As this is the second time this has happened I am disappointed when the box clearly states the order. I would think cross checking would be the best as again my order was wrong Like this has happened 3 times for my delivery and it sucks because most of the time they can't refund me my money! So I see the issue clearly

very tiny portions. food was over cooked, broccoli disintegrated in my mouth. The chow mein was 75-90% vegetables (not kidding). Orange chicken was like cafeteria chicken strips tossed in sauce, no crunch or flavor This was the first and only time I'll come to this panda (love other ones across the country though!!)

Cockroach INSIDE my bowl. I finished half the bowl already before I even noticed it was there. As if that wasn't bad enough I wasn't even worried about getting my money or god forbid another bowl so I just wanted to call them and make them aware they clearly have an infestation and I called .. 6 times.. and never once got an answer. Really disappointing, this place use to be so good and it's really gone down hill. Hopefully nobody gets sick.

I love eating here but apparently they have roaches. I was waiting for a pickup order when I saw a baby one crawling around near the tables by the register. If they didn't have roaches, this would be an easy 5 star, but I'm not a fan of cockroaches in any establishment that serves food. Also, they marked my order ready at 10:04 AM, but they told me it would be another three minutes when I came in. I then proceeded to wait for 15 minutes, and the store wasn't busy at all.

    Chinese food duhhh

This place gets a 3 from me cause I got a plate and had to repeatedly tell the workers what I had already told them I wanted on my plate and then I get to the register there is no chop sticks!! Wtf I don't like to eat my Chinese food without those sticks buddy lol. To top it off I donated and then go sit down and I open up my egg roll and it's ice cold inside of not 1 but all 4. They threw them away after we were looked at like we were lying. Then we got the replacements and by then we were almost done eating. The new egg rolls were hot and dry hardly any moisture. Blah blah blah blah! Thanks

Pretty decent. Ate here a few times. Taste good but I wouldn't eat it every day. It gets tiring. I tried for a while. Haha. On lunch breaks. But anyways not bad.

2 entree plate with a side: Chow mein, sweet fire chicken and Shanghai Angus steak. Wasn't as good tonight as it usually is.

Fast food Chinese food, Panda Express remains consistent in their menu choices and quality of service most of the time. Although I prefer a little more of an authentic Chinese food, at least the Americanized version, Panda Express never fails to hit the junk food spot. I am also consistent in what I order. I'm not a rice person, so I always get the chow mein. And my favorite entree is the sweet fire chicken, which comes with pineapple chunks. More recently I've also been adding the Shanghai Angus steak. I get a small cup of the sweet and sour sauce to pour over my food. Sometimes I will get a few crab rangoons at the end near checkout. This last time I came in, my chicken wasn't very fresh; kind of hard and they were scraping the bottom of the bowl. They also didn't give me full servings. My crab rangoons were super hot and fresh though! This particular Panda Express sits on Carl D Silver Parkway, in a small plaza. I have never dined in; only got it to go. Staff are always friendly, offering up samples. When you walk in, you get in line like at a Subway and someone will give you your choice of chow mein or rice (or vegetables at some locations), someone else gets your entrees and someone else rings you up. In the back, you can see a cook or two. You can order what they call a bowl, which comes with one side of either rice or chow mein, and 1 entree choice. You can also order a plate, which comes with 2 entrees and a side. Then they have larger options from there. They also offer spring rolls or veggie rolls and crab rangoons, as you're checking out. I never order a fountain drink, but they have fountain drinks and bottled water available for purchase. The prices are fair enough for what you get. This one in particular does seem to be a little skimpier than others i've been to and should always give equal spoonfuls.

It means Chinese rather than American Chinese, but it also means accessible to people who shop in strip malls in Virginia. While some of the newer Peter Chang restaurants have clearer vegetarian labeling, this one leaves you guessing a bit. It also doesn't list drinks, which is strange when you get asked what you want to drink. I eventually ended up with an interesting combination. I could have gone more basic, but I decided some spicy tofu skins for an appetizer would allow me to order a vegetable entree, which I don't usually do. I assume that a dish of stir-fried cabbage is meant to be ordered by a large group and shared. Both items were tasty, with my cabbage being freshly prepared with a hint of spice and cooked just enough, while my tofu skins had a hint of numbing sensation and a strong flavor hit underlying it. The menu isn't quite as broad as I would like from a veggie perspective, but in an area not overflowing with options, I got a satisfying meal.

For takeouts the restaurant consistently adds a 20% gratuity. Which I have graciously paid. However, I have also not had the experience of having to censored essential components of the meal (ie crunchy noodles).

It was decent, sauce was on the side so that helped a lot from being super soggy. This was probably the only decent thing at a reasonable price. Hunan style combination was salty, the walnut shrimp was soggy as well, I guess i could have reheated this up as well since it was fried in batter. Shrimp was big and plumpy, there was no sauce that came with it on the side, only this yumyum sauce. Not sure if it was for that, if it was, very meh since the sauce is salty and not sweet. My favorite thing to get at other asian places is the Gway Tiow aka Chow Fun, but it was super soggy. The noodles were over cooked, it was also a tad salty, the lo mein was salty too, and the pad thai was meh, noodles were over cooked. I picked it up and the noodles would fall off the chopsticks and tasted mushy. It didn't have much flavor to it anyways. Kinda disappointing since of all the high ratings and the pics look tasty.
