We stopped by to grab some snacks through the drive-thru: +an 8-count Chick-fil-A Nuggets combo - you can choose your 'size', and this comes with a side of their waffle fries and a drink; the fries were not freshly made and were overcooked, making them super hard; for the drink, we opted for their regular lemonade +the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich - a twist on the Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich that's drizzled with honey and topped with pimento cheese and mild pickled jalapenos; for a limited time only; this was just okay; the pimento was fine, but I wasn't a fan of the honey Staff is pretty efficient and keeps the drive-thru moving. This Chik-fil-A gets a lot of business. That's the main reason I preorder my food most times using the app. If not, you could end up moving slowly through the packed drive thru which moves relatively fast. The workers are always friendly and the managers seem really smart with the proper amount of workers they have during busy hours. The parking lot can get full quickly and tricky to maneuver through with people pulling out, people driving around looking for parking, and people trying to get out from the drive thru. Of course, look out for the people crossing the lot in random areas too. It's a small lot for the amount of business they get. There is a bigger lot behind the fast food restaurant. If you're dining in, you'll be happy because it's clean and the seating areas are spread on two sides of the place. There are workers that continuously check tables but you may end up with one that's not fully clean on busy days. There is a play area for toddlers which can be beneficial to help them get out some energy or keep them occupied while you wait or slowly eat your own food. Also, I like that they have the hand wipes easily available and the plastic place mats to help with the cleanliness of a messy kid or slightly dirty table. read more

My wife and I came here with the family and we had a great experience. We love chick-fil-a, the food here is great! The cool thing about chick-fill-a is that everything you order will have chicken, there is no beef on the menu. Whether you order a cripy or grilled chicken sandwich, the food is delicious. We also really enjoy the chicken nuggets! The cookies here are really good too, they are better than subway cookies and potbelly cookies, the cookies are warm and the chocolate chips are chunky. The customer service at this location is really good too, the staff is friendly and they brought our order to the table which was really nice of them, they first brought the food then went back and brought our drinks after. Could this place get any slower? I have never had such slow service at a Chick-fil-A. The way the drive through is set up you are trapped so we sat there for 20 minutes. The parking lot was empty so this makes absolutely no sense. Get the people out of the drive through and inside actually helping deal with the congestion. What can I say, I haven't had Chick Fil-A in AGES.. And after losing power at the hotel on the way back from Florida, it was one of the only places open on a generator. Major awesome! (I sound tacky there huh?) Anyway, service with a smile! Not something you expect or find at fast food these days, but everyone there was doing their best working through the limited equipment through power-outage, and as busy as it was, the staff was still very friendly. Unfortunately I didn't get any of their names, but if a manager sees this, commend everyone on your staff for going well above and beyond what one would expect! The customer service is beyond phenomenal here. They were so courteous and helpful! The manager was super nice and replace my hash browns when I dropped mine. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed even though it was a busy Saturday morning. The food was fresh and hot and the quality is better than most fast food restaurants. You can definitely see the difference between chick fil a and other establishments. Food are always good as expected from chick Fil a. Staff try there best to serve you and the line often move pretty quickly as well. Most of the time they'll give you more sauce if you ask for it. The quality control at this Chick fil A keeps getting worse. Today, 08/01/2020, around 10:15am, I ordered a chicken, egg and cheese biscuit among other items. I did NOT get a CEC but instead got an egg and bacon. I did not realize this until after I left and could not go back. This happens to me about twice a month and I never say anything but honestly I'm sick of it. When you get better quality control at McDonalds, than Chick fil A, that is sad. I have been to this branch of Chick fil recently as I now work in that area. Pros- super friendly team and they got my orders right. Cons- diarrhea. So I ordered breakfast here twice. Both times I got so sick at work with diarrhea it was horrible. I have frequently been to the Carl d Silver and Masaponnox store and have not had a problem at either. Clean but very poor device and food. Not very organized of the morning we arrived. It took us about 25 minutes to get our food. Compared to my regular 2-3 Chick-fil-a I eat at the food was horrible. This is the worst Chick-fil-a in this area. I never experienced the exact definition of what bad and "I don't care" customer in the past. This restaurant is close to work and easy to get to and now with mobile order I thought that it would be perfect to get fast food and get out. Not here!!! Twice now, my orders have been late and when I asked both times I got ignore by two different people. The first time, there was a problem in the kitchen and no one bother to inform the customers. after waiting for over 15 minutes and ignored, I asked for my money and then the manager told my the problem. If there is such a thing as a transcendental experience at a fast food restaurant, lunch today at Chick-Fil-A would embody that experience. This had to be the cleanest fast food restaurant I think I've ever been to. I saw no fewer than three employees working to keep the restaurant clean. They were cleaning floors, wiping down tables, And working in the parking lot sweeping up trash. The manager stopped by my table 3 times once just to ask how I was doing, the second time to bring me a moist towelette, and the third time to bring me a mint and take my tray away. I haven't visited this chic-fil-a in a long time. It's always a bad experience. But everyone says after the remodel it was very clean and looked great inside. It does look better and does seem clean. I know cause I stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting. I honestly I didn't mind cause while waiting the employees walk back and forth shouting at each other trying to find out what is ready and what isn't. He experience turned bad when the elderly lady is a somewhat nasty tone asked is I was standing there for a reason. I annoyed said Waiting on the food I ordered from you. She turned and asked the guy behind her if he had an order for me which he promptly said NO?!? So I gave up retired to the table to sip on my sweet tea. And now my food is here finally. Just didn't seem like the normal chick fil a visit. Lately I've noticed there is no more "my pleasure". They get way backed up, mixing up food. Giving out wrong food and then taking it back switching fries twice with no gloves. Then completely not listening to what I'm asking for. I was trying to do an up charge and was told no flat out and asked if my order was done. So I repeated how I wanted to pay the extra and then I was told no, well I don't think so, do you want me to ask. At that point I had spent to much time trying to order one sandwich and a drink. My last stop before heading to BWI Airport to fly home I had to get my last Chick Fil A fix and it was as awesome as the others. Chick Fil A prides itself on quality service and the best food and the best darn Ice Tea anywhere and I was not surprised again because the service was top notch and so was my order and they even kind of rushed for me just on an off mention I was heading to BWI even though I was in no danger of missing my flight.
