I gave this chick fila 5 stars not because chick fila is a 5 star restaurant but comparatively, this one is great! It is clean. The women's bathroom has a kids seat in the stall, which if you have younger children, it's very much appreciated. I also appreciated the clean bathroom, clean step stool and the employees I've interacted with were friendly. Chick fila food is what's to be expected and so I was surprised by some of the reviews. I was there in the morning. Typically there's the "A" shift in the morning and "c" shift later on. That could be a factor? read more

Pretty much each time we have visited this month they haven't had simmering and don't tell us until the food is brought out to our table. One day it was unsweetened tea, another day it was hot coffee in the afternoon. It's getting old. We don't get napkins with to go orders, and I'm just shocked Chick-fil-A has devolved this much. We are used to so much better but it's clear this specific location has been lack luster as of recently. We will say that while they've been disappointing us a lot, the place is quite clean and the play area is 10/10 for our daughter and why we come back. Without the play area, we absolutely wouldn't ever get food from this location again. read more

My daughter and her two minor children, ages three years and seventeen months, became acutely ill shortly after consuming food at the Chick-fil-A located at Spotsylvania Town Center, on January 25, 2026. All three individuals experienced severe gastrointestinal symptoms, including vomiting, diarrhea, and intense abdominal cramping. The immediacy and severity of these symptoms raise serious concerns regarding food safety, sanitation, and handling practices at this location. This matter warrants prompt investigation by Chick-fil-A corporate management and, if necessary, the appropriate health authorities. Customers should not be exposed to potential health risks due to inadequate hygiene or food safety protocols. read more

ABSURDLY rude employee. Online the closing time is 10:00. We ordered at 8:55 and the very nice employee let us know that the dining room closes at 9:00. We were okay with that and already decided it was nice enough to eat on the tailgate - no big deal at all. When the food came out, it did not have the drinks we ordered. Before my husband could get to the counter to ask for the drinks, an employee (blue shirt, older) yelled, "I can get you a refill but our dining room closed at 9:00 so you can't order." We were just trying to get what we already ordered. The loudness (when we were the only customers and he wasn't to the counter yet) AND the ridiculous tone of voice for any restaurant, much less a Chic-fil-a was jarring. It was so out of line, our kids' heads snapped up. I've worked in customer service, I have been tired at the end of a shift, I have had a bad day- I have never spoken to a customer in that manner. It is difficult to explain the way someone speaks to you. We go to Chic-fil-et to support the values and service. Having lived all over the country, never have we had this type of experience. This person would be better suited for a position where she doesn't interact with the public. read more

What's better than a free treat on your birthday? Not much! With a choice of 4 items, it's always the brownie for me! (Have to order in the app.) May I add that I'm constantly impressed by the drive thru service. It moves quickly & the employees are so courteous! read more

It's Chick Fil A so yes the food was fresh and amazing. But we were in town for a couple days and went here twice and I hate to say they have the slowest service of any CFA we've ever visited. read more

Always great service and fast. The staff was extremely friendly and believe in customer service. The table and restroom are clean. The portion is perfect for average adult. I love the chicken sandwich. The drive thru was extremely busy even in the morning. I heard a lot of college were liked to order from this one. ..lol read more

Chick-fil-A offers classic sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast items (chicken with a biscuit), and even desserts. We usually stop by here before filling up the tank nearby to grab breakfast. Our go-to is the Chick-n-Minis, where the little yeast rolls are lightly coated with a honey butter spread, being a nice sweet pairing to the mini juicy chunks of chicken nuggets. If you're a sauce person like I am, don't forget to ask for some do dunk these babies in! Located in the large Central Park plaza, both the drive-thru and the in-person ordering can be backed up. Be sure to double-check your order, as they always seem to forget to include the requested sauces, napkins, and/or straws. +forgetful staff +located in Central Park read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Fredericksburg, Virginia

I'm a big fan of Chick-Fil-A as I think their sandwich is my favorite fast food sandwich anywhere. That said, my daughter and I, when we were (sadly) cleaning out her dorm room during the coronavirus nightmare, needed some place to eat. As we pulled into the lot we thought we'd made a big mistake as the line was around the building, but even in the rain, those employees were outside, taking orders, directing traffic, and moving things along....all with smiles in their faces. The food was...well it was the same as every other time I had it...delicious. Even with the craziness they are able to keep up their standards of deliciousness! A big shout out to you employees who are helping the rest of us maintain just a little bit of normalcy. read more

Disgusting lemonade, once again. Whoever made it needs to not. We like a little sugar in our lemonade. The fries are cold too.

This location was trash and I stopped going to it. Just tried to go this location now that they reopened, after sitting in line for 5 mins they say it'll be another 10 mins before I can order due to technical difficulties. Maybe I'll try again in another two years read more

Expected Chick-fil-A quality, service, of course busy, friendly staff, family friendly play area.

