I'm a big fan of Chick-Fil-A as I think their sandwich is my favorite fast food sandwich anywhere. That said, my daughter and I, when we were (sadly) cleaning out her dorm room during the coronavirus nightmare, needed some place to eat. As we pulled into the lot we thought we'd made a big mistake as the line was around the building, but even in the rain, those employees were outside, taking orders, directing traffic, and moving things along....all with smiles in their faces. The food was...well it was the same as every other time I had it...delicious. Even with the craziness they are able to keep up their standards of deliciousness! This particular chick-fil-a has been exceptionally consistent with the food and service. Over the last year of coming to this location it has actually become more efficient with how they are managing drive through as well has curbside orders. Service is polite and courteous as always. read more

I went to Chick-Fil-A on Thursday 3/3/2022 and normally I dont eat out much but I stopped here order a chicken sandwich and medium fry and I never checked the bag becuz they seemed like they where on point and they do a good job getting you in and out I will not take that from them. 3rd time i eat at this chain. While i only had it in NYC and NJ. I never experienced table side service previously. We walked in, my order was taken and about 10 minutes later our order was delivered to our table. The person delivering the order was extremely professional, engaging and friendly. We had the usual fried chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwhich. No meal can be finalized without having a generous portion of waffles fries with bbq sauce. I woke up this morning with food poisoning and I had to literally crawl off the toilet and from my trash can to take my daughter to school. I've managed to avoid fast food for most of my adult life, but recent road trips have made the occasional trips to McD's and Popeyes inevitable. When we saw a Chick-Fil-A off the highway, it seemed like a good departure from our usual road fare. Keep in mind, this location isn't just off the highway, but a few miles out in a huge shopping center. We were traveling over the holiday weekend, and getting to the store was a huge hassle. Once we braved the long lines and got our order, I was sorely disappointed at the presentation of my spicy chicken sandwich. All it was was a slab of breaded chicken encased in a sad, limp bun, with a single slice of soggy pickle. The sigh I let out as I bit into my sandwich quickly disappeared as my teeth penetrated a very tender piece of surprisingly well seasoned and spicy chicken. The bread still wasn't very impressive and I contemplated just eating the chicken, but I kept the bun more as a holding mechanism for my chicken, much like an edible napkin. The nuggets were also good but small, and the waffle fries were very pillowy and light. While I was visiting the restroom, my husband had a nice conversation with the manager who asked what we had, and how we enjoyed our meal. He was very happy to hear that we enjoyed our spicy chicken sandwich, as apparently, it doesn't get the love it deserves from Chick-Fil-A patrons. It is moderately hyped fast food. But if I was craving a chicken sandwich and had a choice between CFA and McD's, you can be sure I'll be heading for the former rather than the latter. read more

I'm impressed. I was not disposed to like Chick-Fil-A, because I don't agree with their religious views. I'm Jewish and liberal, and disagree with the Cathy family stances on homosexuality and abortion. That said, this restaurant, this location really changed my mind: Not my religious & political views, but the food is REALLY DELICIOUS! As they sing in the musical Sweeney Todd, "Everybody goes down well with beer!" --of course, they only sell soft drinks for beverages, but you get my meaning: At least you can sit down and break bread together with another person, and have some community & communication. How do they do it? They're closed on Sundays, yet they lead all fast food restaurants in sales? The menu is fairly simple. The Chicken sandwich or sandwich deluxe are just simple but tasty. The fried chicken breasts in the sandwiches that I've had have been uniformly juicy, without being the slightest greasy. The waffle fries are delicious, although they do tend to get a bit SOGGY, and I'll probably have to stop getting them, because they're pretty addictive when dipped into those little plastic servings of Chick-Fil-A sauce. The semi-table service is fantastic, the store has been uniformly clean, and the furniture & decor is a cut above, and separate it from other fast food brands. I even like it being closed on Sundays (and apparently national holidays, like today, July 4th). Adds a certain rhythm to the week, maybe gives the managers a chance to clean things even more, and plan their coming weeks. I ordered a milkshake and when I was waiting in my car at the window I was the woman who was making my milkshake and taking to go order was not wearing a mask!!!! I saw her out the lid on my milkshake without a mask and talking while doing it. This is extremely dangerous!! If she has Covid she definitely transferred that over since like I previous said she was not wearing a mask and was talking so germs could have came out of her mouth and landed in my milkshake. I am definitely a regular at this particular location, we love the food, the people, and the service. They are pretty consistent with quality and service, and overall, I have absolutely no complaints. Today, however, things shifted; we made our purchase during breakfast and things seemed fine. We had been given a card for a free breakfast item during a prior visit and attempted to use it. We were met with bad customer service when attempting to use the card, told that the machine was not working (I heard the individual state they didn't know how to apply the card) and was subsequently told that the machine "erased the order". As we moved forward there were no issues in securing the orders of the cars behind us, we were simply told this as this associate didn't know how to use the card. We get to the front window and are then given the price, corrected, and almost handed off the incorrect items. The individuals working the window did not appear to care about the service being provided, rather, they seemed to get irritated over the issue at hand. Honestly, this is an amazing location with outstanding associates, I would recommend pulling the car ahead rather than inventing a reason for a delay. I appreciate their ongoing assistance but will go to a different location for breakfast. read more

Someone assisting in the second lane is hit-or-miss. I won't come here again - there is one a little further down Plank Road. Also, this time we received a mix of soggy and burned fries. Absolutely unacceptable customer service this morning at this location. I placed and online order at 10:22 for breakfast and redeemed my points for my husband and I. We were runny a little behind but arrived at the restaurant for pickup at 10:50. I have already pushed the notification for them to make the breakfast at 10:25 so that there would have it before breakfast ended. My husband goes in to pick it up only to be told they threw the food away, because it had be 30 minutes. They said they throw food away at the 30 minute mark. So nowhere does it say this online, in their store, on the website. Nowhere. So they said we can't put your points back on the account since we don't have the capability to do so. They refunded the amount I did pay and wrote down some code for the points. Disappointing and frustrating. They were not friendly or apologetic. We won't be back to this location. read more

Wow! I had tried Chick Fil A breakfast, once, a couple of years ago when they were giving away free items (Chicken Minis). Those seemed like a waste of money because it is just chicken nuggets with a little bit of a biscuit wrapped around it. But, yesterday, I went to Chick Fil A for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised! This time I went with the spicy chicken biscuit (full size). The biscuit was so soft and buttery. We had a very romantic date sitting by the window with a full view of the parking lot eating spicy chicken sandwiches and sipping sweet tea and a cookies and cream milkshake. But the highlight of the trip was the service. There's an employee named Patrick who made me feel like I mattered and had importance in the world. He listened attentively to all my requests, repeated my order back to me like a smooth pickup line, and asked me how my milkshake and food were when I went back for a refill on the tea.
