We stopped here, driving home from IAD because they had online ordering. No problems placing the order and everything was correct and ready on time. Got a mini bowl with the brisket, which was pretty good. Definitely not a ton of meat so i will probably skip the rice and lettuce next time. Chicken burrito was good when you got grilled white meat, but sometimes there were some bits of dark meat and tendon bits that wasn't as tasty. Guacamole was fresh, but it did not have a lot of flavor. It was missing lime and salt for sure. It seemed like it was just mashed avocado, and there was almost a quarter of an avocado in there that wasn't mashed at all lol. read more

You want here after a trip to Washington DC and the food was amazing. The people there were so nice and they made sure I got the best the best. I did a make your own burrito and when I said I do not want to guacamole on my burrito the lady asked me are you sure you don't want any guacamole three times. So finally I just said yes I'll have guacamole. Best decision of my life. They will make sure you get everything you want and need. Even if you didn't know you needed it or wanted it. 10 out of 10 best experience of my life. Also the ambience was amazing. read more

This is the first time we have been here. We had a great deal for Halloween to buy 1 entree and a drink and get an entree for free. I tried the brisket bowl and my kids ordered the veggie bowls. My wife ordered the 3 crunchy tacos. Two of the bowls were packed and one was skimpy. They did mix up the orders for the two veggies bowls which was disappointing. I am giving a 3 now for the mess ups and will try them again. Hopefully they will do better. read more

Wasted my money here. They messed up my online order and even cross contaminated it with toppings I didn't order. Workers were to busy talking and seemed mad they had to stop what they were doing. Should've made a home cooked meal instead honestly. read more

Unfortunately I can't leave zero stars because the Customer service is TRASH. Hopefully the food is better than their attitudes

Cannot do online orders correctly, be aware. Tried ordering online after making a 45 min drive home but even when making another item on my order was a bowl made correctly, they made one bowl order into a burrito. Why? read more

Went to QDOBA today 8/18/25 to order a burrito and discovered very quickly their customer service is ZERO! After telling the employee my order, he rushed so quickly with "what else, what else, what else " in a rude tone, I was about to tell him never mind you keep it! Will not patronize this QDOBA again, and no need to offer me to call customer service for a 2nd try...Thanks but no thanks! read more

I love the flavor. The person at the counter had an accent so it was kinda hard to understand her but I'm not Mexican but I figured if out. The scene is nice but when I was there a window on the outside was broken. When you're there idk but they might have fixed it. The music was just the right volume the Ambiance was so chill. Food is amazing. Someone recommend it so I thought I would try it. Got weird vibes when I came in. When I went up to order the dude behind the counter (taller and had a fro I believe) seemed annoyed and mad at something. Very monotone and just flat out seemed to be annoyed even helping me. Made me uncomfortable. Might come back, might not but if he's there will request to have someone else help (this was yesterday may 27th) read more

Amazing, relaxing. My husband and I went out to lunch last Tuesday and couldn't say enough! This place was clean BUT it gets better. We each had a rice bowl, me pork, he had steak. Mine was all over it, lots of rice, pork, cheese, jalapeños, beans, more cheese, Pico, more cheese, jalapeños. Fabulous, his was rice beans, more black beans, steak, cheese, steak, more cheese, WELL, we both ate every last bite. In fact, he ordered another one for dinner later that evening. Great food, service, great food, great service. REPEAT!! read more

Everything is yummy and fresh. My go to over the "other" place. The Guacamole and the queso are on point.

This is the WORST restaurant in all of Fredericksburg! That is sad, because there are some pretty bad places here. I am new to the area, and was happy to see that they had Qdoba, because I prefer it to Chipotle...The first time I went to Qdoba, there was a Hispanic lady with really light hair, it was almost gold when I walked up to order. She was so beyond nasty. When I came in she let out the loudest sigh. Then she moved around doing anything but helping me, and refused to look at me. I was the only one there. I eventually walked out and went to BJs, they were great. Qdoba had a pick up special on DoorDash. I ordered the cheese crusted quesadilla, ground beef Nachos, and a veggie burrito bowl. There was definitely no cheese on the quesadilla, and it was bland and sad. The Nachos were an absolute mess, cold, and there wasn't one chip in them. They looked like vomit. The bowl got so soggy that it ripped, and spilled on me. The burrito bowl was cold, flavorless, and the veggies tasted burnt. This meal was inedible. When I picked up the food, the staff kept arguing about what was part of my order and someone else's. They put things in my bag, and took them out a few times. The 2 girls at the register were at least decent to me, they were both heavy set. There was another woman who was really thin that was putting the food together. She had put 2 folded bags of chips on top of my order. I had also ordered a side of queso. She was the one that kept instigating the arguments. When the girl at the register said the chips were supposed to have a side of queso, she stormed off, and threw the 2 bags. Between her, and the other woman there the other day, I've never seen such immaturity, unprofessionalism, and absolute ridiculousness. I would never in a million years return here. The staff is ridiculous, and the food is a disgusting mess. read more