This particular chick-fil-a has been exceptionally consistent with the food and service. Over the last year of coming to this location it has actually become more efficient with how they are managing drive through as well has curbside orders. Service is polite and courteous as always. read more

I went to Chick-Fil-A on Thursday 3/3/2022 and normally I dont eat out much but I stopped here order a chicken sandwich and medium fry and I never checked the bag becuz they seemed like they where on point and they do a good job getting you in and out I will not take that from them. Long story short I got home too items out of bag and there was no chicken inside just pickles and I believe lettuce that was it. Although I know nothing is perfect in life but I was so disappointed read more

They just cannot get it right. Not sure if common sense is common. Got breakfast. Asked for their hashbrown scramble burrito without meat. ITS ON YOUR OWN MENU. Why are the workers confused? These people but it in a bowl... when did burritos =bowl because i asked for no meat?? 3rd time, this time it was an egg burrito with nothing inside? No cheese, hashbrown, or sauce?? SO DISAPPOINTED. Every time i visit this location i have to get back out of my car. Never again. read more

3rd time i eat at this chain. While i only had it in NYC and NJ. I never experienced table side service previously. We walked in, my order was taken and about 10 minutes later our order was delivered to our table. The person delivering the order was extremely professional, engaging and friendly. We had the usual fried chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwhich. No meal can be finalized without having a generous portion of waffles fries with bbq sauce. Good food on a budget, since we did not order the full meal. Budget was limited tonight...lol read more

Always a great experience at this location! Parking lot is a little small, but other than that its great!

Wait times are out of control. Just go to the one in Spotsylvania Mall at this point. If I wanted to wait 20 minutes for a single chicken sandwich, I probably wouldn't be at a "fast" food joint. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

So as of yesterday that was my last visit to this Chick-fil-A. Every time I always have to ask make sure chicken is well done and it was not on 3/22/21. Chick-fil-A - Trainee Manager so sweet - Fast Food Near Me - Fredericksburg, Virginia

I've managed to avoid fast food for most of my adult life, but recent road trips have made the occasional trips to McD's and Popeyes inevitable. When we saw a Chick-Fil-A off the highway, it seemed like a good departure from our usual road fare. Keep in mind, this location isn't just off the highway, but a few miles out in a huge shopping center. We were traveling over the holiday weekend, and getting to the store was a huge hassle. Once we braved the long lines and got our order, I was sorely disappointed at the presentation of my spicy chicken sandwich. All it was was a slab of breaded chicken encased in a sad, limp bun, with a single slice of soggy pickle. The sigh I let out as I bit into my sandwich quickly disappeared as my teeth penetrated a very tender piece of surprisingly well seasoned and spicy chicken. The bread still wasn't very impressive and I contemplated just eating the chicken, but I kept the bun more as a holding mechanism for my chicken, much like an edible napkin. The nuggets were also good but small, and the waffle fries were very pillowy and light. While I was visiting the restroom, my husband had a nice conversation with the manager who asked what we had, and how we enjoyed our meal. He was very happy to hear that we enjoyed our spicy chicken sandwich, as apparently, it doesn't get the love it deserves from Chick-Fil-A patrons. It is moderately hyped fast food. But if I was craving a chicken sandwich and had a choice between CFA and McD's, you can be sure I'll be heading for the former rather than the latter. read more

Ordered a Cobb salad and didn't open it up till I got home. After eating my salad for about 10 minutes, I looked down and there was a black beetle deep in my salad. I know this does not represent every Chick-fil-a but deff don't think I will be going back to this location. read more

I'm impressed. I was not disposed to like Chick-Fil-A, because I don't agree with their religious views. I'm Jewish and liberal, and disagree with the Cathy family stances on homosexuality and abortion. That said, this restaurant, this location really changed my mind: Not my religious & political views, but the food is REALLY DELICIOUS! As they sing in the musical Sweeney Todd, "Everybody goes down well with beer!" --of course, they only sell soft drinks for beverages, but you get my meaning: At least you can sit down and break bread together with another person, and have some community & communication. How do they do it? They're closed on Sundays, yet they lead all fast food restaurants in sales? The menu is fairly simple. The Chicken sandwich or sandwich deluxe are just simple but tasty. The fried chicken breasts in the sandwiches that I've had have been uniformly juicy, without being the slightest greasy. The waffle fries are delicious, although they do tend to get a bit SOGGY, and I'll probably have to stop getting them, because they're pretty addictive when dipped into those little plastic servings of Chick-Fil-A sauce. The semi-table service is fantastic, the store has been uniformly clean, and the furniture & decor is a cut above, and separate it from other fast food brands. I even like it being closed on Sundays (and apparently national holidays, like today, July 4th). Adds a certain rhythm to the week, maybe gives the managers a chance to clean things even more, and plan their coming weeks. Anyway, it's not required, but I might have to change religions if I keep on eating there! That's not that likely, but the food & service is that good! read more

I ordered a milkshake and when I was waiting in my car at the window I was the woman who was making my milkshake and taking to go order was not wearing a mask!!!! I saw her out the lid on my milkshake without a mask and talking while doing it. This is extremely dangerous!! If she has Covid she definitely transferred that over since like I previous said she was not wearing a mask and was talking so germs could have came out of her mouth and landed in my milkshake. I'm just disappointed. I thought Chick-fil-A cared about their customers health and well being. read more

AJ provides top notch customer service and the staff here is always very friendly! They're always on their game and do their best.

