ever been to in my life. Isn't the whole point of these types of places to serve people food on a line quickly? Apparently not. We went in with a small group and the line was to the door. And did not move at all for 10 minutes. Why you ask? Well maybe it was the fact that the girl behind the counter was giving out samples to each customer. For what seemed like each item. Seriously when you have a line to the door, just throw slop and keep it moving. I get to the front of the line and there was ONE person there. "Do you want to try 5 spice shrimp?" "no thanks" "Are you sure? It is good! Is there anything else you want to try?" No wonder the damn line is in stasis at this stage. This is not a wine bar, it is crap food masquerading as Chinese. No one needs samples when it all tastes the same. Then some other girl randomly comes up and starts snagging food from behind the other girl to fill some massive to go order. The first girl yells for some kind of chicken and then the guy cooking proceeds to make the wrong food and there is like enough orange chicken to feed the entire line if only they could get their sh*t together and serve people. Want anyting else? No dice. What a nightmare. Finally get to eat the food after waiting to pay FOREVER while the staff on hand meander aimlessly around. It is cold but the line is still at the door so who wants to go back and complain? Who has time? read more

I had chicken teriyaki and chow Mein. It is not the best I have had.Chinese restaurant I prefer is on Guam. The food quality at Panda is very poor quality and the taste is alright but definitely not good. Customer service needs to improve and presentation of food is poor.