In the past the service has been quick and friendly. Unfortunately, we weren't even acknowledged as we stood there for five minutes watching the woman work on orders that had been phoned in. The customers in front of is were served and were out the door relatively quickly. Not sure that I will bother going back. read more

We order from DoorDash for the second time and we cannot described how happy and satisfied we are with the food. The new Family meal its great, very fulfilling and delicious. Thanks for the great service. read more

I get that prices have gone up due to Bidenflation, but that doesn't mean the food quantity should go down. $13 for such a small quantity is ridiculous. This is why Salsarita's & Chipotle are better...more quantity and better selection/quality. Needless to say, it's not worth coming back. read more

Good food inconsistent with how they make the food and how much is given. Seems they are sometimes unsure on how to make the food. They try customers have to be patient. Been going for a while I like to try the new dishes. read more

I have been coming to this Qdoba for over 10 years. It is by far one of my favorite places to grab a quick meal. I have eaten here around 100 times and I don't know if I have ever had a bad experience. Trust me guys, I like Chipotle, but I absolutely LOVE Qdoba. You can't go wrong. read more

Have always used this Qdoba. Always loved the food. The food is still wonderful but the staff making it is not the friendliest and the portions are extremely small now and prices have gone up! read more

Excellent service each time I visit this location. The employees are eager to answer questions and provide you a great meal for your money. Everything tastes fresh and wait time is practically non-existent. Definitely recommend others to visit. read more

I had a great first experience the person who served me was really kind and understanding and suggested Mexican soda which went well with the meal and I suggest coming here if you are trying to walk out with a full stomach the corn tortillas are more flavourful but tend to fall apart while the flour tortillas stay together and are still very good read more

One word about their food: NASTY! i just placed an order to go on Uber eats and the food arrived with no rice, it was freaking cold, tasteless and the onions, lettuce, green peppers were all SOGGY! What a waste of my $26.00. I could've been happier if I'd spent this amount at McDonald's. I'm so freaking disgusted and MAD especially since it's my FIRST TIME ordering from this place. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this place! NEVER!!!! read more

How can you not have guacamole when it's on the menu? Ridiculous. Employee was rude as hell about it. Choose chipotle.

I have been coming here since they first opened. The service has fluctuated since and overall the food and service is great. I believe the issues in the past are resolved. This has been my favorite and most consistent place to get good food and service at. read more

First off let me just say I have been a fan of Qdoba since 2004 when they arrived at the campus of VCU. The being said, the standards at this location have dropped severely since the change in management. First my guaq was brown, not green, brown. This is an indication of one of two things, the guaq was not made correctly and lacked the acid to keep the color and taste, or it was old, as in made the previous day and stored. Judging by the color and the texture, I am going with old. The taste was awful if not detestable, and I love guaq. This is not the first time in recent months I have seen the standards slip like this. The adobo chicken was add as well, weird small pieces which could be from a lack of knife skills. Bottom line I will not be returning to this location any time soon, which makes me sad because I used to love their food, but now, its fallen by the wayside. Maybe one day they will get their act together again, but for now it seems that they have no heart when it comes to cooking and its a shame. read more

I love this location. Never have I ever had such accommodating service. The manager was the one who was there and serviced me this day. I have a bowel disease and I have to be extremely careful what I eat or I can end up in the hospital with internal bleeding. I had the 3 tacos (they gave me uncooked corn tortillas as to not hurt my insides) with chicken, salsa, and pico de gallo. They were AMAZING in that they did what they could to pick out the onions in p.d.g. and offered to get the ingredients list for anything on their menu. I have been recommending this place since going last week. Congratulations on winning yourself a loyal customer. read more

If you're in a rush or don't feel like waiting for Chipotle,is a good substitute. The rice is really spicy, but with enough sourcream I was fine. Guacamole is a free topping here as it should be. The queso is crazy hot to me, but the chips were wonderfully thick and crisp! There was a faint taste of lime on the cops which confused me, but I kinda liked it. All in all, Chipotle is definitely better, but is a decent sub when you have the craving. read more

By far the best Qdoba I have ever been too. Staff is always friendly and efficient and don't have anything negative to say.