I am definitely a regular at this particular location, we love the food, the people, and the service. They are pretty consistent with quality and service, and overall, I have absolutely no complaints. Today, however, things shifted; we made our purchase during breakfast and things seemed fine. We had been given a card for a free breakfast item during a prior visit and attempted to use it. We were met with bad customer service when attempting to use the card, told that the machine was not working (I heard the individual state they didn't know how to apply the card) and was subsequently told that the machine "erased the order". As we moved forward there were no issues in securing the orders of the cars behind us, we were simply told this as this associate didn't know how to use the card. We get to the front window and are then given the price, corrected, and almost handed off the incorrect items. The individuals working the window did not appear to care about the service being provided, rather, they seemed to get irritated over the issue at hand. Honestly, this is an amazing location with outstanding associates, I would recommend pulling the car ahead rather than inventing a reason for a delay. I appreciate their ongoing assistance but will go to a different location for breakfast. read more

In line inside at 10:27 am. Person in front of us is ordering breakfast while on the phone with someone getting their order. They finally finish we step up to order right at 10:30. We start to give our order and the girl behind the counter tells us " well it's 10:30 so we aren't serving breakfast anymore". What an absolute joke. Always loved CFA. Will never go back to this location again. Terrible service... read more

Chicken is fine. But location's drive through is a mess. They leave 2 lanes open even when one is closed (repeatedly) causing a lot of confused driving around. Someone assisting in the second lane is hit-or-miss. I won't come here again - there is one a little further down Plank Road. Also, this time we received a mix of soggy and burned fries. Seems like quality control here is off. read more

Wow! I had tried Chick Fil A breakfast, once, a couple of years ago when they were giving away free items (Chicken Minis). Those seemed like a waste of money because it is just chicken nuggets with a little bit of a biscuit wrapped around it. But, yesterday, I went to Chick Fil A for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised! This time I went with the spicy chicken biscuit (full size). The biscuit was so soft and buttery. Plus I could get their famous sweet tea for breakfast. Loved it! read more

Absolutely unacceptable customer service this morning at this location. I placed and online order at 10:22 for breakfast and redeemed my points for my husband and I. We were runny a little behind but arrived at the restaurant for pickup at 10:50. I have already pushed the notification for them to make the breakfast at 10:25 so that there would have it before breakfast ended. My husband goes in to pick it up only to be told they threw the food away, because it had be 30 minutes. They said they throw food away at the 30 minute mark. So nowhere does it say this online, in their store, on the website. Nowhere. So they said we can't put your points back on the account since we don't have the capability to do so. They refunded the amount I did pay and wrote down some code for the points. Disappointing and frustrating. They were not friendly or apologetic. We won't be back to this location. read more

Totally unorganized curbside pickup. Waiting 25 minutes and still no food. Very uncharacteristic of Chick-fil-A overall. Perhaps avoid this location. read more

Person who took my order didn't say much to me and didn't seem welcoming at all. There was no enthusiasm. Guy who handed me my food didn't say a word to me and was talking to another co worker the whole time and ignored me both times when I said "thank you" read more

We had a very romantic date sitting by the window with a full view of the parking lot eating spicy chicken sandwiches and sipping sweet tea and a cookies and cream milkshake. But the highlight of the trip was the service. There's an employee named Patrick who made me feel like I mattered and had importance in the world. He listened attentively to all my requests, repeated my order back to me like a smooth pickup line, and asked me how my milkshake and food were when I went back for a refill on the tea. All with a charming smile and an eager spirit. If everyone in the world worked like him, we would have world peace. 5 stars. read more

I actually haven't been to any Chick-fil-A where someone was rude to me. The staffers were really nice. I belong to the rewards club and love getting my monthly freebie. I love the waffle fries. The food is excellent just like most Chick-fil-As. But the parking lot is awkward and I wouldn't use the drive-through. I was able to go in, use the bathroom, order, and get my order by the time the drive-through moved about 5-6 cars. And the line for the drive-through was huge. read more

The workers here are very quick! It's always super paled and the drive thru line literally wraps around the building at all times of day, but they handle it well! If you go inside is typically much quicker than waiting in the drive thru line, but it's a little unorganized because you just kind of hover around waiting for them to call your name...but the food always comes out perfectly, even if they are a little stingy with the chick fil a sauce hahaha read more