Tonight was the first time I've been to QDOBA in a long time. When I got there it wasn't busy. I asked for three tacos. After the first person got the tortillas ready they were passed down the line. The man behind the line didn't explain anything. Because I hadn't been there in so long I didn't know what was included. Toward the end he muttered something in Spanish. The girl behind the register rang up my order and it was four dollars too much. When I asked why she looked at the man. He came over and told her that the price was less for three rather than individually priced times. Neither one of them apologized for the mistake. I thought overall they rude. I'll think twice about going there. read more

Came for the first time with my daughter, good selection and serving for the price. The sauces are actually spicy, and the 'queso' and guacamole aren't charged as additional costs. The dining area was clean and servers were friendly. read more

I was greeted when I walked in the door. The person behind the counter was friendly and helpful in his recommendations. The restaurant was clean, which in it self goes a long way. When I received my food my driver they had forgotten a few items, so I had called the restaurant and had let them know that I didn't get the rest of my food and I will send someone to go get it. While I was on the with the manager, Yasmine she gave me an attitude did not want to help, I asked for a refund Yasmine refused to give me my money back then proceeded to charge me for the items that was left even though I paid for it already online.Thankfully DoorDash helped and I got everything fixed. I love Qdoba but the customer service is terrible. read more

They keep easing the price and filling your bowl less and less. You can ask for more they say but then you get half a scope of rice. 13 dollars and you leave still hungry. They have a great looking app for your reward program. But it never works well it did not for the last three times I come. So do they really have a reward program. The guy ahead of me asked for corn and extra hot on his taco they said you only get one. He said does it cost extra. They said you only get one. Really? I guess I will just have to roll the dice and hope not to die at chipotle. At least it taste good and I can not finish my food there. And for less read more

They are better than Chipotle by far. More selection, bigger portions, tastier and even cheaper!

The food is fairly decent, but the service could use a lot of work. I got the impression that I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. With such lousy service, it's no surprise that I didn't see any name tags... read more

Went there last weekend. Was not a welcoming place. We got tacos, nachos, 2 burritos, 3 waters and one soda. This cost me over $40 dollars. I thought it was way to much. The lady said they ran out of receipt paper. She said she could write it out. I said no but I should have said yes because I believe I was overcharged. The food was not great and staff unfriendly. I won't be back. I would rather go to chipotle or Moe's. Hope you have a better experience. read more

While not as good as Chipotle, Qdoba provides some options not available from their ubiquitous counterpart. First off, their queso is absolutely to die for. Additionally the soups they offer are fantastic as well. While some other reviewers complain about the service, I have never had any issues. Another noteworthy mention is their frequent buyer card. You get one free entree per 10 purchased. If you go on Wednesday you get double points! read more

Chips store bought Guacamole tasteless Knockout tacos were horrible- store bought flour tacos that taste like cardboard, fall apart, and really did not have any flavor. I mean $14 for three "tacos" chips with guacamole and a drink sucks. Never going here again. Save time and money and go to Chipotle or Salsaritas! read more

We've ridden past this place a gazillion times, but only stopped in last night for the first time. And I am glad we did! This place is kind of like Moe's, kind of like Chipotle. Both the pinto beans AND the black beans are vegetarian. Yay! I got a veggie burrito, and they do it assembly-line style, so I just told her what I wanted on it. It was excellent! Their guacamole is REALLY good. We also got some chips and more guac (they give you TONS of chips). We got a kid's meal, which is a drink (milk, juice, or soda), then the entree- my kid chose the cheese quesadilla, and then some more chips. My husband got the tortilla soup (which is vegetarian!). They do that assembly-line style, too. He got rice and some corn salsa thrown in. He said it was really good. They also have a vegetarian taco salad, and a couple more items. And SCORE, kids eat free on Sundays! read more

It's OK... similar to Chipotle, but not as good. Disgusting bathroom. I prefer Chipotle!
